Prologue + Chapter 1: Transmigrated into the Hero Maker World
I transmigrated into the world of one of my favorite games, Hero Maker.
A world with my favorite characters!
So I fanned over them.
I made all my favorite characters my employees.
I even had them cosplay to observe all sorts of looks.
I took photos,
and living together gave it a date-like vibe.
While doing that, I prevented all their bad endings.
It was truly happy times.
But.
I had no plans to seduce my favorite characters and marry them.
My favorite characters were all based on the Seven Deadly Sins.
Hero Phoenix represented Wrath.
Magical Girl Miracle Heart was Envy.
White Angel was Greed.
Assassin Nightmare was Pride.
The four main characters were all Seven Deadly Sins types.
They're fine normally,
but when emotions run wild, they turn into total crazies.
Wrath-crazed bitch.
Envy-crazed bitch.
Greed-crazed bitch.
Pride-crazed bitch.
...the kind you could call them.
From afar, they're super cool heroes,
but as girlfriends, they're dangerous women.
So after the happy ending, I planned to keep my distance.
"Boss? Where are you going?"
"Oppa. Were you planning to ditch us?"
"Prophet. Disappearing without a word... how disappointing."
"My lord. Do you intend to break our vow of eternal companionship?"
"......"
I got caught by my favorite characters.
Hero Maker
Hero Maker is a game where you pick one hero to protect the world.
Your first playthrough is pretty damn hard.
But.
No need to despair.
Every time you die or see an ending, you accumulate Ability Points.
You can use Ability Points to strengthen your starting character.
Boost stats,
add skills, talents, traits.
...Thanks to that, later playthroughs turn into an easy game.
Around the 10th playthrough?
You can max one stat to S-rank,
and start with 1-2 good skills, talents, or traits.
That's enough for a smooth ending.
Around the 50th?
All stats maxed to S-rank,
all useful skills, talents, traits unlocked at start.
You can stomp S-rank villains right from the get-go in cheat character mode.
Around the 200th?
All stats maxed to SSS-rank,
every skill, talent, trait unlocked.
Flick a finger and wipe all villains—total munchkin overpowered mode.
Around the 999th?
You can transmigrate into the game.
"......?"
A light flashed from my computer, and I transmigrated into the Hero Maker world.
But.
It wasn't transmigration without explanation.
A choice appeared.
You can transmigrate into the Hero Maker world.
Transmigrate?
[Yes] / [No]
Hit [No]?
Life goes on as normal.
But.
[Yes]?
I can see my favorite characters for real!
Fan over them in person!
So I hit it right away.
Allocate Ability Points?
"Of course I'm allocating!"
In a game, starting without points is hard mode fun,
but this is transmigration.
Best to start as maxed-out munchkin with all stats, skills, talents, traits.
...I thought, and allocated points.
No need to think efficiency.
999th playthrough.
Points overflowing.
Just max everything.
...I thought.
"?"
Lots of new stuff.
New skills, talents, traits added.
Can spend points on appearance,
buy items.
Even convert leftover points to cash.
So I checked them one by one.
"!!!!!!"
Select one person in the Hero Maker world to possess.
My mind cleared instantly.
Don't buy this?
Possess one of the main Hero Maker characters?
"......"
All main characters in Hero Maker are women.
So random possession means becoming a woman.
...That's fine.
If I can see my faves up close!
Becoming a woman is no big deal!
But.
Possessing a fave? Unbearable.
Possessing a fave
is like killing them with my own hands!
"Don't know what happens to the body's original soul on possession..."
[Info]
On possession, the body's original soul is treated as deceased.
"......"
Confirmed.
Possessing a fave kills their soul.
Unforgivable for a Hero Maker fanboy.
So.
Possession Character Selection is a must-buy.
No choice otherwise.
Bought it.
"Now..."
Decide who to possess.
"Possessing a villain is the safest bet."
Possession means killing the target.
Best to pick a trash villain it's legal to kill.
...I pondered.
Which villain?
"Hmm..."
Pondered and pondered.
"Whichever villain, I can get the faves' happy endings."
Starting as SSS-rank maxed munchkin.
Happy endings are easy.
So.
Worry about other things.
"Like..."
For ultimate fanning, which villain? ...That kinda thing.
"!!!!!!"
Perfect villain for fanning came to mind.
Good powers,
trash enough to kill legally.
'Problem is...'
He's done so much trashy legal-to-kill stuff.
