Division 3 Promotion Match (2)
Girlfriend? Seriously?
Sera, why'd you suddenly go for my throat like that?
I figured Sera, of all people, wouldn't just sit quietly while Seona's reckless truth game bulldozed ahead until the end. But nope.
Her bombshell question caught me completely off guard.
Regardless of my shock, the others were all sparkling-eyed, dying to hear my answer.
"Whoa... Sera's coming in hot."
"Come to think of it, we don't know a thing about this guy's personal life, do we?"
"Me too, I'm curious! Yuseong oppa, got a girlfriend?"
"Hmm, but think about it—he's always just eating, gaming, analyzing matches. No girlfriend vibes, right?"
"Hey, unnie, hold up! Yuseong oppa! Time to answer! Do you have a girlfriend~ or not!?"
Come on, that's obvious.
The night before regressing, I'd fallen asleep at home thinking, What good's all the money in the world without love? And then I woke up here.
"Nope!"
"He says no!"
The second I answered, Sera turned her head away where I couldn't see her face.
"Whoa~ For real? You don't have one now, or you've never had one ever?"
"Hey, look at my face. You think I've gone through life without a single girlfriend? Back in high school, every Valentine's Day, my desk was buried in a truckload of chocolates."
"Didn't peg you for a pathological liar, oppa."
It's true...
Right then, a sharp jolt hit my shin, making me yelp. Someone's foot had kicked it.
"Ow! My joint!"
"Oh. Sorry, Coach. Must've stretched and accidentally kicked you."
Sera apologized right away.
It wasn't on purpose, so I didn't get mad, but what kind of stretch is that forceful?
"But y'know, looking closer, this guy's not bad-looking. Not our level, but decent enough."
"My turn then! If Yuseong oppa wasn't our team coach and just saw us on the street, would you have tried to get our numbers? Yes or no?"
Yes! Hell yes! Fuckin' yes!
Honestly, aside from celebrities, I've never seen girls prettier than my team.
I'm a guy before I'm a coach. If I spotted bodies and faces like these on the street, of course I'd shoot my shot.
But... I couldn't exactly admit that.
I grabbed the glass in front of me and downed it in one go. The burn of alcohol slid down my throat, hitting my stomach and rushing to my head.
Seona, who'd asked, shot me a super disappointed look.
"Ugh, that's cheating! Why dodge just my question!"
"Ooh~ Can't answer, huh? Means you totally were thinking about our numbers. Lucky you, oppa? No rejection risk, and you've got all five already. Heh."
"My turn next! Be honest—ever had a crush on any of us? Yes or no?"
"Isn't that basically the same as the last one?"
I had to empty another glass.
"I'm exercising my right to remain silent!"
"Eek, what now! He has!"
"...For real?"
Even Sera, who I'd figured wouldn't care, lit up. The others were obvious.
After that, the barrage kept coming—do you have someone you like, if you could only date one of us five, who would it be...
I dodged the awkward questions by drinking, but this was my first time boozing since regressing—and a lot of it. My body couldn't fend off the mounting buzz.
"Uh... what do we do?"
Seona looked around at the other four with a troubled expression.
There were six at the table, but one wasn't in great shape.
Kang Yuseong had been dodging the truth game's tough questions with shots of soju. But they'd piled up, and now he'd downed over two bottles, passing out face-first into the table. Luckily, Sera and Hayoung had quickly cleared the side dishes and small plates in front of him, averting a food-in-hair disaster. Still, none of them had experience cleaning up after a blackout drunk, so it was a real pickle.
"What do you mean? You're dragging him back to the dorm."
"Why me!"
"You pushed the truth game and led it. Your mess, you clean it."
"Tch, you all jumped in 'cause it was fun! Fine, I'll take one side—you take the other, unnie. You're strong."
"Ah! What about the wounds from helping Eunjae against those punks last time!"
"What're you talking about? That was weeks ago—what wounds? Unnie, where you going! Hey!"
Yuna snatched the company card from the passed-out Yuseong's pocket, bolted to the counter to pay, grabbed the receipt, and dashed out the door.
"That jerk... Being the oldest sister means nothing! Hey, you guys are helping, right? Right?"
"But what about Coach's stuff?"
"Coach has a ton. And that analysis laptop and all—gotta handle it carefully. I'll take it."
"Ugh, now Eunjae's out... Ha, Hayoung? Sera?"
"...I'll help."
Seona threw a grateful hug at Sera, who'd stepped up to support Yuseong.
"Sniff, unlike that damn unnie, you're the only one who cares about me! Love you!"
"Mm. Then I'll grab you and Sera's bags too and head to the dorm. You two just handle Coach."
Eunjae took Yuseong's bags, Hayoung grabbed the three girls', and they left the restaurant. Left behind: Yuseong, Sera, and Seona.
Seona poked the sleeping Yuseong's cheek.
"Not waking up, huh?"
"Yeah."
"Sigh, guess we gotta carry him. Shouldn't have played truth game."
"I liked it."
"Wah, how can you side with unnie and say it so cutely? Sera, you take left. I'll do right."
"Okay."
The two hooked Yuseong's arms over their shoulders, one on each side, while he was still slumped over the table.
"Nngh, heavy. Tch, why am I suffering like this... Never giving this guy booze again."
Grunting, they hauled him out and walked a ways until exhaustion hit. They plopped on a nearby bench for a break, sandwiching Yuseong in the middle.
Panting, Seona and Sera wiped sweat from their brows.
"Ahh, hot. Weather's bad enough, and he's heavy and sweaty..."
"'Cause you kept pouring Coach drinks."
Seona averted her eyes at Sera's bullseye jab.
"H-hey, did I know he'd pass out like this? Won't do it next time. Sorry to drag you into it, though—unnie'll treat you later."
"Gonna make it expensive."
"Heh heh, anything. Can't even do that for my lil sis... Hiiiya?!"
"Eep?!"
Mid-sentence, Seona let out a weird shriek and jumped. Sera had a milder but similar reaction.
The drunk, unconscious Yuseong—arms over both girls' shoulders—had instinctively groped their chests.
One hand squeezing Seona's massive handfuls that overflowed his palm, the other on Sera's smaller, still-growing girl's chest.
"Kyaaah! Y-you pervert!!! Wh-where you touching! Hey! You're not even drunk!"
Smack!
Seona leaped back and smacked the back of Yuseong's head, but he didn't stir.
Meanwhile, Sera...
"Hnn... Hn..."
She just trembled, unable to shake off his kneading hands.
"Y-you beast, what're you doing to our cute Sera!"
Seona smacked him again, and finally, his hands stopped. Still out cold.
"S-Sera, you okay?! That perv's faking it! Hey! Wake up or I hit again?!"
"No, I'm fine, unnie."
Sera grabbed Seona's sleeve as she reared for a third smack.
"Coach is still drunk. Probably dreaming. Not on purpose—don't hit too much."
"Still... Aaaah! Sera's too nice for her own good! Should stuff this guy's junk with a shock collar!"
"Don't. Coach drank too much 'cause of us. Kinda your fault too."
"Ugh... When you put it like that..."
Seona grumbled but shouldered Yuseong's arm again—this time keeping distance so his hands couldn't wander.
'......♥'
Sera, meanwhile, lent her shoulder in the exact same position as before.
Meanwhile, the blackout-drunk Yuseong failed to notice the Passfinder status window following him had updated.
