Student Council President Election #1
Student Council President Election #1
"Hey! Why'd you take the chest wrap off?!"
"I told you. I want to show you my dance."
Si-hoo said it with her head slightly lowered, her voice flat. Her hair had fallen over her eyes, so I couldn't read her expression at all...!
Show me your dance, my ass!
What is this, has a dance party broken out around me lately?
"Actually, I even practiced in my room alone. What if I hadn't done the whole male-disguise thing? What if I could've worn a girl's uniform and danced something like this? I could've been good at it too, right? Just like the other girls?"
"You practiced alone too?!"
Imagining Si-hoo dancing by herself in her room made my head spin. How badly did she want this, to go so far?
"It was a little embarrassing, but I did it! Because it's what I wanted! So what! Not that I could ever do it in front of people anyway, because of the disguise!"
Nobody normally gets to do that kind of thing in front of people!
"Si-hoo, calm down for a second! I'll apologize for calling it a physical-comedy dance...! Just get a grip first!"
"No."
—Fwoop.
Si-hoo lifted her head and looked at me with the blank, doll-like stare of an emotionless mannequin.
"Watch and evaluate me. 'Physical comedy'? I'll correct that absurd misconception right now. Geun-cheol."
"Hold on!"
Si-hoo was going to dance, like this?
Even in an oversized tee, without the wrap, Si-hoo's volume was way beyond normal. If she started moving like this, something catastrophic was guaranteed to happen!
I usually tried not to think about it, deliberately turning it into a target for teasing, but seeing it right in front of me again was a whole different story!
"Then watch! My dance!"
—Fwoop!
Si-hoo struck a pose and began to dance.
"Hurk!"
I had to clamp both hands over my mouth to stifle a scream. Did she plan to show off every line of her body? She'd yanked the back of her shirt tight and tucked it into the waistband of her shorts, and now she was dancing.
"Ha, haht."
Similar feel to Yu-ri.
But a different dance.
Si-hoo was swaying her hips with a wave motion when she suddenly placed both hands behind her head and started twisting her upper body and pelvis, shaking them hard and aggressively flaunting her figure.
—Jiggle jiggle.
Which made Si-hoo's huge chest move with total, unrestrained freedom...!
"This can't be happening!"
A pair that had to weigh more than a kilo each, moving like that!
Seriously devastating firepower!
If Yu-ri's dance focused on full-body balance to project sexy appeal, Si-hoo's dance was a reckless, full-throttle boob showcase. And yet even while emphasizing her chest that blatantly, Si-hoo kept dancing with complete composure, not a flicker of expression crossing her face...
"Phew."
After about three minutes, Si-hoo's dance ended. She simply swept her bangs back with the most refreshed look on the planet and let out a deeply satisfied sigh.
"How was it, Geun-cheol? Not bad, right? I can pull it off too, you know."
And then she smiled at me, clearly waiting for my assessment.
"Where the hell did you learn a dance like that...!"
"It's trendy these days, apparently? I-it is a little embarrassing, honestly. Girls' dances are mostly just about being sexy... that's pretty much all they are. Anyway, that's what they call sex appeal, isn't it? I can definitely show that off too. My chest is big, after all."
—Plop.
Si-hoo put a hand on her own chest and spoke as if proud of it. I mean... with a chest like Si-hoo's, yeah, she could certainly show it off.
"So you could say I do possess a somewhat substantial feminine charm."
A somewhat substantial something, alright.
"If I hadn't done the whole male-disguise bullshit, I could've been great at this kind of thing on stage. Isn't that right, Geun-cheol?"
"Uh, uh-huh... yeah."
Still, doing that kind of thing in public is a little...
"Apologize. Now. For calling it a physical-comedy dance."
"I apologize..."
What else could I even say?
In my room. Just the two of us. Si-hoo had just schooled me with a dance while putting her chest on full display.
There was no room left for jokes.
"Your chest is an absolute menace..."
"Heh, Instructor Lee So-ra would've torn me apart for that, but from you, I'll take it as a compliment. Geun-cheol. I've decided something. To have pride."
"Pride?"
"Yeah. Pride."
In what, exactly.
"I used to think having a big chest was just a hassle because of the disguise... but I've decided to just accept it now. So I guess I've developed a sense of pride in this feminine figure of mine. You know?"
The hell is with this runaway train today...!
There she was, half-shy, and yet still unloading every single thought she had about her own chest!
"Haah, so refreshing. If only I could've, I'd have gone up on that stage too. But it doesn't matter, since you watched me, Geun-cheol. Oh, and while I'm at it, just curious. Compared to Leona and Yu-ri, how was it?"
"Nah, hey. Not even a contest. No way you're on their level."
"What?!"
Why is she reacting like that's such a shock?
"I put on a whole performance right in front of you and you just cut me down flat! But you've been agonizing over Leona and Yu-ri this whole time!"
Si-hoo squawked, but my assessment wasn't going to change.
Leona's dance was, literally, art. Fluid movements. Bewitching allure. It perfectly showcased the aristocratic charm that Leona naturally possesses. A hundred points.
