A Peaceful Routine
To enjoy the moment, I lay on the bed with Charles, rolling around. I rested my head on my arm and mindlessly thought about the concept for my next video. How about a video where I treat Charles like an ona-hole and have sex with her? No foreplay, no kissing, just writing "Ona-hole ♥" on her stomach. I think the subscribers would love the "Mid-to-large size ona-hole Charles" concept. It sounds pretty good, I thought, and nearly rolled off the bed. A super-single bed is just too narrow for two people.
"...I wish the place was a bit bigger." I looked around the room. There’s absolutely no space for us to have time alone. It’s fine for now, but if we keep living like this, it’s going to get uncomfortable. Especially since I quit my part-time job—that’s critical. If we keep living together in a 24-hour studio apartment, Charles is going to feel stifled, too. At the very least, I need my own room, a room for Charles, and a living room!
Alright, I’ve made up my mind. Once the Pornhub revenue comes in, I’m moving out of this studio! And I’m buying a king-sized bed!
"But, it still bothers me that I haven't bought Charles any proper clothes yet." I looked at the hanger on the wall. Charles’s wardrobe was already small, and the only normal item among them was a single pair of jeans. Everything else was just leggings, dolphin shorts, and crop tops.
...I have the money I earned from working for Yuda-noona, too. Should I go shopping with her tomorrow? Maybe go on a date, too?
Having made my decision, I asked Charles. "Charles. Do you want to go shopping with me tomorrow? And then maybe watch a movie afterward?"
"Oh, oh? Shopping? And a date?"
Charles was so surprised that she sat up and dropped her phone right on her forehead. Even while she was rubbing her forehead in agony, her eyes sparkled as she looked at me. "R-really? With you? Just the two of us?"
Ah, of course, just the two of us. What’s with that reaction? It’s not like I only see you as a sex toy to satisfy my urges! I want to go on a normal date, too! But Charles, seemingly unable to believe me, furrowed her brow and asked, "While we're on a date... are we going to do... lewd things?"
"...No, we won't."
I held back with superhuman self-control! Of course, I hadn't *not* thought about touching her thighs in the movie theater or unzipping her zipper to mess around, but still! We need to try a normal date for once!
"We won't do anything like that. Let's just go out to the city, the two of us. I'll buy you some pretty clothes."
"You promise?"
Charles seemed excited, bouncing her bottom on the bed. She scanned the hanger with her eyes, as if thinking about what to wear tomorrow. She was humming a tune, she was so happy. If I’d known she’d be this happy, I would have taken her out sooner. To think we’ve spent almost a month just having sex at home. No matter how much of a succubus Charles is, that was too much!
Feeling a bit guilty, I made an excuse. "I was actually thinking we could go out today, but Yuda-noona called me to help her with some part-time work this afternoon."
"Hoo-ung—is that so?"
Charles muttered, "The afternoon is going to be boring then—" and buried her face in the blanket. Hmm. I want her to have something to do while she waits for me. What could she do?
"Do you want to watch Netflix while you wait?"
She stuck her tongue out, showing she didn't like the idea of Netflix. "I enjoyed a few movies, but—I'm a bit tired of it now. It's too dizzying. Plus, there are so many jokes I can't understand!"
Well, I suppose it’s hard for someone from the 18th century to understand a lot of things on Netflix. Then what else is there? As I pondered, the story Charles told me earlier came to mind. Judging by how she talked about classic novels like King Lear and Faust, she seems to love books.
"Ah, Charles. Do you want to go to the library?"
My guess that she loved books must have been right, because Charles jumped up from the bed. "Oh? A library? A place that lends out books? Is that right?"
I guess the Gate provided her with knowledge about libraries. Fortunately, the Jayang Hangang Library is nearby. It’s big and pleasant. I can walk there, or take the bus.
"Yeah, that's right. Let's go! If I drop you off at the library and then go to Yuda-noona's for work, it'll work out perfectly, right?"
"I love it!"
Charles stood in front of the hanger, excited. Then she looked at me and smiled faintly. "Oppa, I'm going to change clothes, so could you turn your head?"
"Oh? Uh, sure. Okay."
As I turned my back, I heard the rustling of fabric. The sound of her taking off the oversized T-shirt she wore at home, the sound of the dolphin shorts hitting the floor... and then the sound stopped.
"I'm all dressed!"
When I turned around, Charles was still in her mint-colored panties and bra. She was holding a pair of tight jeans in one hand. As she did so, she lifted her breasts with her arms. Her large breasts pressed together, creating a massive cleavage. "Hehehe, I tricked you—"
It was a playful smile. She massaged her breasts here and there, showing off how their shape changed. My face turned red, and I turned my head away. I don't know, I’m not embarrassed by sex, but I’m so weak against this kind of teasing.
