Record of Another World #3
『Record of Another World #3』
A planet invaded by an alien race, Kendorra.
Beneath Kendorra's violet sky.
A red judgment struck down onto the land interwoven with silver and purple.
Magma poured like a waterfall, endlessly multiplying and beginning to blanket the ground.
Thus, calamity descended upon the invaders' domain.
As the red magma engulfed the city, terrified screams pierced the heavens.
The invaders, classified as low-rank soldiers, tried to flee in chaos, but their footsteps were far too slow.
The magma ruthlessly pursued them.
It devoured without mercy—those who ran, those who stood their ground, those who resigned themselves to fate.
[Kee, kieeeek!!!]
[Kiiik! Kiiiiiik!!!]
The magma burned and melted the invaders' flesh, stripping away their lives.
Death was not instantaneous.
The agony dragged on, and their screams echoed across the planet.
Before the wave of red death, their power was no more than grains of sand.
Streets turned into red rivers in an instant.
Cries for salvation were soon buried and silenced within the magma.
The city, once thriving under the invaders' prosperity, transformed into a sea of red death.
Even after swallowing an entire city.
The magma spread relentlessly, as if still hungry, devouring everything connected to the invaders.
Not even the lords were spared.
They marshaled all their abilities to resist, but before the magma's power, every skill was futile.
The dignity of the lords, who once terrified Kendorra, was now worth less than dust.
As their bodies slowly sank into the magma, their eyes filled with despair and terror unlike any they had known.
The grand lord nearest the magma.
He believed his power alone could halt this disaster.
Unaware that such faith was mere illusion.
"Don't run! Aren't you ashamed to fear mere lava like this?!"
The grand lord raised both hands high.
Green light flashed from his eyes, and energy surged from his entire body.
In that moment.
The sky split open, unleashing a massive storm.
The storm charged toward the magma flooding the planet.
For a brief instant, the magma's advance halted.
A faint smile crossed the grand lord's face, but it didn't last.
One second after stopping.
The red magma swallowed even the storm and pressed onward.
"Wh-what...!"
Despair seeped into the grand lord's face.
The moment his arrogant belief in his invincibility shattered.
Soon.
The grand lord, who had once invaded and ruled Kendorra, sank into the magma and slowly melted away.
His screams echoed to the heavens as well, but they too were quickly submerged.
The wave of purification—and red death—showed no discrimination.
Lords or grand lords, regardless of rank, all were consumed.
Not just their bodies, but everything tied to them was eradicated.
The buildings they built.
The tools they used, even the breath they exhaled.
Even the traces of invaders lingering in the atmosphere were purified by the red heat and vanished.
Kendorra seemed to rewind time, returning to its pre-invasion state.
* Time passed.
As the magma that had flooded the planet receded, Kendorra's new form emerged.
After 35 years.
The toxic fog that had shrouded the planet for ages lifted, and the violet sky purified into a clear, pristine blue.
The land of silver and purple now bloomed with green, life beginning to sprout.
Iris, watching it all from space.
The Kendorra in Iris's eyes now was serene, unlike before.
All traces of the invaders were gone.
A hollow silence flowed over the planet.
Yet within that silence, the stirrings of new life could be felt.
The mysterious power of the red magma had breathed fresh life into Kendorra, and the planet was now ready to open a new chapter in its history.
Iris descended back to the surface.
And delivered the news to Kendorra's natives that the purification was complete.
Soon after.
The sound of bunker doors opening echoed in the clear air.
About 700 natives emerged.
Survivors who had endured 35 years without giving up, yearning for liberation.
They stared blankly at the purified, revitalized planet, speechless.
Soon.
Tearful laughter burst out from various spots.
The natives bowed repeatedly to the man who called himself a god, expressing endless gratitude until their backs nearly broke.
They gingerly stepped toward the lush green fields.
The resolute sound of their footsteps carried hope for the future, and the soft rustle of new sprouts underfoot heralded Kendorra's new era.

─ The Red Magma of Purification ─
The time it took for Black Magma Slime-003 to blanket Kendorra was 1 hour.
No, a bit less than that.
"It finished faster than expected. I thought it'd take at least 2 hours."
Well, in a way, it made sense.
Kendorra looked smaller than I'd thought from space.
If it had been Elemen시아, it would've taken much longer.
Elemen시아 was dozens of times larger than Kendorra, after all.
Some of the jo-ryeokja were still in shock.
The chat flooded nonstop.
They were seriously shocked.
Glancing at the jo-ryeokja chats rising at the edge of my view, I had Iris guide the natives waiting in the bunker outside.
With the invaders gone.
Kendorra's polluted air and land thoroughly purified.
The natives gawked at the sight, reacting in all sorts of ways.
Later.
Once their heightened emotions calmed a bit.
They knelt before Iris.
Apologizing for doubting the god irreverently, they expressed endless gratitude to me.
Even declaring their intent to become my followers.
Then they rose and stepped onto the lush green fields, heading forward until they reached the nearest city.
At its entrance stood a small temple.
Apparently a temple worshiping a fictional god that hadn't helped when humanity was on the path to extinction under the invaders.
"Sorry. We'll use this as a temporary temple for now."
"We'll build a new one as soon as possible, so please forgive us."
"Ah! We'll clear out this trash right away!"
One man cursed the nonexistent god that offered no aid during humanity's peril, smashing the statue modeled after it.
He even demolished the altar in the temple's center for offerings.
Iris, quick on the uptake, used the Dimensional Altar Installation Ticket I'd authorized, installing a new altar there.
Dimensional Altar installation complete.
Location: New Kendorra.
