Water Park 2
To truly understand why Lee Sia had decided to take Park Siwoo to the water park, we had to go back to before the summer vacation began.
It was just before summer break started, one ordinary afternoon.
While Park Siwoo stepped away for a moment, a group of girls suddenly surrounded Lee Sia.
“Sia, I have to ask… are you still dating Siwoo?”
“…Huh?”
Lee Sia was caught off guard by the sudden question.
It wasn’t early in the semester yet; they were already wrapping up the final days of the first term.
The girl continued without missing a beat.
“You two are totally dating, right? I’ve seen you guys so much… you even helped each other with knee scrapes sometimes.”
“A-ah… yeah…”
Lee Sia answered in a slightly flustered tone.
Satisfied with the confirmation, the group of girls turned the question around on her.
“But why the sudden interest?”
The girls exchanged awkward glances and began explaining.
After some back-and-forth, the core idea boiled down to this:
“So… people still think our relationship with Siwoo is just a rumor?”
“Yeah… we thought maybe you’d stop hanging around him all the time, but no one else seems to have noticed. Especially the upperclassmen.”
“Upperclassmen? Which ones?”
“The second-years who weren’t here during your first year… that’s why. The female upperclassmen are the worst. They’ve been uploading old photos saying it’s just a rumor…”
“And they’re even spreading rumors that you guys are secretly meeting upperclassmen behind everyone’s backs.”
Lee Sia was stunned.
At the start of the semester she and Siwoo had taken many photos together to drive away the annoying flies. Once those flies had vanished, she stopped posting anything with him on her SNS.
It wasn’t for bragging; she had simply captured memories between the two of them.
That was why her SNS had gone quiet for a while.
But recently these girls kept insisting it was “just a rumor” because there were no photos of them together anymore.
Of course they weren’t officially dating yet, but from Sia’s perspective—with no contact whatsoever from any upperclassmen—the claim felt completely ridiculous.
Thinking back, she had noticed a few extra messages from people she hadn’t blocked yet.
She hadn’t paid much attention, but now that these rumors were circulating, the situation needed to change.
‘First… I should block those upperclassmen who keep reaching out.’
Lost in thought about her future response, Sia’s tone suddenly grew calmer. The girls, sensing the shift, started dropping hints one by one.
“We’ll take care of it!”
“Yeah! We’ve always got your back!”
“How about posting pictures of the two of you having a trip this summer break?”
That was when a tempting suggestion landed right in Sia’s ear.
“A trip?”
“Yeah… if we post pictures from a real trip together, these rumors should die down, right?”
“A trip…”
“But two high schoolers going on vacation…”
“Yeah, it’s tricky…”
“What about an amusement park or a water park? It’s summer, after all.”
“That works.”
After heated discussion, the decision was unanimous.
“Water park! Sia’s body is something to brag about!”
“True…”
“And idol-level cheek blush too…”
It had to be the water park.
Just as she was wondering where the two of them could go this summer, her friends had handed her the perfect recommendation.
After the group dispersed, Sia had one last good idea for Park Siwoo.
‘This is the perfect time… I should dress him up too!’
Siwoo wasn’t bad at dressing himself, but Sia knew that when he did put effort in, he looked incredibly handsome.
So, using the excuse of picking out swimsuits together, she dragged him to the mall to help him choose an outfit.
On the appointed day, the two headed to the department store.
After dressing Siwoo up first, Sia’s thought was simple.
‘He’s stunning…’
The simple, everyday cut he usually sported suddenly looked completely different. His face changed dramatically.
Siwoo himself was clearly pleased with the transformation, so Sia decided her plan had succeeded and went to find her own swimsuit.
As soon as she stepped into the swimsuit section, her eyes locked onto the bold options.
They were all revealing, but each one was incredibly attractive.
However, Sia rejected them from the start.
First, she refused to use any tricks.
She believed real love couldn’t be won with beauty.
Second, she didn’t want Siwoo to see her in a bikini—or anyone else, for that matter.
Yet, when she noticed Siwoo looking genuinely embarrassed while picking swimsuits, a mischievous spark lit up inside her.
