Entering as Naruto

Why the hell is that Satori bastard showing up in three different playful worlds? This one feels even more depressing than the others.
In the Yu-Gi-Oh world he was just some nameless duelist who never even appeared on screen. In the Pokemon world, at least Satori got treated like a normal kid in shorts. He was younger than the other two versions, after all.
Hmm... Sasuke... Naruto...
I had already given up on entering as myself. If I went in with nothing but infinite chakra, Danzo or someone like him would definitely capture me for human experiments.
Sasuke didn't appeal to me much either. Sure, the girls loved him, but he ended up a traitor. He worked with Orochimaru and barely showed up afterward. So... it really was going to be Naruto after all.

I thought hard about what to use my second perk, Dead Character Change, on. Since I was entering at the point when Naruto was still a little kid, Kushina—his biological mother—should already be dead in the original timeline.

I was definitely saving Kushina no matter what. I also planned to bring back Uchiha Mikoto, Izumi or Naori, and Nohara Rin. The Uchiha clan had that whole "beauty" setting, so there were plenty of gorgeous kunoichi. Might as well save Nohara Rin too while I was at it.
"First, change the setting so Kushina is alive. Make it so that when the Nine-Tails attacked, Minato pushed her aside at the last second, letting both his wife and son survive."

The notification went quiet for a moment before answering.
Yes... it is possible. This perk was assigned a high point value precisely so it can be used in the exclusive dimension, in reality, and in other playful worlds.
However, please note that the modified chakra perk can only be used within the Naruto world.
"Ohh... got it!"
I felt a rush of satisfaction after hearing the explanation. Once I learned the Shadow Clone Technique, my clones could take care of the women back in the dimension for me. That meant I'd rack up points way faster than if I was the only one having sex.
Alright. Time to jump in.
"Send me through."
The moment the notification finished, everything went black.
When I opened my eyes again, I was lying in an old wooden house. This had to be... Naruto's place. Looking down, I realized I had woken up on a bed inside a small room.
"Naruto! Breakfast is almost ready, dattebane! Hurry up and wake up!"
BANG!
A woman's loud voice suddenly rang out from beyond the door. It slammed open with a violent bang as a woman with long, flowing red hair stormed in.
I looked up, startled. It was Uzumaki Kushina.
Oh... right. I entered this playful world as Naruto...
Kushina looked furious. The second she saw I was awake she scolded me to come out quickly, then turned and left the room.
Whew... seeing an angry Uzumaki Kushina in person was actually pretty terrifying.
After she left I noticed the wall where the door handle used to be was now deeply gouged out.
Once Kushina was gone I quickly followed her out of the room. In the living room, a traditional Japanese breakfast was neatly arranged on the table.
When she saw me, Kushina sat down and told me to sit and eat before it got cold.

Since I've arrived during Naruto's early childhood, I'll skip ahead a little.
A few days had passed since I entered the world as Naruto. Whenever the urge hit me, I would return to the exclusive dimension, enjoy myself with the women there, then come back. While pretending to give Kushina massages, I secretly channeled my modified chakra into her, slowly raising her favorability.
When I asked the system about it, it told me that any physical contact with the opposite sex was enough. I just had to shout "Modified Chakra!" inside my head.
Every time I massaged her, I noticed Kushina's face growing slightly redder. The modified chakra was clearly starting to affect her.
Whenever I went outside, the adults of the Leaf Village were polite to Kushina but cold toward me. It looked like the Third Hokage had made Kushina the victim in the official story and spread rumors that I was the jinchuriki who had destroyed part of the village.
After several days like that, once I judged that her favorability had risen enough, I decided to ask Kushina some questions to see exactly how my changes had taken effect.
The first thing I asked was why I didn't have a father.
Kushina's expression darkened. She told me that the Nine-Tails had tried to kill me—Naruto—with one of its tails. Her husband, my father Minato, had fought the monster to protect the Leaf Village and died in the battle.
She said she would explain the rest once I was a little older.
It matched the settings I had chosen. Minato must have pushed her out of the way before the tail could pierce her, allowing her to survive.
Next I asked about the Uchiha clan.
When I brought them up, Kushina dodged the question by saying they were a clan that had been wiped out. She told me she would explain later when I was older.
After confirming that everything had changed according to the settings I had input, I stopped asking her questions.
After that I began wandering the Leaf Village, raising the favorability of the girls I met.
The first one I encountered was Hinata. Three nameless boys were bullying her, making fun of her for having white eyes and ostracizing her.
The moment I saw it I ran straight over, easily beat the three boys, and sent them running while they shouted that they were going to tell their mothers.
At first Hinata seemed wary of the stranger who had saved her, but when I told her I thought her eyes were beautiful and that I didn't care about stuff like that, her face began turning red just like in the original story.
When I repeated the exact same lines the original Naruto had said to her, her blush deepened even further.
Afterward I walked her all the way to the front of her house before leaving. Of course I infused her with modified chakra the entire time.
Hinata stared at my retreating back with a look that said she hoped we would meet again. But then Hyuga Hiashi stepped out of the house, scolded her, and took her inside with him.
