This Is So Unfair!!!
After Lua's big-picture scheme, one more nickname ended up stuck to Lulu no matter how you looked at it.
The moniker "evil farm owner"—an infamous title so damning it bordered on pure notoriety.
Of course, this was something Lua herself had been aiming for, and because it became a hot topic all on its own, it worked out as a win in every direction.
On top of that, everyone who knew the full context clearly understood the whole thing was one giant WWE production, so it never ballooned into real controversy.
Thanks to that, Lulu started cheerfully milking the nickname on stream in all kinds of ways.
Including on the broadcast the very next day after the "evil farm owner" name was born.
"Today! I'm heading out on a ruins expedition with the two people I hired! Waaaaaah!"
In this server, "ruins" were basically dungeons.
The kind of dungeons that sometimes spat out relics with absurd performance, plus all sorts of other treasures.
Clearing the bosses inside those "ruins" was essentially the main content of the entire server.
Lulu had figured out that viewers would love watching her explore and clear them, so she packed every item she could and came fully prepared.
As a side note, the "Lulu Fight" she had created had become such a massive topic that this content got a little buried. In reality, the results of the "Lulu Fight" were what generated even more buzz.
In fact, tomorrow there was going to be another "Lulu Fight" where former pros would compete using only their base skill, and Lulu was set to rake in another fortune off it.
Anyway, every streamer who wanted to diligently grow stronger was tackling these ruins.
And among the streamers grinding hard on ruin clears were the two people currently standing at Lulu's side, getting paid to escort her.
"Aris! Elia! Protect me to the very end!"
"Yes~ Senior~"
"You know you have to fight at least a little yourself, right?"
"Yeah yeah! Of course I know!"
Lulu said that and started hopping up and down on the spot.
It was secretly pretty cute, but looking at the gear Lulu was wearing right now, "impressive" hit you before "cute" ever could.
That was because every single piece Lulu had on was ultra high-spec equipment obtained through her absurd wealth alone.
To put it bluntly, if Lulu currently had a proper combat class, she could massacre the majority of players through pure item power despite her hopeless control.
Unfortunately, Lulu's physicals were hopeless and she wasn't even a combat class, so her actual combat power wasn't that high.
"But that scythe you're holding..."
"Farmers get combat bonuses too! Holding a scythe boosts combat power!"
Lulu started hopping again while gripping a scythe that normally would never be used as a weapon.
Another advantage of this server was that even production classes could manage at least minimal combat if they held the item matching their job.
For chefs it was frying pans, for miners pickaxes, and for farmers, scythes—that was the idea.
"So you can pull your own weight then?"
To Aris's question, Lulu answered with absolute confidence.
"Nope! I can't, that's why I paid money to hire you two!"
"Whoa, you're so shameless about it that I'm actually more shocked."
"Senior Lulu, if you intentionally troll and die, that's not our fault, right?"
"No? You two have to work hard to keep me alive. If I die, you both only get half the money!"
Lulu declared it so brazenly that the two, who had already received a substantial advance, could only heave a deep sigh.
One way or another, this ruin expedition was highly likely to proceed according to the whims of their employer, Lulu.
Regardless, Lulu was wearing a literal victory smile. A truly vicious, utterly wicked one at that.
Surprisingly, the three-person party of Aris, Elia, and Lulu was progressing through the ruins more smoothly than expected.
Aris held the front line, Elia the rear, and Lulu sat in the middle thoroughly bus-riding, only occasionally picking a fight if something ambushed from the side.
"Get away! Get awaaaaay!"
But right now, Lulu was in a pretty dangerous situation.
Bat-type monsters were flying around trying to attack her, yet thanks to Lulu's hopeless aim she couldn't hit them properly at all.
"Lulu! Just keep running away!"
"That's right, Senior! Just run!"
"I don't know! I don't know! Get these things off meee!"
Lulu started fleeing while literally begging, and Aris finished slicing through every monster rushing from the front before going to rescue her.
Elia also cleared the monsters charging from the backline and then saved Lulu as well.
Thanks to that, Lulu succeeded in thoroughly bus-riding while doing nothing but running, and she answered in a very proud voice.
