Interview 1
“Holy crap…”
“Excuse me?”
“You know—the one coming in for an interview today.”
“Ah~ the nepotism hire~”
The front-desk clerk leaned in and whispered to the employee who’d just walked up.
“Dude, nepotism or not, she’s unreal.”
“Why? What’s so unreal about her?”
“Over there. Look.”
“Where?”
The desk clerk pointed toward Suhee, who was waiting for the elevator.
She had her back turned, so all they could see was her figure from behind—but that alone was more than enough.
The other man’s gaze followed the pointing finger, landed on Suhee, and a low sound of pure admiration slipped straight out of his mouth.
“Damn…”
“Right? And her face is just as insane.”
“Honestly, looking like that, I’d understand even if she were a total disaster at the job.”
“That’s not even the half of it. It gets better.”
“Whoa… man, I wish I’d seen her face. Missed out.”
“Eh, she’ll be working here. You’ll get plenty of chances. Gonna make coming to work a whole lot more fun, huh?”
On any other day, sticky stares and muttered comments would have registered instantly—but today’s Suhee was different.
Maybe it was the nerves.
The lingering looks crawling over her body, the men openly appraising her figure—none of it even reached her ears.
All she could do was run through the interview in her head: what she should say, what questions might come up, over and over.
Ding.
The elevator rose from the basement and the doors opened. A few people were already inside as Suhee stepped into the middle.
“……”
“……”
No one said a word, but every male gaze in the car locked onto her.
Decorum kept them from gawking outright, yet the face they’d glimpsed as she boarded was easily the most beautiful any of them had ever seen in person.
For a fleeting second, more than one of them wondered if some celebrity was supposed to be visiting today.
And then there was the scent filling the elevator, overwhelming everyone inside.
It rose from her thick, glossy hair and from the clean warmth of her skin.
Gulp.
The soft sound of someone swallowing mixed into the elevator’s mechanical hum.
Suhee was still tense, but sensing people’s eyes on her in a sealed space like this was nothing new—and nothing she couldn’t handle.
Sticky, filthy stares clung to the curve of her ass, its outline pressed taut against the skirt stretched tight over her wide hips.
Those familiar looks, those little swallows of spit—they eased her nerves, if only for a moment.
In the brief ride upward, the men behind her dissected every inch of her rear view.
The breadth of her hips, the lush swell of her ass, the long legs stretching down beneath the skirt—every last detail was broken down under their eyes.
Ding.
The elevator finally arrived at the ninth floor.
“Hoo…”
Those familiar stares had loosened the knot in her chest just enough that she felt lighter stepping out.
Men, after all.
If her interviewer turned out to be a man, she thought, things might actually go better. With that, Suhee stepped out of the elevator.
“Acting like royalty already.”
Manager Lee Cheongjun muttered under his breath.
This wasn’t a regular interview—it hadn’t even been on the schedule—so no staff had been assigned to handle it.
The only space available to him was a single office tucked in the corner that they sometimes used for meetings.
With no one else on hand, greeting the candidate fell to him as well.
Having to do the kind of work he’d last touched as a fresh hire, now as a manager well into his mid-thirties, twisted something sour deep in his gut.
“Fine. Just you wait.”
He was already planning to dig up any fault he could find and report it upstairs.
Of course, the odds of him actually bringing down a nepotism hire were vanishingly small—but the thought came from pure spite.
He’d gotten the call from downstairs and was waiting when the elevator climbing toward him caught his eye.
It had started in the basement and stopped at the first floor.
The candidate was definitely inside.
He leaned against the wall at an angle, hands shoved in his pockets, and glared at the elevator doors.
Ding.
“Wha—”
The moment the doors opened and he saw who stepped out, a strange sound slipped from Manager Lee Cheongjun’s mouth.
Was some celebrity visiting today? Who was this?
The Suhee who filled his vision was almost too beautiful.
Clear skin that somehow looked both youthful and mature at once; thick, lustrous hair.
And beneath a neat suit, a body so sensual it announced itself without trying.
Those long, slender yet springy-looking legs, especially—he thought they might be the best he’d ever seen.
“Um… I’m here for the inter—”
“Ah—ah, yes.”
Momentarily stunned, Manager Lee Cheongjun guided Suhee along in a posture far more deferential than he’d intended.
Damn it.
Her looks had knocked the sense clean out of him, but the twisted resentment in his chest hadn’t fully unraveled yet.
“Ahem. Ahem. Please, go on in and have a seat.”
“Yes.”
Suhee answered quietly and stole a sidelong glance at the man escorting her—Manager Lee Cheongjun.
He didn’t look particularly young. So this was probably her interviewer.
The way he’d gone blank staring at her the second they met made her think she might not need to stay quite so tense after all.
Still, she wasn’t ready to let her guard down completely.
For now, she had no intention of trying anything reckless.
Click. Click. Click.
Suhee walked ahead into the prepared meeting room.
