Chapter 80
A month of summer break flew by in no time. Over in that other world, two months had passed. Han Yaseong's body had developed about fifty percent. His muscles were starting to show real definition now—biceps popping, abs emerging. He even caught himself flexing subtly in the gym shower room. The trainer was seriously impressed, praising him for his focus and hard work. Apparently, anyone could get jacked in just two months if they truly committed. But most people half-assed it, so they never saw results. The trainer mentioned guys who'd been coming for two years straight and still had no abs. "It's all about your own effort," he said encouragingly. The newbie dude grinding it out must've been a refreshing sight.
Han Yaseong nodded along, but he didn't invest any real emotion. He could just see the trainer's psychology somehow. The guy was cheering him on now, but if Han Yaseong turned into a real muscle beast, that support would flip to envy. Han Yaseong sensed it clearly: jealousy toward anyone superior, superiority over the weak, mockery for those who didn't train right. A classic superficial prick—not quite an Oh Jeong-hun, but full of ego. He hated those better than him and looked down on those worse. Han Yaseong hadn't picked up on this stuff before, but now he could. Trips to that other world must've sharpened his intuition for reading people, though he couldn't say why.
He kept the trainer at arm's length, never diving into deep talks. No point getting close or hostile to someone he'd only see at the gym. But the guy was starting to get too casual, dropping formalities and making things awkward.
"Yeah, that's it. Stretch those arms out more, right?"
Over a month in, the trainer was basically half-informal now. Han Yaseong hadn't even asked for pointers, but the guy kept showing up during workouts, nitpicking and "teaching." It was getting annoying. At first, Han Yaseong humored him for the gym gossip, but once he'd heard it all—who the celebs were, the chaebols in Cheongdam-dong, the elite crowd—there was nothing left to say. He just wanted to train in peace, but with no one else around, the trainer kept buzzing like a lonely fly.
Han Yaseong played nice until he decided to switch his schedule. He'd come when that trainer wasn't on shift. After finishing up and showering, he asked the girl at the counter. Turns out trainers worked two shifts: morning crew from 5 a.m. to 4 p.m., afternoon from 4 p.m. to 1 a.m. Han Yaseong figured afternoons would be trainer-free and headed out.
He texted Choi Yujin senior often. They talked on the phone sometimes, but with little to say, it was mostly messages.
She was swamped learning English, Chinese, and Japanese. No time to hang out, even during break. She planned a weeklong Europe trip with friends before school started, but apologized since she couldn't bring him along.
He'd recently learned Choi Yujin was the daughter of a famous hotel magnate—her dad owned it. They were side branch of Korea's top 20 chaebol groups, with billions in assets. She owned five percent of the hotel shares. Passive income in the tens of billions yearly. A true golden spoon.
But the real deal was Jang Eun-ah senior. She was straight-up chaebol royalty. Normally, those families shipped kids abroad for school, but both seniors chose domestic unis. Actually, their dads demanded it. Choi Yujin's father feared she'd go wild with foreigners abroad, so he kept her home. Same for Jang Eun-ah—her dad worried about her ruining herself. Plenty of elite girls went overseas, hooked up with foreign guys, got into drugs, wrecked their lives. So they stayed local.
Most people at school didn't know. Han Yaseong hadn't either. He figured they were just well-off, not chaebol upper crust.
But it didn't impress him. Weird. Ever since conquering Choi Yujin's pussy, nothing else fazed him much. He'd even stood up to that Oh Jeong-hun prick. Her pussy gave a guy courage. Otherwise, he'd feel worlds apart from chaebol princesses like them.
Now? Meh. Choi Yujin lost her shit rimming his ass—what was there to fear? Jang Eun-ah would probably sob in ecstasy if he made her do the same. Thinking like that stripped away the awe, replacing it with pure conquest lust.
'If I could just take Jang Eun-ah senior too...' Knowing she was chaebol spawn only fueled the urge. And a virgin? Massive conquest vibes. Owning her body would feel amazing.
But impossible. No way a chaebol daughter noticed him. The denial only stoked the fire. What would it feel like to strip Jang Eun-ah bare and fuck her raw? Plundering a pristine upper-class heiress...
Han Yaseong jerked off to the fantasy, blowing his load into some tissue. Post-nut clarity hit hard. Conquest, my ass...
"Ah, fuck it. Time for chicken."
He stretched, ordered a bird. By 5 p.m., pure laziness. Ate, watched TV—next thing he knew, it was 7 p.m. Time to head back.
He packed chicken for Yadong, his wild animal buddy now. Yadong was short for "wild animal," but when he tried "Yadong," the critter perked up, so it stuck. They'd been shacking up together for about a week here—three years there. Both loners, day by day it turned into companionship. Yadong house-sat (or rather, hogged the root-space shelter) whenever Han Yaseong dipped back here. Unlike other beasts, this one loved meat—steak, tonkatsu, fried rice, bibimbap, even greasy chicken stew and pork stir-fry. A total carnivore anomaly.
"Yadong's kinda weird, though. Need a proper name..."
Yadong had a fierce face and temper—other wildlings steered clear. Human equivalent: a thug, or a lone scrappy wolf. Scars suggested he came from elsewhere; fresh claw marks on his belly from some brutal fight. Always on edge, so Han Yaseong stayed vigilant too. Stocked extra hunting knives, borrowed 500,000 won from Choi Yujin for a solid crossbow—promised to fuck her senseless later. Parents' allowance was pocket change; couldn't swing the 2-million-won model. A month of practice there had him deadly accurate.
Yadong's nasty wounds spooked him from leaving the forest for months. Shit lurking outside for sure. Needed max prep.
