2. Before Joining - 1
I warmed up some instant food and made do with it for dinner. Then I brushed my teeth and lay down on the folding mattress I was using in place of a bed, blanket spread over it. As I lay there in the quiet, my eyes drifted to the low floor desk in the corner of the room where my computer was set up — and to what sat on top of it: the new black smartphone, and a pair of black panties.
Riiing~
The smartphone chimed at exactly that moment. I shot upright on reflex, grabbed the phone, and pressed my finger to the fingerprint sensor. It unlocked instantly to a message waiting in the BD-LINK app.
Riiing~ Riiing~ Riiing~ Four replies came pouring in at once. Had a woman ever gotten back to me this quickly in my life?
With the chat wrapped up, I lay back down on the blanket and began poking around the BD-LINK app. Just as Dana had said, most of the functions were locked. After tapping around at random for a while, I selected Park Dana in the "Farm" menu.
Beside the full-body photo of Park Dana that filled the screen, one of the menu icons — "Home" — had a red light glowing, so I tapped it. And immediately sat back up.
The screen was showing the living room of someone's apartment. A beige sofa with a matching coffee table, a huge wall-mounted TV — and Dana, whom I'd met only that afternoon, sitting on the floor in front of the sofa with her back resting against it.
A white laptop sat open on the table, and she seemed to be doing something on it. The camera was presumably mounted on the side wall near the ceiling, since I could see her in profile. She was wearing an oversized white short-sleeved tee. It was big enough to drape down over her thighs; no bottoms were visible, and below its hem was nothing but bare skin. The footage was high-resolution enough to make out her toes wiggling.
Tapping the floor-plan icon in the upper right of the screen brought up a layout of the entire apartment, with every camera marked along with the area each one covered. Cameras were installed all over the house — there wasn't a single spot they couldn't see. They were even in the bathroom and the shower stall.
Seriously, this is a legitimately insane pervert of a company.
Dana just sat there working at her computer without any particular movement, so I turned to the other menus. Her information page listed not only her date of birth, education, and career history, but her height, weight, and three sizes as well. And that wasn't all. Tapping "Details" produced a list of measurements for every part of her body.
Alongside ordinary figures like shoe size and the lengths of her legs and arms, there was everything else — the thickness of her lips, the width of her mouth, her upper bust, her under bust, her areolae, her nipples, her clitoris, her outer labia, her inner labia, the length of her pussy, the placement of her pussy and her asshole. Every last number, laid out beside extremely graphic photographs.
Each entry even carried the date it was measured, and less than a week had passed since then. It looked like the figures were retaken and updated every time. On top of that, her weight and three sizes were being updated daily. Scrolling through the records, I could view full-body nude shots, pictures of her standing on a scale, even photos of her being measured with a tape while completely bare.
After poring over the pictures for a long while, I read through the detailed profile — and realized why Dana had seemed so familiar.
Her career history showed that Park Dana had been active in an idol group called Luna Rocket. They'd never been a top-tier act, but their songs were mostly high-energy numbers, and I used to play Luna Rocket at the office as my work soundtrack — so I knew them well. There had even been an announcement that, having filled out the fabled seven-year lifespan of an idol group, they were disbanding. And now one of those members was employed at BD Group — assigned to me as my personal staff to service me sexually, no less…
Park Dana was Dana from Luna Rocket??!! Holy shit! A female idol gave me head — and I ate her pussy!!
Reeling, I backed out to Dana's main screen with the full-body photo. I gazed at her picture for a while, then moved on to the other menus. Tapping the wardrobe-shaped icon brought up clothes of every description, many of them shown on Dana herself in modeling shots she'd personally posed for. And beside each item sat a "Dress Her" icon — deactivated, but unmistakably there.
So the moment I become a full employee, I'll be able to dress her however I please?
The wardrobe ran from business suits through everyday wear, workout clothes, going-out outfits, and party dresses, all the way to full costume wear — a genuinely staggering variety.
Selecting the lingerie category unfolded an even more astonishing world. There were cute hamster-print panties covered in little cartoon characters, but the overwhelming majority were pieces designed less for underwear's intended function than for being displayed to someone else. The bras ran from modest half-cup styles at the tamest end to designs that put her chest fully on show — and the latter were the mainstream. The panties spanned T-backs, lace, mesh, crotchless cuts, even pieces strung with pearls or beads — an incredible range, each one accompanied by a modeling shot of Dana wearing it.
I lost all track of time staring at wear shots more explicit than anything on an adult-toy website — and the subject was a woman I actually knew. At some point my cock was standing at full attention.
When I finally checked the time, midnight was long past and the clock was sliding toward one. Whole hours had simply evaporated. Pulling the "Home" cam back up, I found that Dana had at some point gone to her bedroom and was lying asleep in bed. The camera even had an infrared mode, so I could watch her sleeping in perfect clarity.
She slept under a thin blanket, and when she stirred, a pair of pale, creamy legs slipped into view. Her shorts were very short — the dolphin-shorts style — and up top she wore nothing but a thin sleeveless undershirt.
For a while I just stared, slack-jawed, at Dana breathing softly in her sleep. Watching another person sleep had its own strange, illicit charm too.
Good! Mor~~~ning! Good! Mor~~~ning!