She slyly held up a very revealing suit and teased him.
At first he tried to act shy, but when she kept pressing, he muttered, “Black…” with visible reluctance.
And then, leaning in close, he added in a quiet, possessive tone, “That kind of swimsuit is off-limits in front of other people. Too dangerous.”
‘…!!!’
The overwhelming wave of possessiveness she felt was pure ecstasy mixed with shock.
Sia had to bite her lip hard to stop herself from smiling.
Still, when he answered with a calm “Yeah, of course,” she felt her plan was already working.
Suddenly feeling playful again, she whispered right against his ear, “I’ll only wear revealing clothes for Siwoo’s eyes only.”
Siwoo’s face turned even more flustered.
“Hehe…”
Watching that reaction, Sia’s heart swelled with pure delight. It was proof that Siwoo was thinking of her.
If it had been anyone else, she would have been annoyed, but hearing those words from Siwoo—embarrassed and shy—made her feel incredibly happy.
That was the day they would go to the water park.
Sia had planned to tell Siwoo it was the pool, but when she mentioned the surprise to her mom, Choi Minjeong, she immediately agreed.
“You’re planning a surprise? Don’t worry, I’ll help you out.”
With her mom’s support, the trip went smoothly.
Of course, on the bus heading to the water park, Siwoo had been daydreaming, which made Sia nervously clutch her phone. But she reassured herself it was nothing and felt relieved.
Once inside the park, they hit the locker room. Sia quickly changed, applied sunscreen, and headed out.
Thanks to her friends’ recommendation, she had chosen a glowing sunscreen. She looked even better than if she’d just used plain lotion.
Everything was ready, but the moment she stepped outside, she could feel every pair of eyes on her.
She ignored them all and walked straight toward one person.
That person happened to be Siwoo, scrolling on his phone.
Sia moved quickly and stepped right behind him.
“Waaah!”
“…!”
She had successfully startled him.
As she leaned in to hug him, she felt the firm, toned body beneath his clothes and was a little surprised herself.
Of course, Sia kept her surprise hidden.
Next, they headed to the rental counter to borrow life vests.
When she put one on Siwoo, the life vest was snug around his chest.
She had almost joked about locking it, but even with the straps fully tightened, it was still too loose.
Sighing in disappointment, she moved on to the next spot—the water slides.
Not the ordinary kind. This was the couple-exclusive water slide where you rode a single tube together.
As they waited their turn and chatted, the moment arrived.
Because of how the tube worked, Sia naturally ended up sitting between Siwoo’s legs.
She deliberately shifted a little farther back to take full advantage of the position.
Then she noticed Siwoo’s hands hovering, unsure where to hold her.
Sia reached back and gently took his hands, placing them on her waist.
“Hold me tight, Siwoo.”
Not long after, the end of the tunnel came into view. Siwoo wrapped his arms around her waist.
“Waaaah!”
“Kyaa~”
The tube began plunging downward.
The steady, protective grip on her waist made Sia feel incredibly safe.
But the rush of adrenaline was cut short when the tunnel ended with a splash.
That was when the thought crossed her mind: ‘If we’re really a couple, will we always be able to stay like this?’
Then—
“Whoa!”
“Heh!”
Suddenly Siwoo’s strong arms pulled her in from behind, and Sia couldn’t hold back a cute sound.
Completely aware of what had just happened, Sia’s mind raced.
‘What? He just… pulled me in? Is this flirting? Is he trying to seduce me? But this is a public place and we’re still minors… Even so, since he started it first, maybe it’s okay? I guess… Maybe I should just use the moment to charm everyone and then…’
Right as those thoughts formed,
“Whoosh!”
a huge splash erupted, and cold water sprayed across Sia’s body.
Only then did she realize Siwoo had shielded her from getting wet.
“Wah? Are you okay, Sia?”
“A-ah… yeah…”
“Good.”
She answered carefully, still embarrassed about the earlier fantasy she had just had.
Then Sia lifted her head and saw Siwoo’s face.
She had no choice but to be stunned.
