Seong-a, Do You Want to Die?
The host's girl power is off the charts today. But half of it's frozen food lol
└So you hate a girl who makes tonkatsu, stir-fried spicy pork, and soup for you?
└No way lololol
The host in an apron is straight-up lethal lol
└The host's figure is legendary lol
└She destroys every other female streamer
Good body and the exact same taste in food as me? This is destiny, isn't it?
- Feed us too...
└Would she really? lol
- Why is the host being so sweet?
└Guess she's always sweet to women like her
- I wish a woman with a body like that would cook for me
└Does a woman like that even exist? lol
- I seriously want to lick those armpits
└???
└Newbie alert lol
If it was any other female streamer she would've reported them instantly?
- This place is pretty free lol
- The host herself said it's true that her body is hot, so lusting is allowed
└For real?
- I tested it myself and she neither reported nor blocked lolololol
- She does delete comments that cross the line though lol
- That's why it's a male-dominated stream lololol
- Now all that's left is the face reveal
└For real lol
└I'm dying to see her face
- For real?
- Did the sun rise in the west?
- But why did she start broadcasting?
└They said they're raiding the Aerial Fortress together?
└For real?
└This is insane...
- For real lol...
- It's actually dangerous...
- Turn on the stream lololol
└Can't give up on streaming lol
- It'll probably be fine since Rona's there
- Sorry for telling you to stream (┬┬﹏┬┬)
- Please I'm begging you...
- Stop showing off and stay in your C-Class lane!!!!
- Rona fans are straight-up celebrating right now
└????
└They get to watch Rona fight live... Fuck...
└You crazy bastards. The fan cafe is basically a funeral home worried about losing the host
An island in the Pacific. Five years ago, a monster invasion turned it into paradise for insect-type monsters. The island used to have people living on it, but they failed to respond properly during the initial wave and it became uninhabitable.
A chilly wind blew through the night. Looking down from the helicopter, I couldn't help but let out a gasp of admiration.
"Wow... that beehive is seriously huge."
Even from high altitude, the massive beehive dominated the view. Below it, countless insect-type monsters of various species crawled everywhere. Mantises, stag beetles, longhorn beetles, every single one looked ridiculously strong.
"Will this be okay?"
"Don't worry. No matter how many there are, they're all below rank 4."
Of course, if they were just rank 4s, an S-class hunter like Rona wouldn't need to get involved. The problem was the sheer number of these trash mobs. No, it went beyond imagination. Thanks to the overwhelming reproductive power of insect-type monsters, over fifty thousand of them were running wild across the island.
"How are the viewers reacting?"
"Well..."
Run away right now!!!!
Never thought I'd live to see a funeral broadcast...
Hmm. How should I explain this?
"The reactions are pretty heated?"
"Really? That's good to hear if they're enjoying it."
The meaning of "heated" I intended and the meaning Rona understood seemed completely different, but explaining it was too much trouble so I kept my mouth shut.
"You're not scared of bugs, right?"
"Not really. I catch cockroaches with my bare hands."
What was there to be afraid of with mere bugs? Though it seemed the people watching through the screen had a different opinion.
Turning off the stream
Let's go back, I'm scared
Everyone was being way too dramatic. Total losers.
"By the way, who even puts in a request like this?"
"This one came from an American company."
"America? Couldn't they just use their own hunters?"
"Come on, American hunters are ridiculously expensive."
Cheap labor was king no matter what the job. Normally requests like this would go to India or China, the top two in population and therefore cheapest labor costs, but this time they had come to Korea for some reason.
"They weren't even interested in this island at first, but after a cargo ship got attacked they decided to wipe it out."
"Bold move."
"That's why the guild master unnie told us we absolutely have to succeed on this request."
She said we needed to succeed and build connections with America or something. That part gave me a headache.
"Anyway, this is annoying so I'll just handle them all at once."
"All at once?"
Thick scales rose across Rona's body. A horn grew from her forehead, a tail extended from her rear, and wings sprouted from her back. It looked almost exactly like the dragons I'd seen in the other world.
A magic circle appeared in front of her. She opened her mouth toward it.
'No way, is this...'
Rona unleashed her breath. The moment it passed through the magic circle, it carried the power of a nuclear missile and set the entire island ablaze. The power was on a completely different level from what she'd used on those lizards before.
