Ban Mi-jo's Photoshoot 2
Han Pan stared at her with a look of pure bewilderment.
The words had come out of nowhere.
Watching his eyes go wide, Ban Mi-jo spoke with calm composure.
"So… um… overseas they call it boudoir photography. You pick a theme, like a woman's bedroom, and take sensual photos… the heat level can get pretty high, and usually it's wives who want them as gifts for their husbands… The spicier ones I sent you were basically that kind of thing…"
"Ah, I see…"
Only then did Han Pan understand why she had sent him those high-heat shots.
"Yeah, so… today I want to try shooting in two different directions…"
"Yes, I understand perfectly."
She let out a long breath.
"Whew~ Just saying it out loud is making my face burn…"
"Haha, so what? I'm not married, but I get it."
"Hoho, right. That's why I'm asking you—someone I can trust… I know plenty of photographers, but this is private, and the photos are pretty intimate, so I have to be careful. Hoho."
"Of course! It's great for me too—builds my portfolio! Just getting to shoot a celebrity like you, Noona, is something I'm grateful for!"
At Han Pan's words she laughed bashfully, yet kept stealing glances at him, gauging his reaction.
She was thoroughly embarrassed.
Han Pan found it fascinating. The woman who, that drunken night, had stared at his cock with pure delight was nowhere to be seen. In her place stood a wife and mother, blushing in front of him.
He quickly searched Instagram for boudoir photography and began studying the style.
Most of the shots were taken on beds or sofas—images designed to seduce a lover or husband.
The foreign women were definitely bolder, though many seemed to be holding back just enough to dodge Instagram's censors. Still, there were plenty of professional photographers specializing in the genre, and their skill was impressive.
Han Pan looked through the photos with genuine interest. Compared to the usual body-profile shoots, this was a completely different way of framing a woman's body, and he found it fun.
Most of them were artistic and erotic, but with only a slight push of the heat level they could tip straight into pure filth.
Art and porn were only a sheet of paper apart, he thought, as he screenshotted a few of the images.
"This is interesting."
"Oh, you looked it up? What do you think?"
"Well… there are some pretty intense ones… I'm just worried whether my skills are up to that level…"
Ban Mi-jo laughed.
"Don't worry. This noona will lead you just fine. You just press the shutter."
"Yes."
"Today let's get in sync and make something real! Come on—high five!"
She held out her hand. Han Pan raised his and lightly slapped her palm.
"Alright then. Haha."
Ban Mi-jo drove a good distance from Han Pan's house, winding deep into a quiet neighborhood in Bundang.
The place they arrived at felt like a newly developed new-town village.
Surrounded by mountains, the atmosphere was remarkably still.
Identical two-story houses stood in neat rows, and Han Pan wondered how a studio could even exist somewhere like this.
The car stopped in front of one of the houses at the entrance to the village.
It was a clean American-style home with a well-kept lawn in the front yard. A small sign on the post read Irum Studio.
Han Pan found the idea of renting a house like this as a studio surprisingly fresh.
She backed into the parking spot in front of the house, then opened the trunk and got out.
Han Pan climbed out as well and helped her unload the bags.
Loaded down with gear, they stood at the front door.
Ban Mi-jo entered the passcode, disarmed the security system, and stepped inside.
The living room was immaculate. Lighting rigs and equipment scattered here and there, along with uniformly luxurious furniture, made it clear this was a working studio.
The heat of the day had left the interior stifling and muggy.
After a quick look around, Ban Mi-jo found the system air-conditioner switch and cranked it to full blast.
Cold air rapidly chased the heat from the rooms.
Han Pan set down his own gear, went back outside, and helped her with the rest.
Her bags were surprisingly heavy; he was intensely curious about what was inside.
"Take a look around and think about where you want to shoot."
She spoke while unloading her bags one by one onto a wheeled garment rack.
"Okay."
Han Pan watched her unpack for a moment. The volume of clothing was considerable.