It wasn’t dressed up like a formal interview suite, but the room was neat and orderly.
A desk and chair for the interviewer sat ready, and across from them waited the chair meant for her.
“Please, sit.”
“Yes.”
Suhee tugged her skirt up just a fraction as she settled into the chair.
It wasn’t especially short, but her wide hips and full ass pulled the fabric taut.
From across the desk, Manager Lee Cheongjun’s field of vision filled with the precarious line of her legs.
Between the stretched edges of her skirt, the valley formed by her firm thighs.
His gaze flicked deep into that shadowed space, but the darkness kept him from seeing anything clearly.
“Ahem. Lee Suhee, is it?”
“Yes.”
Suhee caught the drift of his stare, if only faintly.
The crushing tension was beginning to ease.
They were all men, in the end.
Men who lost their heads over a body like hers.
Still, doing anything too obvious felt dangerous.
So she moved only a little—just enough to bleed off the last of her nerves.
Rustle.
The soft friction of stockinged legs brushing together.
Suhee lifted one knee, then the other, in a slow alternating rhythm.
The hem of her skirt rolled a little higher.
“Ahem… you haven’t graduated yet, I see…”
Manager Lee Cheongjun’s eyes were restless.
They darted over her in quick passes before he forced them back up to her face, telling himself he shouldn’t be looking.
And then his face burned all over again.
How could anyone be put together like that?
Long, elegant eyes set wide; a straight, flawless nose without a single uneven line.
Lively lips.
A slender white throat that looked as if it would fit in one hand.
“Ah, yes. If I submit a work-study waiver, it shouldn’t be a problem. I’ve kept my grades in good order as well.”
“Mm…”
Ordinarily he would have been picking at every possible fault, but the words simply wouldn’t come out right.
“Well… alright then…”
He flipped through her résumé, but there was so little written on it that he couldn’t even find a proper question to ask.
At this point, Manager Lee Cheongjun was the one growing more nervous.
“Ahem. Can I get you something to drink?”
As he fumbled to keep the conversation going, his eyes landed on a side table holding a coffee pot, instant coffee mixes, and an assortment of teas.
Offering drinks mid-interview was odd, but his mind was steadily drowning in the pull of Suhee’s looks.
He was starting to flounder.
“Ah… yes. Sure.”
“Coffee?”
“Oh—green tea, please…”
Suhee’s tension kept melting away.
Anyone could see how Manager Lee Cheongjun was flustering.
She’d seen that look a hundred times before.
The glances he snuck her way while fiddling with the coffee pot were painfully familiar.
Pretending to straighten her clothes, she tugged her skirt a little higher.
More of her plush-looking thighs, sheathed in black stockings, came into view.
“Here you are.”
“Thank you.”
Manager Lee Cheongjun carried over a cup of green tea and stepped close to Suhee.
Up close, she was even more ridiculous.
How to put it?
Her body seemed almost violently alive.
His gaze followed the line of her upward look for a second, then dropped straight down again.
He knew he shouldn’t. He simply couldn’t help it.
He knew it was rude. Even his anger over the nepotism hire couldn’t stand up to this kind of allure.
And from above, her chest looked truly mouthwatering.
The highest swell of it, straining as if it might burst the buttons of her shirt, and the glimpse of thigh below—together they made him swallow without meaning to.
Gulp.
“Ahem.”
Afraid she might have heard him swallow, he gulped down a scalding mouthful of his own coffee in a rush.
As if Suhee would miss a thing like that.
A faint smile touched her lips.
No need to be nervous after all.
They’d said the interview was mostly a formality anyway.
Getting this worked up almost felt unfair in hindsight.
The moment Suhee started smiling, Manager Lee Cheongjun’s eyes grew even more unfocused.
“So… is there anything you’d like to know about the company?”
Whatever resolve he’d had about dressing down the nepotism hire seemed to have evaporated; his voice had gone noticeably softer.
He wasn’t even sitting behind the desk anymore. He stood in front of it with his coffee cup in hand.
Partly so he could look at her from closer range—and partly because the higher the angle, the more he felt like he might catch a glimpse of the inside of her thighs.
Sensing that sticky, relentless gaze flicking between her legs, Suhee parted her knees a little. Just a little. Naturally.
“Mm… what kind of work would I be doing?”
“……”
“Um…”
“Ah—yes.”
He was so thoroughly stolen by her body that he couldn’t even catch her question in time, and the fluster showed.
“Ah, nothing too difficult. Mostly general office work… though that could change later on.”
Even as he said it, he was already vowing inwardly to get her assigned to the HR Department somehow.
“Ah… it’s a little warm. Would it be alright if I took my jacket off for a moment?”
“Of course.”
Suhee set her cup down on the floor.
Folding at the hips to lean forward made her legs shift and open slightly, pulling the skirt tighter still.
She made no effort to correct it.
Slowly she straightened and slipped the jacket from her shoulders.
It had been tailored close to her body; the moment it came off, her chest pushed forward into full view.