And Yu-ri, too, carefully considered her physical balance and highlighted her energetic, wild appeal. Also a hundred points.
But Si-hoo's impromptu dance was just too simplistic. Maybe it came from a place of newfound confidence, like she said, but it was a dance focused entirely on emphasizing her chest. Stimulating and overwhelming, sure, but from an artistic standpoint, I can't give it a hundred.
"That's what it is."
When I laid out that concise critique, Si-hoo's face started to flush red.
"N-no, that's not it! You're just saying that because all you looked at was my chest! I paid attention to the balance too, you know?!"
"Oh, come on! All you did was shake the hell out of your chest, dude! I saw the whole thing!"
"Sh-shake the hell out of what! I just did a normal body wave! That's how the dance is supposed to be!"
"Nobody else was as blatant about it as you!"
"You're insane...!"
Only then, as if embarrassment had finally caught up, did Si-hoo lift her chest with both arms, trying to cover it.
"No, seriously, now you try to cover up?! After you just showed it all off with so much pride!"
"What are you saying! Pervert Geun-cheol!"
"How does that make me a pervert...!"
"I don't know!"
—Flump!
With that, Si-hoo plopped down onto my bed and turned her head away.
"Hey! If you're gonna stay here, at least do something about your chest! I've got nowhere to look when you're not in your usual getup!"
"Seriously...! You never say a word about Leona's or Yu-ri's, but with me it's constant chest talk!"
"Ah, well. That's."
This is a tricky concept to explain.
Obviously I could never talk to Leona or Yu-ri about chests and stuff like that. But how do I put this. It just sort of happens naturally with Si-hoo.
"I don't know, man."
"What do you mean you don't know, honestly. Geun-cheol. Are my boobs the village drum or something?"
"You're the one who made it that way!"
A village drum is only satisfying when you pound it, but obviously I can't go pounding Si-hoo's.
"Tch...! Haah. Fine."
—Slump.
Still looking annoyed, Si-hoo lay her upper body down.
"So how long are you planning to stay?"
"I'm kinda bored... wanna watch a movie or something?"
"Sure, why not."
Movie it is, then.
I got the setup ready right away.
"Hey. You're not gonna, like, seal the chest back up?"
"It's actually more comfortable this way. How could I stand being wrapped up tight every single day."
Lying on her side on my bed, Si-hoo propped her head on one hand and spoke with a slightly shameless tone. Which meant... Si-hoo's heavy assets were pressing down hard on my mattress.
This ridiculous girl.
"Cover up a little when you're in front of me."
"Geun-cheol. You're the only person in the world I can be like this around. Think about my comfort a little. It weirdly makes me feel more at ease, you know?"
So the logic is: I'm the only person she can reveal her true female self to, and that makes her more comfortable.
"Do whatever you want."
Let's just watch the movie.
—Crunch.
And so, Si-hoo and I munched on snacks while watching the movie.

"Fufufu!"
Leona laughed aloud as she recalled the events of the day—the sight of Kim Geun-cheol flustered. Her dance must have completely seized his attention, no doubt about it.
Of course, the dance Woo Yu-ri performed was also quite impressive... but in the end, it was no match for someone like herself, trained in aristocratic etiquette.
"This is my absolute win."
Victory was already in the bag.
"When will he deliver his verdict, I wonder?"
Judging by his attitude, it might take a while. But honestly, Leona didn't really mind if his deliberation dragged on.
The more time went on, the more Kim Geun-cheol would think deeply about the dance she'd performed, agonizing over it.
And then it would be over.
She might not know for sure, but he was probably thinking only of her right now.
Let him keep thinking of her, just like that.
"As a Geun-cheol-mom, I can't let Woo Yu-ri steal his gaze away. This round goes to me, Woo Yu-ri!"
Leona was simply overjoyed.

A festival has one huge advantage.
Everyone gathers to play together, forming a shared experience that brings the kids closer.
"Ooooh! Shall I show you again?"
"Brian! Brian!"
"Waaaaah!"
The atmosphere was boisterous from the morning onward. Looking over, Brian was doing a headspin. Some of the Mage Class kids had even come over to watch.
"Ma O-hun. That's my name. Your armor's impressive."
"Get lost."
Even Ma O-hun was trying to talk to Ryu.
Anyway, the overall vibe was one of increased closeness. Although, part of that was probably because I'd taken Ahn Do-min out of the picture early on. Either way, the grand unification of the grade seemed like it'd be fine.
And then, amid all that noise, the classroom door opened.
It was the instructor.
"The mood is quite good this morning. A festival really is a good thing for the students. Now, the festival is over, which means it's time to return to diligent study."
At that, the kids went to their seats and sat down, expressing their disappointment.
"However, there is still one event left to come. Nothing major compared to the festival, but it should be reasonably enjoyable. The student council president election is fast approaching. A few unsavory incidents occurred during the festival, but those can be prevented next time."
So it's finally starting.
The student council president election.
"We will now take candidates. Prospective candidates, come forward."