As dresses and accessories spilled out, he began touring the studio.
It was literally a private home converted into a shooting set.
The distinctive feature was that nearly every wall and piece of furniture was white or soft cream.
The living room sat mostly empty save for a large sofa and a few lights; various chairs were stacked in one corner.
He opened a door connected to the living room and found a sizable bedroom.
A luxurious wooden king-size bed was made up with white bedding.
Tall posts rose from each of the four corners, with sheer curtains hanging between them.
A large window was also draped in thin curtains; sunlight filtered through, creating a soft, intimate atmosphere.
He closed the door and headed upstairs. Several rooms lined the hallway.
One room was entirely black, dark and moody, with only a faint wash of light from the window setting the tone.
The other rooms each had their own unique color and mood.
The last room especially caught his eye—it was quite large.
Inside stood a bed of the same style as the one downstairs.
The difference was the pink palette: tall posts at the four corners again, this time draped with extremely thin crimson curtains.
It was a grand, antique bed with a medieval European feel, and it looked extremely expensive.
A style you almost never saw in Korea.
Han Pan decided the studio owner's taste ran toward the classic.
The walls were pale pink, the bed the same shade, while the bedding was a blood-red so intense it dominated the entire color scheme.
Wondering what kind of shoot they might do in here, he closed the door and went back downstairs.
Ban Mi-jo was still hard at work laying out the clothes, accessories, and shoes she had brought.
Every single piece boasted a distinctive design.
Among the items that snagged his gaze were tools that looked like they belonged in an SM kit.
A riding crop, handcuffs, a blindfold, even a ball gag—quite the variety.
There were also leather pieces whose purpose he couldn't immediately guess; he wondered how they were meant to be used.
Beside them sat cosplay gear—bunny ears, a Catwoman-style mask, and more.
Now he understood why her bags had been so heavy.
On one side were latex outfits as well. When he picked one up, he found a full-body latex suit designed to encase every inch of skin.
Mi-jo saw him holding it and smiled.
"Cool, right? I've always wanted to put something like that on and get photos taken."
Han Pan grinned.
"There are a lot of interesting things here."
"Right? A bunch of this stuff I bought out of curiosity and just shoved in storage… I just brought everything."
Han Pan picked up the riding crop beside him.
"Is this a prop?"
"Yeah. Thought I'd hold it for the atmosphere if we do any SM-style shots."
"Ohh! So that's your kind of taste?"
"Hoho, not really. I just bought it for fun… queen cosplay, that sort of thing?"
"Ohh! Playing like that with your husband must be fun. Haha."
Her expression turned a little sad at that.
"Ha… If only. My husband has zero interest in any of this…"
"Ah… I see…"
Han Pan lowered his gaze to the bottom of the rack.
Several pairs of shoes were lined up there—many of them the kind you could never wear out on the street.
Heel heights varied wildly, and the styles were just as diverse.
There were shoes a strip dancer might wear, and boots that would climb all the way up the thighs.
Han Pan let out a low whistle.
"Wow… but when did you even buy all this?"
Ban Mi-jo laughed.
"Eun-yeong unnie introduced us to so much of this stuff… I just collected piece by piece and it piled up like this… Your mom, Mi-ho unnie, used to hold back at first, then got hooked late and went on a total shopping spree… Her collection's probably pretty solid too. If anything she has more than me, not less."
"Wow, really? Even my mom?"
"Of course. Once she officially became single she kept saying she was going to get herself a young boyfriend. Hohoho."
"Ah… I see…"
A flicker of pity for his mother passed through Han Pan's mind.
"Women are pretty similar to guys, huh… My friends and I talk about all kinds of crazy stuff in our group chat too…"
Ban Mi-jo smiled.
"People are all the same… In our group chat we talk about every wild thing under the sun, and whenever Eun-yeong unnie buys something she brags about it nonstop… Heh! Everyone ends up impulse-buying."
Ban Mi-jo winked.