After I turned away for a moment, I heard Charles's voice again. "I'm really dressed now! This time for real."
Tight-fitting jeans. A crop top that revealed her navel (no matter what she wears, it looks lewd because of her breasts). The text on her T-shirt was so stretched out by her chest that it was hard to read. Charles’s breasts really are something else...
"Shall we go then?"
"Yes!!"
Charles slipped into my slippers. High heels would definitely be a bit uncomfortable. I put on my sneakers, too. As soon as we stepped outside, Charles grabbed my hand and stuck close to me.
"A library. Hmm. What should I read? Do you think the library has The Divine Comedy: Paradise? The Inferno part was really realistic and fun. In the Demon Realm, they considered Paradise a subversive book, so they didn't keep it!"
Is that like a banned book in the military...? More than that, Dante’s Divine Comedy. I’ve never read it, only heard of it. They said the Inferno was easy to write because there are so many hellish places on Earth, but Paradise was hard to write. I shouldn't spoil the book for her.
Charles talked incessantly, excited about the books. "In my opinion, Goethe must have really visited Hell. He made a deal with a demon to go and take a look!"
That’s quite convincing. As we talked, we quickly reached the main road. Charles looked around and asked, "Where do I catch the bus?"
Ah, that's right. I should teach her how to ride the bus, too. "I'll install a map app for you, so wait a second."
I opened Charles's phone and installed a map app. She’ll definitely need it if she’s going to go anywhere on her own. "First, let's learn how to set the starting point. It can find it for you automatically, or you can press this button here to set it. Let's type in the destination! Jayang Hangang Library."
Charles skillfully entered the destination. "Press the magnifying glass button, and then the bus icon."
Charles hesitated before clicking. She looked like she was afraid the phone might break. It was quite funny. When I laughed, Charles puffed out her cheeks. "Why are you laughing!"
"Because you're cute, that's why."
Charles pouted. Fortunately, the phone displayed the destination normally. But would Charles really be able to ride the bus well? She seemed intimidated by the countless bus routes. "Oppa, it's only 2km away, can't we just walk?"
No! That’s such a medieval way of thinking! If we stop here, you'll have to walk everywhere forever!
"I'll tell you if you get it wrong. Do you want to try it once?"
Charles looked at the phone with anxious eyes, then looked at me. Then, after saying "Hmm!", she led me by the hand. She somehow knew that the red dot moving on the GPS was her, so she spun around in place to align the direction and crossed the crosswalk. She’s doing better than I thought?
"Is, is this the right place...?"
We arrived at the bus stop! She asked, looking as anxious as a puppy that had done something wrong. I’m sorry. You got it wrong.
"Unfortunately, this is the opposite stop."
At that, Charles became noticeably dejected. Oh, this is bad. I shouldn't have let that happen. I hurriedly praised her. "No! You still did a great job! You’ve already learned how to read the map well!"
"You're lying..."
"No, I'm not. Really! You already know how to use the map now. If you get on the wrong one, you just get off at the next stop and take the one going the other way!"
I tapped the bus route on the phone and explained the opposite route and the correct one to her. Charles learned by repeating it several times. But she’ll probably have to get on the wrong bus ten times before she really learns, right? That’s something you can only learn through time.
We rode the bus for four stops. "How do I borrow books?"
"Hmm... wait a second..."
Only after I took Charles to the librarian and even got her a library card could I finally leave. Charles looked at the sparkling library card and was as happy as a child. I should have taken her out more often!
"Then, Oppa! See you at home later!"
Charles waved her hand. I waved back. Charles waved her hand excitedly, watching me until I was out of sight before heading into the library. Would Charles like library dates, too? Reading books together or picking out books for each other would be fun. Places like comic cafes would be good, too. I feel like my list of things I want to do when I get a girlfriend is filling up. I’ll have to try them one by one.
My lips curled up without me realizing it. I couldn't stop myself from grinning. As I planned our next date, I arrived at Yuda-noona’s workshop. When I rang the bell, the iron door opened. Yuda-noona’s fashion today was neat gray jeans and a white satin shirt. Hmm. Something seems a bit different. While I was pondering, Noona asked about a drink.
"Kang-min, you're here? Do you want some tea?"
"Hmm, iced coffee?"
"Got it. Just wait a moment."
Noona fiddled with something in the kitchen. Something seems different... Ah. That’s it. One layer of her cardigan is gone. Just a long white shirt. It’s a shame the tattoos are all covered up, but... does the change in her outfit mean her heart is opening up—is it okay to think that?
'If only people's hearts were that easy...' It’s probably highly likely that it’s just my imagination. As I cleared my mind and waited, Noona quickly brought the coffee and sat down next to me. This time, she placed her hand lightly on mine and looked at me straight on. A kiss? A hug? What will Yuda-noona do first?
