Chapter 42
Choi Yujin let out a despairing sigh, then suddenly remembered the door inside the room had been locked from the inside.
"Did you lock the door before going to sleep, Yaseong?"
"No."
Han Yaseong shook her head—she'd never done such a thing.
Choi Yujin frowned and plopped down on the sofa with her bag in hand.
"The door was locked earlier. From the inside. I figured you must've done it..."
"Then someone must've seen us and locked it for us. But who?"
"No idea... but it seems like they were trying to protect us. Locking it on purpose so the others wouldn't see. Maybe it was Eun-ah?"
"Could've been one of the other senior girls. Or even a classmate."
A guy probably wouldn't have bothered locking it. Hell, he might've screamed in shock instead... But a girl? That made sense. She could've locked it to protect her fellow woman, Senior Choi Yujin. Unless she was a total bitch, but the girls in the Mystery Club were all nice anyway.
Choi Yujin pondered who it could've been, rummaging through her bag until she found her smartphone and picked it up.
"Maybe they left a note or something..."
She flicked on the power button and checked it out.
Han Yaseong set her bag aside and stared at Senior Choi Yujin sitting naked on the sofa—breasts and bush fully exposed. That familiar surge hit her again. How could it swell up even now? Her body really was messed up. But she couldn't tear her eyes away. Those heavy, swaying breasts, the neat triangular forest below... In the sunlight streaming through the window, Yujin's freshly bathed body was stunning. Any guy who saw it would pounce in an instant.
"Oh, there's a text from Eun-ah this morning."
Choi Yujin sounded a bit surprised as she scrolled through her messages. They'd suspected it might be Senior Eun-ah who'd locked the door, but seeing the actual text seemed to catch her off guard.
"What does it say?"
Han Yaseong scooted closer, curious.
"It says... 'We're heading out first. I'll explain later...' Like that."
Choi Yujin let out a relieved breath, her face softening. Better her than anyone else.
But Han Yaseong felt like she was plummeting into hell. Whoever saw them, it was pure torture for her.
"So it was Senior Eun-ah..."
How was she supposed to face that senior now? Caught sleeping naked in the same bed as Choi Yujin... everything on full display. The shame burned.
Choi Yujin, though, visibly relaxed and rolled her shoulders.
"What a relief. It's Eun-ah. If it'd been some other girls, smoothing it over would've been a nightmare. Guys? I might never show my face at school again... But Eun-ah's discreet. She'll keep it secret. No need to worry."
She pulled a small lingerie pouch from her bag, looking carefree as she unpacked her panties and bra.
Han Yaseong sighed watching her. Yujin could relax because they were friends, but she was just the junior. How could she face Eun-ah after that?
Noticing Han Yaseong's gloom, Choi Yujin stood from the sofa, lifted one leg to slip on her tiny triangular panties, and glanced over.
"What's wrong? Worried about Eun-ah?"
"Yeah..."
"Why worry? I'll handle it. You don't need to stress. I've got Eun-ah wrapped around my finger."
"Still... I don't think I can face her anymore."
Han Yaseong whined, and Choi Yujin—panties now on—clipped her massive bra over those huge breasts, smacking her lips.
"Fair point. You're busted by a third-year senior sis... I'm her friend, so no biggie, but you're in a tough spot, huh?"
"You seem kinda amused..."
"Hehe, doesn't faze me. Just tell Eun-ah I seduced you or whatever. Now what're you doing? Get dressed. We've gotta head to Seoul."
She grabbed her makeup bag and headed to the vanity in the living room.
Han Yaseong felt drained. Was this really it? Her thing with Choi Yujin... heading to Seoul like this felt final. And with Eun-ah knowing, she shrank even more.
Staring at Yujin doing her makeup in the mirror, Han Yaseong's resolve hardened. Going to Seoul like this meant the end. Instinct told her so. The MT vibe led to bed— not because Yujin actually liked her.
She needed confirmation. If Yujin had no feelings, she'd back off clean and cold. No more sleazy chasing.
Her shitty home life had made her hate loose ends. And now it was bleeding into this.
In her underwear, Han Yaseong strode up behind the makeup-focused Yujin and hugged her from behind.
Choi Yujin paused mid-eyebrow and eyed Han Yaseong in the mirror.
"What?"
"......"
No answer. Han Yaseong just wrapped her arms around her from behind.
"Eek! What the hell?"
Yujin squirmed in shock. The innocent girl suddenly hugging her from behind had startled her.
Han Yaseong held her slim waist tight and spoke softly.
"Is this really the end?"
"......"
Yujin's heart thudded. Han Yaseong had pierced right through the truth she'd been dodging. She'd wanted to leave Seoul without deciding anything. But now the girl was forcing the issue.
Yujin desperately wanted to sidestep it.
"Can't we... talk later? After Seoul...?"
"No. Now. So I can let go without regrets."
"......"
"Let go." The words stung Yujin's chest. She's bracing for breakup... It hit hard.
Her heart grew heavy. All the decisions were hers. Break up or keep going.
In their dynamic, Yujin was the boss, Han Yaseong the subordinate. The sub followed the boss's call.
Yujin sighed, stroking Han Yaseong's hands around her belly.
"Honestly, I don't know either. How to handle us... That's why I didn't wanna talk. Felt like it'd get messy. But you want closure, right?"
"Yes. I hate loose ends. Waiting... I hate it."
Han Yaseong shook her head, eyes shut. Waiting tortured people most. She refused to wait for anything. Maybe she even hoped Yujin would dump her outright. Otherwise, she'd pine for every message that never came—days of hell. A message would send her soaring. She hated that rollercoaster. Better rip the band-aid.
Yujin hesitated. Ending it stung her too. Their chemistry was insane, and sweet Han Yaseong had grown on her. Not a one-and-done boy. She wanted him around longer.
But official dating? No way. Her family would crush them both. As elite, she had to mind status. Hookups were fine; anything more risked backlash.
She finally spilled the truth.
"I can't date you officially, Yaseong. You know that, right?"
"Yeah. I know."
The gap was too vast. Han Yaseong couldn't even dream of it. Class lines were gone on paper, but they lingered. Elites wed elites; commoners wed commoners. Elite-commoner matches were rare, fought tooth and nail against opposition.
Yujin was elite; she was common. Worlds apart. Dating her would make everyone mock Yujin—scornful sneers for slumming it. She'd plummet, lose elite perks. Like a noble lady wedding a slave—total social exile.
"Truth is, I wanna keep things casual. Meet up sometimes, have fun... Can't we do that?"
"So I'd just wait around? For your text?"
"You could text first."
"And we'd meet?"
"Uh... if timing works."
Yujin's answer felt lame even to her. It meant she'd call the shots—meet only when she wanted. Han Yaseong stood by like a post, waiting eternally. Boss and sub, clear as day.
Han Yaseong wasn't thrilled, but she got it—this was Yujin's best offer. Pushing selfishly would end it for sure.