She's so friendly on stream that we forget how scary she actually is lol
Sis I'm dying!!!!!!
She actually does proper work when it's time huh
The worried messages about me disappeared in an instant. Chat flew up at incredible speed, everyone marveling at Rona's strength. It really was impressive, taking out that many monsters with a single breath.
But the massive beehive deeply rooted on the island still remained.
"The beehive is still there? Must be made of honey."
"Looks like it. And it's incredibly tough."
Even if honey was a non-combustible material, given the power of that breath it should have been at least half destroyed. That was normal.
"How strong is your breath anyway?"
"Hmm, the Association people said it could easily destroy the American Pentagon..."
Then it was safe to assume this beehive was tougher than the Pentagon.
"Pilot, roughly how many did we take out?"
"It's showing 96.5%."
One breath really was all it took...
That's so badass
"No choice but to go down and clean up the rest."
Rona lifted me in a princess carry.
"Am I heavy?"
"Pfft, you're light as a feather. Shall we head down now?"
Rona jumped straight down from five kilometers up. The viewers' dramatic worrying was just extra at this point.
Rona! The person you're carrying is only C-class!!
Be careful with her!!!
Rona, who had seen the chat, made a slightly awkward face.
"Haha, there are so many people worried about you, Unnie."
"They're all just being dramatic."
I had no reason to listen to losers who were scared of mere bugs.
"It's dangerous so stay behind me."
Rona pulled out one of her own fangs and turned it into a sword. The blade burned with flames hotter than magma.
From that point on, it was completely Rona's show. The remaining monsters on the island were slaughtered by her sword. She piled their corpses into mountains.
Selling those would make some serious money lololol
In less than five minutes, every last surviving monster was dead. Rona turned around with a smile.
"Unnie, how was th— Danger!"
Rona's expression changed instantly. The sound of wasp wings came from behind us. She quickly threw her sword and struck the wasp's head, but unfortunately the wasp was faster at firing its venomous stinger.
But I didn't panic. Instead I looked up at the sky, checking the state of the clouds.
"Southwest."
"...!"
Without even looking at the attack coming from behind, I dodged it. I didn't even run. I simply walked as if the sky itself had told me exactly where the attack would go.
'To think I can even read the direction of an enemy's attack so easily with divination...'
Wasn't this ability way too overpowered?!
"Unnie, are you okay?!"
Rona ran over immediately, worried about me.
"You worry too much. Do I look like someone who gets hurt easily?"
"Still! By the way, what about the viewers?"
"Don't worry. I turned off the screen and mic before I dodged."
Otherwise my ability might have been exposed.
When I turned the mic and screen back on, messages of relief flooded in at high speed.
Why did you turn the screen off? We were so worried!!!
I thought you died T_T
Let's never come here again, it's too stressful...
Some viewers must have been worried when the broadcast suddenly cut out. Sorry about that.
"I'm perfectly fine, so don't worry."
After reassuring the viewers, I pulled out the sword and handed it back to Rona. She stared at me with a dazed expression.
What was with her now?
"Aren't you taking it?"
"...How are you holding that?! Only someone pure of heart can touch it!"
Only someone pure of heart?
"What kind of bullshit setting is that?"
Saying only the pure of heart could hold it was basically the same as saying only one specific person could use it. It sounded cool at first glance, but if you looked closer it was the worst cost-performance weapon imaginable. The first hero's sword from the other world had fallen into that exact category. Maintaining that thing had cost a fortune. In the end the hero never appeared, so I had to kill the Demon King myself.
She PKs every day lol
Rona, you don't need to run over...
"See? Even the viewers don't believe it."
"But it's true..."
Meanwhile, Rona was lost in thought. Could Unnie really be counted among the pure of heart? If someone impure so much as touched the sword made from a dragon's fang, their entire body would burn up. Naturally, there had already been two victims because of that.
"...Hah."
"......"
Slap!
"...!"
The sudden sound of a slap made me flinch.
"Snap out of it?"
"Haha, sorry. I spaced out..."
Rona scratched her head. She'd gotten lost in thought for a moment. As an S-class hunter, she'd done something she absolutely shouldn't have.
"Let's finish this quickly. I have a curfew."
"Yes, sounds good."
We walked into the massive beehive together. It was already 8 p.m., which meant only one hour remained before curfew. We had to be home by 9.
