Why Is This Working So Well?
My stream hit a plateau.
I knew it would happen eventually, but actually experiencing it felt incredibly frustrating.
Besides, if things kept going like this, I was guaranteed to end up as just another run-of-the-mill streamer with two hundred thousand subscribers on NewTube, making just enough to get by.
I couldn't let that happen. I had to avoid it at all costs.
Fortunately—or unfortunately—the stream of the girl next door, my childhood friend, had hit a plateau at the exact same time.
Right around then, a WGM craze started sweeping through our streaming platform.
I figured this was my last chance.
"Hey, Lee Yebin."
"What?"
"I know this sounds absolutely insane, but..."
"If it's insane, then please keep your mouth shut."
"Let's do a WGM. You and me."
"Crazy bastard."
But in the end, Yebin also needed to escape her plateau. So, biting the bullet, we started our fake marriage...
...and it's doing way better than I ever imagined.
Seriously, why is this working so well?