"As expected! The two I hired are the best! The best!!"
"Senior, but these bats are the weakest monsters that appear here..."
"...Tch! I can not be able to fight them!"
"Elia, give up. She's a bit much."
"I'm docking your pay!"
"I'm filing a complaint with the server admin about this?"
"Urghhhhh...!"
Lulu was grinding her teeth, and the model's expression actually changed to a teeth-grinding face as well.
Lulu knew all too well exactly what points the viewers loved.
After that, the three of them bickered their way all the way through.
Treasure chests appeared here and there along the way, but every time one showed up, Aris and Elia warned Lulu.
"That could be a mimic."
"Mimic?"
"Yeah, a mob that looks like a treasure chest, mixed in among the real ones."
"Is there a way to tell them apart?"
"They usually look a bit flashier. Real treasure chests tend to be plain."
"Okay okay! Got it!"
"And before you open a treasure chest, try attacking it once. If it's a mimic, it'll take the hit right away."
Lulu nodded and swung her scythe at every chest before opening it.
And if a mimic got hit in the process? Lulu would simply crush it under her item specs.
Why could someone who could do that not kill those bats? It was truly mysterious.
Regardless, the three of them pushed deeper and deeper, and by the time they came to their senses they had reached the innermost area.
"Waaaaah...! It's the treasure room...!"
"Senior, we have to take down the boss mob first."
"Lulu, just don't do anything and only run away as much as possible. Got it?"
"Yes sir!"
Lulu answered cutely and a little solemnly, and with that Aris and Elia began the hunt.
The boss monster was a minotaur, a bipedal beast with a bull's face, and it had quite a variety of patterns.
Jump ambush, rampage, charge, defense into counter.
Aris and Elia took each of those patterns once, learned them, and quickly got used to the fight.
"Elia! Jump attack pattern!"
"Yes! I'll keep moving! Senior Lulu, you keep moving too!"
"Got it! Fighting, both of you~!"
Lulu cheered them on with her mouth while doing nothing but running away.
In the process she only fled toward places where Aris and Elia were clearly visible, perfectly framing the camera so viewers could watch the two of them fight.
Looking at this, it almost seemed like Lulu's physicals weren't actually bad and even that was acting.
...Though that probably wasn't really the case.
Lulu's physicals were the real deal. That immense trolling power could never come from acting. If that was acting, Lulu would have to go collect a Best Actress award.
She probably just had her own knack for it.
Look even now—Lulu was stuck right at the edge of this boss map and just kept circling around. When she could stay still, she stayed still.
That was why this scene was captured so well.
Seeing Lulu smartly resolve even her own lack of physicals made her seem truly impressive in a way.
While smiling a little and admiring a little at Lulu's fleeing, Aris and Elia finished the hunt.
As expected, even while running away Lulu had taken some hits, leaving her with only three hearts of HP left.
Even so, they cleared it because Aris and Elia were just that good.
In the first place these two had come to a dungeon a tier below the ones they should have been doing, so it wouldn't have been that hard. If anything, Lulu had been the dead weight.
"Lulu, let's go open the treasure chests now."
"Yeees~ Yap yap yap yap!"
Lulu dashed into the treasure chest room packed with chests and started swinging her scythe.
As if there were no mimics anywhere, Lulu's scythe sword-energy attacks hit nothing.
"Yep! Great! No mimics! Then I'll open this chest first~ Thanks for the meal~!"
Lulu opened one of the three flashy treasure chests right in the center.
And then...
=Kueeeeeeeek!
"Kyaaaaaaaaaaah!!!"
She got hit by a mimic ambush and took a solid blow.
And currently Lulu hadn't recovered any HP at all. She'd let her guard down after beating the boss.
As a result...
RURURURU1234 has fallen.
Lulu died.
A brief silence, and then...
"Pffft..."
"Khuhuhuhu..."
Elia and Aris's laughter came one after another.
Hearing that laughter, Lulu screamed and delivered that legendary line.
"This is so unfair! This is so unfaaaaaair!! Ahhhhhh!! Why did I die! Why did I diiiiiie!!!"
Really, that scream was a masterpiece.
