Tree Wiki Deep Dive
Chun-deok immediately flew off to America after pocketing three hundred million won. He looked like he had some serious complaints about his new name, but that wasn’t my problem. Thanks to the slave imprint, he had no choice but to obey. On the way home, a familiar voice blared from a digital billboard.
“Add a pinch of luxury to your life.”
The billboard was running a luxury brand ad for Enel, and my face was plastered all over it. Even I was startled when I saw it.
Isn’t the retouching a little too good?
The director really knew his stuff. His editing skills were straight-up cheating. People on the street stopped and stared at the ad in a daze.
Guess it’s not bad.
Thank goodness. If the reaction had been terrible, I’d planned to never accept another endorsement like this again. Feeling much lighter, I headed home and turned on my stream.
The moment I went live, the chat exploded with people bringing up what happened earlier and throwing shade. I never turn down a fight that comes to me first.
“Tsk, you guys are the ones who kept annoying me. You told me not to raid, to turn the stream off and do it. Then suddenly you’re telling me to turn it back on and raid. What the hell is your standard?”
The viewers were even more shameless than I was. Looks like taking control from the start really was the right move.
“No. The Holy Knight guy said he can’t make it today because of real-life stuff, so we’re doing something else.”
When I announced we were skipping today’s raid, the chat erupted in cheers of pure joy.
One viewer’s message caught my eye.
“Tree Wiki… Do I have a page too?”
Half skeptical, I typed “Chuwang” into the search bar.
Chuwang (Internet Streamer)
“……”
Just like the viewers said, my Tree Wiki page really existed. I clicked in. As I scrolled down, the profile picture wasn’t my real face—it was my Romance of the Three Kingdoms custom character avatar.
“No thanks. I like it the way it is right now.”
To be honest, the difference between my Romance of the Three Kingdoms avatar and my real face wasn’t that big. So using the avatar for the profile picture was actually a pretty reasonable choice. Below that, the personal information section was packed with details.
Real Name: Lee Sung-a
Birth: Undisclosed (24), Seoul Special City
Nationality: South Korea
Body: Undisclosed
MBTI: Undisclosed
Family: Parents, younger sister
Fandom Name: Gojadan
Most of the fields were marked as undisclosed.
“Revealing my birthday, huh…”
I thought about it for a second after seeing the comment about sweet donations. But it didn’t take long.
“Nah. Just use that money to buy yourselves something delicious on my birthday.”
I don’t know why people would celebrate the day I was born. I’m not streaming for the money anyway, so I’d rather the Gojadan use it to treat themselves to good food.
Next, I checked the table of contents. There were several sections, but the one that stood out the most was obviously “Controversies and Incidents.”
“Why does this even exist?”
No, this is unfair. What controversies have I even caused? After steeling myself to read everything no matter how bad it was, I clicked on the controversy section.
Nuclear Misunderstanding Incident
Suicide Baiting Incident
Drug Criminal Rown Related Incident
“……”
I shut my mouth the moment I saw the controversy list.
Luckily, the viewers didn’t seem too bothered by it. Then a question suddenly popped into my head.
“Why do you guys even watch my stream?”
The viewers answered instantly. Thank goodness. So I do have some strengths. If nothing had come up, I probably would’ve ended the stream and spent the rest of the night beating myself up.
“Then shall we take a look at Ha-im’s Tree Wiki?”
There was a direct link to Ha-im’s page in the trivia section. Click.
“……”
I was genuinely taken aback.
“Why is her profile picture so weird?”
Her profile picture was an incredibly cool shot of her fighting with shadow weapons. It was the very definition of badass.
That comment rubbed me the wrong way a little.
“No, she’s the one who’s lucky to have me!”
I saved a kid who was at the bottom of her class in middle school and even stopped her from doing something stupid that would’ve gotten her killed. If anything, she’s the one who hit the jackpot by having me as her older sister. But the viewers who didn’t know any of that weren’t buying it.