Eyes barely open against the blaring alarm, I groped this way and that, hunting for the noisy phone. A smartphone ended up in my hand. I mashed at it to kill the alarm, but it wouldn't shut off — it wasn't the one that was ringing.
"Ah! Fuck — where the hell is that ringing from?"
I hurled the silent phone back onto the blanket, pushed my upper body up, and searched for the source of the sound — and there it was: a brown paper shopping bag sitting beside the bathroom door near the entrance. Scowling, I crawled toward the offending bag.
Peering inside, I found my original phone blaring away. I killed the alarm, pressed my face against the wall, and fell back asleep. What felt like only a moment later, warm sunlight boring into the back of my head snapped both my eyes wide open.
"Damn it!! What time is it?!"
I powered on the phone still in my hand to check the time, then dropped it carelessly onto the floor, sprang up, yanked open the bathroom door in front of me, and went in.
A quick, half-hearted wash, some clothes thrown on, and I snatched up my wallet and the phone from the floor, flung open the front door, and bolted outside.
Packed onto a bus tighter than sardines in a can, I just barely managed to avoid being late. My current company wasn't especially strict about attendance, but today of all days — the day I intended to announce my resignation — showing up late was unthinkable, and my impatience ran stronger than it ever had.
Once at the office, I spent the morning sorting through the backlog that had piled up while I'd burned a day of annual leave on yesterday's interview, then around ten thirty I went to my team lead and told him I wanted to resign. He tried to talk me out of it at first, but the moment he heard I was moving to BD Group, he nodded and gave my shoulder an understanding pat. By eleven thirty my sit-down with the company president was finished as well, and from there the resignation proceeded at a full gallop.
Back at my desk after hearing the president tell me, in effect, that I'd worked hard all this time, I was visited by a manager from Human Resources, who walked me through the offboarding procedures and my severance pay.
By the time lunch rolled around, everyone in the company knew I was leaving for BD Group. Over a team lunch, the questions kept coming — how on earth had I gotten into BD Group?
I fudged my way through with a lie: an acquaintance's referral, an interview for an experienced-hire position, a pass. It wasn't as if I could admit I'd been accepted thanks to some uncanny ability.
Afterward the team and I went to a coffee shop and I bought a round — I'd insisted on paying, and my team lead just scoffed that coffee was a pretty cheap send-off for someone bound for BD Group, and that I'd better treat them to something proper later. On the walk back to the office, a familiar silhouette appeared in the distance.
The silhouette noticed me too and started my way. As the gap closed, I recognized who it was. Dana. Dressed in a charcoal suit with a small beige bag over her shoulder, she walked straight toward me. A pantsuit, with a black top under the jacket.
"Um — one second, everyone."
Raising a hand to my teammates, I hurried over to her.
As I approached, Dana bowed her head in greeting.
"Hello, Mr. Juhan."
I bowed back, purely on reflex.
"Yes, hello. I mean — hey? What brings you all the way out here?"
"I tried reaching you by phone, but there was no answer. Your location showed you at home, so I went to your place, but it didn't seem like anyone was in — so, though I knew it was intrusive, I tracked you down to your workplace. Your safety comes before everything else, Mr. Juhan."
"Huh? But my phone is right—"
At her words I pulled the phone from my pants, looked down at it, and clutched my head.
God, what an idiot!!
The phone in my hand was my original one.
"I'm so sorr— ah! I'm really sorry. I overslept this morning and was rushing around so much I left the phone at home. I'm really sorry. And now you've come all this way for nothing…"
"I don't mind at all. Your coworkers seem to keep staring at us, though — shall we take a short walk?"
At her suggestion I glanced back and saw several of my teammates standing at the building entrance, not going inside, just watching me.
"Oh — right. Let's go over there."
I guided Dana to the small park landscaped in front of the office building where I worked.
"Oh! Want something to drink?"
I asked only because it felt awkward being the only one holding a coffee, but Dana shook her head.
"I'm fine, thank you. So — you went to work with the company phone left at home?"
"Yeah. Sorry."
"You're still provisional, so its functions are restricted, and there's been no movement logged since the early hours yesterday — so I think we're all right. But please be careful from now on."
"Yeah, I'm really sorry. I'll make sure this never happens again."
"Park" was a generous word for it — a few trees and a handful of benches in front of the office buildings was all the space amounted to. With every bench occupied by the lunch crowd, we went to a tree by the roadside where no one was around.
"Once you're off work, please contact me the moment you find your phone."
"Got it. I'll call you right away."
"By any chance — have you told your company that you're quitting?"
"Yeah, I told them. The plan is that I work through this week."
"Then how about changing it so you start next week? You could rest, and begin the week after next as originally scheduled."
"Rest, my ass. I'll start next week."
"I'll arrange it that way, then. In that case we can set your probation period to begin on Saturday."
"Starting Saturday?"
"For the Omniscient, the probation period is counted from the point of dosing. There's no reason to put off the start."
"Yeah. Got it."
"Then, unless something comes up, I'll take it that I'm seeing you on Saturday, and head back now."
"Yeah. All right. And — sorry again. This was all my fault."
"It's quite all right. What matters most is that nothing is wrong with you, Mr. Juhan. Enjoy the rest of your day, and be sure to contact me."
"Yeah. You enjoy the rest of yours too, Dana~"
I watched Dana's retreating figure for a moment, then headed back into the office building.
