10. A Good Plan
“Pretending to be so innocent...”
I shuddered. I never expected Yoo-jin to take it like that. I knew she wouldn't see it in a good light, but to mock me as a laughingstock? Rage surged up inside me. I clenched my delicate hand into a tight fist. I couldn't let this bitch off the hook. In truth, this body was already mine. I could do whatever the hell I wanted with it. That was possession. Ruining the interview was already prime revenge. But it wasn't enough to vent my anger.
It wrecked my college life and nearly my entire future—and she mocks me like that? My hands trembled with fury. For now, I brainstormed revenge methods.
“Should I tell that guy to break up right now?” I grinned and pulled out my phone.
“Hold on. That feels kinda lame.”
It really did. Just dumping her boyfriend or bombing a job interview—with this bitch's specs, she'd recover eventually. I couldn't tolerate her bouncing back that easily.
“What's a good way?”
I pondered hard.
“Ah, you're awake.”
The nurse spotted me stirring and rushed over.
“Are you okay? You collapsed at the company and got brought here.”
“Ah, yeah.”
I barely registered it, lost in thought. The best way to drag this bitch into utter despair.
“Oh, and a friend called. She said she's rushing over the second she heard.”
“Huh? Friend? Was her name...?”
Ye-eun, right? The girl from earlier flashed in my mind. Probably the one who laughed along with her. Name's Ye-eun, I guess. A strange warmth welled up in my chest. Must be Yoo-jin's feelings. Sure, she'd be grateful for a worried friend, but it just grossed me out.
If they're that close...
“Got a great idea.”
“Pardon?”
The nurse tilted her head.
“No, do you know when Ye-eun's getting here?”
I played it cool.
“Hmm, she called a bit ago.”
“Yoo-jin!”
A woman hurried over from afar. She'd dashed out mid-errand or something—lime cardigan over black pants. Basic outfit, but Ye-eun still turned heads. She was a looker. Not quite Yoo-jin's level, but her puppy-like cuteness had its charm. Memories surfaced of crushing on her hard back in the day, even more than Yoo-jin.
“Yoo-jin! You okay? I heard you passed out during the interview.”
Ye-eun fussed over me, calling me Yoo-jin. I was Yoo-jin right now, but it felt off. A girl this pretty treating me like a buddy...
“Uh, guess I got too nervous.”
I feigned sadness.
“Sorry. I should've chatted you up to loosen you up.”
She squeezed my hand tight.
What the? Are these two lesbians or something? I smiled awkwardly.
“It's fine... Thanks.”
Whatever. The closer she was to this bitch, the better for my scheme. But first, one thing I had to do.
“Ye-eun!”
I threw my arms around her. First real hug with a girl—soft, squishy, perfect. And those breasts cushioning against me. Ye-eun was stacked.
“Looks like the interview's toast...”
“Health first. What'd the docs say? You good?”
“Yeah, think so. Me.”
I pulled back and peered right into her face. Up close, damn, she was cute. Those compact features packed a punch.
“But can you do me one favor?”
I flashed a sly smile.
“Huh? What?”
I grinned wider.
“Lend me your body for a sec.”
“Huh?”
I yanked my soul out of Yoo-jin and jammed it into Ye-eun.
“Ugh?”
Yoo-jin's body went slack. Ye-eun wasn't much better—my soul slathered over hers like sticky goo.
“Uuuuh...”
She shuddered violently, then froze, head drooping. Twitched, shook, stilled. Muttered something.
“Possession's getting quicker each time. Less pain for the girl too. Real humanitarian possession.”
Another woman's voice. I groped my tits.
“Ung...”
A soft moan escaped.
“Though I ain't doing anything humanitarian with this body.”
Kim Ye-eun's body, confirmed. Now fully in.
“Alright, plan time?”
I cleared my throat.
“Kyaa! Nurse! Yoo-jin!”
I screamed. Yoo-jin's husk still slumped in my arms—her real soul hadn't rebooted yet.
“Yoo-jin! Yoo-jin! Oh god...”
I fake-cried.
“Huh?” Then something wet hit my palm.
Tears? Am I crying?
The nurse carted Yoo-jin off pronto.
“What's your relation to the patient?”
She asked me.
“Friends...”
I gasped it out, fighting for breath.
She handed me tissues.
“Calm down. Can we call family?”
“Y-yeah...”
“We'll reach Yoo-jin's parents. Gotta handle something urgent... Yoo-jin'll be fine, right?”
“Yeah, vitals are normal. Just... unconscious.”
Obviously. Mere possession—no medical explanation. A weird cocktail of grief and amusement hit me. Like two sets of emotions overlapping.
“I'll head out then.”
I ditched the ER for the women's restroom. Second visit—no hesitation. Woman's body now, had to immerse.
Mirror check: makeup smeared.
“Sigh, all ruined. Being a chick sucks.”
Bag out, eyeliner in hand.
“I'm Kim Ye-eun. I'm Kim Ye-eun. I'm Kim Ye-eun...”
Self-suggestion looped, mirror glance. Sadness swelled, but I toughed it out and fixed it.
“Haa, haa... Girls cry at nothing.”
Patched up, deep breaths.
“Calls first.”
“Yes, Yoo-jin's mom?”
Rang her folks, briefed 'em. Now the key part.
“Yoo-jin's boyfriend—what's his name?”
Hyun-woo popped up.
“Handsome face, rich family, smart too?”
“One more check?”
I leered in Ye-eun's body. Pretty girl doing it—pure drama.
“Gotta see how big Hyun-woo's dick is~!”
I cackled.
Phone open, KakaoTalk tapped out.
“Send!” Huh? Finger locked up. Body rebelling, straight out of possession clichés. Recited my real name to break the suggestion. Finally moved.
“This bitch resists hard. Just obey when possessed.”
I grumbled. Eyed a stall.
“Remind the body who's boss?”
Masturbation urge skyrocketed. Body heating up horny.
“Nah. Save it for the big play.”
Out the door. Clothes change first.
*
Frilly miniskirt, tights, fur jacket—Ye-eun's memories guided the pick. Should work.
“Ye-eun!”
Guy's voice from afar.
“Hyun-woo?”
I glanced over. Tall, dashing dude sprinting up.
“Total alpha male.”
“What's wrong?”
He arrived, greeted. I beamed back. No clue about Yoo-jin yet? Duh, I didn't tell.
“Not great here. Drinks?”
Went straight booze. No clue on normal girl talk; syncing too deep might glitch the body.
“Huh? Not a cafe? Booze?”
“C'mon, let's drink! 'Cause of Yoo-jin?”
“Y-yeah, sorta. She's scary mad.”
“No worries. All cleared. You trust me, right?”
I giggled bubbly.
“Reaally? Okay, I trust ya.”
“Yup! Drinks it is!”
Easy. Too easy. Things were falling into place smoother than expected.