Criminal pre-awakening,
post-awakening, even worse fiend.
Possess him?
Past crimes could cause headaches...
Cleanses the possession target's identity completely.
Bought it immediately.
Maxed all new skills, talents, traits.
"Leftover points..."
Bought items to save faves,
items to strengthen faves.
Convenience items,
fanning items.
Then.
Checked remaining points.
10% left.
"Now..."
Invested in appearance.
Points to face for flower boy looks,
body for muscular build.
Height to 180cm,
even a pleasant scent from my body.
Gave the lower-half partner a slight boost.
Then.
Checked remaining points.
5% left.
"Now..."
Converted all to cash.
Transmigrate?
[Yes] / [No]
"Of course!"
If family or girlfriend, might've stayed,
but I got neither!
Light heart, transmigrated.
Name: Kang Minwoo
Age: 22
Ability: Shadow
Can make shadow clones,
create shadow swords, spears, arrows, chains for attacks.
Has Shadow Hide stealth skill,
and Shadow Step teleport.
...But in game,
just mob-level villain.
Good ability,
but mana rock-bottom.
2-3 skills and he's out.
But.
Me possessing?
"Status window!"
────────────────────
Name: Kang Minwoo
Age: 22
Gender: Male
Race: Human
Ability: Shadow (S-rank)
<Stats>
Strength: SSS-rank
Agility: SSS-rank
Intelligence: SSS-rank
Dexterity: SSS-rank
Endurance: SSS-rank
Stamina: SSS-rank
Mana: SSS-rank
────────────────────
Turns into SSS-rank munchkin.
SSS-rank mana.
Spam skills no problem—total cheat ability user.
Spam clones,
spam teleports.
...With that?
Teleport after faves in action for fanning!
Give clone a camera?
Shoot faves from all angles!
Camcorder?
Record videos!
Edit them?
Make a Hero Maker movie!
...But no shooting yet.
Hero Maker starts March 1, 2025.
Today is January 1, 2025.
Transmigrated 2 months early.
No hero forms yet.
Still civilians.
...But not worthless to shoot.
Love hero forms,
but everyday lives too.
Good to record.
But.
No time now.
Lots to prepare.
"Plain happy ending needs no prep..."
But transmigrated.
Won't settle for plain happy ending.
"Aiming for super happy ending beyond that."
Original happy ending: trash process, happy end.
Reject.
My Hero Maker movie needs no regret, despair, obsession tags.
"Hero story needs some trials..."
But cut gross plots.
So.
Prep now.
...Created shadow clones.
Lots to do.
Scatter for fast prep.
"Main body."
"What."
"Mana's plenty. More clones, we can film faves' daily lives too, right?"
"!!!!!!"
Added clones immediately.
Prepped till March 1, 2025.
"Hardest was..."
Fundraising.
"Points gave some cash..."
Not enough.
Needed insane funds to solve most issues with money.
"Impossible in game."
But.
Real world, no system limits?
Swarms of clones raiding villains' secret vaults simultaneously?
All secret vaults in China?
"Infinite money cheat."
Raided them all.
Endless teleports, thorough looting.
Villain vaults,
even high-up Chinese officials' secret stashes.
Clean sweep.
Then.
Transformed as Chinese villain for security cams.
What happens?
"They'll suspect each other and start biting."
Maybe war.
"Even better."
In Hero Maker, China's 100% enemy.
Chinese villains enemies,
Chinese gov enemies.
So they fight, we win.
...But.
No active meddling.
Today's big.
March 1, 2025.
Han Soyeon—one of main characters—transforms into 'Phoenix' historic day!
First character, first transformation!
Gonna film perfectly.
And.
Perfectly block bad ending.
"If like game..."
Phoenix gets one of two nicknames today based on fight.
1. Arson Hero
2. Citizen Slayer
...Arson Hero's fine.
Heroes aren't perfect from start.
Fire ability user risks life, fires spread,
some arson happens.
Fine.
Burn buildings?
Burn cars?
Money fixes it.
But.
Burning nearby citizens? Unfixable disaster.
Can't control new power?
Can't gauge strength first fight?
Excuses.
Hero who kills can't be forgiven, no matter what.
Not 1-2 deaths,
torched all nearby civilians—inevitable villain.
Inevitable despair,
bad ending.
"Can't allow that."
My Hero Maker movie gets no regret, despair, obsession.
Gonna block for sure.