“……”
That hurt my pride. Of course I couldn’t say I didn’t get any help from them. But I banned every single person who asked for Rona or Ha-im’s schedule, I always kept follower restrictions on, I streamed for longer hours to keep the viewers engaged, and I avoided taking breaks as much as possible. I worked hard too, but the moment all that effort gets credited to Rona and Ha-im… it stings a little.
“…No.”
I turned my head away. It definitely wasn’t because I was upset.
“I said I’m not pouting.”
If I kept arguing about this topic, I’d be the one at a disadvantage. I needed to change the subject quickly. I scrolled down and read the personal information, but it was all stuff I already knew. The only thing that caught my eye was the fandom name.
“Is she some kind of celebrity? Why does she have an unofficial fandom name?”
The fandom name was “Shadow Weapon Corps.” It felt a bit lacking in demonic resistance. I kept scrolling and reading about Ha-im, but there wasn’t much. It was all information I already knew, and everything was just praise for her.
What a shame.
There was nothing about how she used to wet the bed when she was little, or how she got last place in the entire school during middle school, or the fact that her chest is small. I let out a disappointed sigh. As expected, you really can’t trust wikis.
“Shall we move on to the next one?”
At the viewers’ earnest request, I opened Rona’s Tree Wiki next. Her profile picture was split between her human form and dragon form, and she also had an unofficial fandom.
“Rare Corps. That’s at least better.”
When I scrolled down to the table of contents, I saw that Rona had a “Controversies and Incidents” section that Ha-im didn’t have.
“Uh… I guess it’s okay to click it, right?”
Driven by curiosity, I clicked on the controversy section.
Negligent Management of Drug Criminal Rown Incident
“Ah.”
It really was a fresh, piping-hot controversy just like the viewers said.
I felt a little bad that a controversy section was created because of my request. After roughly spending three hours reading through the wikis, a donation came in.
ㅇㅇ donated 1,000 won!
Will you check out the Prophet’s Tree Wiki too?
“……”
The viewers’ reaction was completely expected. Except for the Chairman, I permanently banned anyone who mentioned the Prophet. But this time was different.
“…That’s actually a good idea. Let’s take a look.”
Know your enemy and know yourself, and you can fight a hundred battles without defeat. In preparation for the possibility of fighting the Prophet someday, I needed to at least learn what kind of person he was. I immediately went to the search bar and typed in “Prophet.”
Prophet (Awakener)
The Prophet’s wiki was the very first result. The profile picture caught my eye immediately.
“Tsk, how annoying…”
He was definitely more handsome than Chun-deok, but that didn’t matter at all. I scrolled down and read the personal information.
Real Name: Undisclosed
Birth: Undisclosed (30)
Nationality: United States
Body: Undisclosed
...
For some reason, every single field in the Prophet’s personal information was listed as undisclosed.
“This is boring.”
I scrolled all the way down, reading every single one of his achievements without missing a thing. Reviving the ruined New York, transforming the collapsed United States back into the world’s number one superpower, securing future S-Class Awakeners—the list of his accomplishments was endless. The more I read, the more annoyed I got.
“I could do at least this much too!”
I tried to argue as much as I could, but the viewers weren’t buying it.
“T-that’s…!”
When they brought up the six consecutive misses, I had nothing to say. I automatically lowered my head.
I should’ve held back a little back then…!
It was so unfair. If you compared the achievements I made in the other world, the difference was like heaven and earth. In the other world, I found future heroes—people who would become the Sword Saint, the Archmage, the Divine Archer, the Saintess—and defeated the Demon King! Feeling bitter, I checked the trivia and other sections, but there wasn’t much. The only thing was that he enjoys eating ramen. The viewers were having the time of their lives and kept trying to get me to admit defeat in a wrestling match.
“…That’s enough! I’m ending the stream!”
In the end, unable to accept the wrestling match, I pressed the end stream button.
