Chapter 88: Malibu 10880
Chapter 88: Malibu 10880
Eric walked over and sat down on the living room sofa. After hanging up her clothes, the woman followed him over. Their eyes met, and the atmosphere immediately turned ambiguous. Unable to resist himself, Eric wrapped an arm around her waist and pulled her in front of him.
“Take off the heels.”
Virginia obediently kicked off her high heels. Feeling the man’s powerful hands roaming over her waist and hips, she asked in a low, husky voice, “Eric, can I take a shower first?”
The man did not answer her question.
After Virginia removed her heels, she became slightly shorter, yet Eric was still dissatisfied. Applying a little force with both hands, he watched her eyes flicker a few times before she obediently knelt on the carpet.
Sensing the satisfaction in the man now looking down at her from above, Virginia supported herself against Eric’s thigh and raised her seductive face. Her almond-shaped eyes were hazy as she half flirted and half complained.
“Do all male animals enjoy seeing females submit at their feet?”
Eric stroked her smooth face, his tone carrying a matter-of-fact certainty.
“Yeah. Unfortunately, most of them don’t have the ability to make women truly submit. What’s going on with your hair? I remember it wasn’t like this last time.”
Virginia suspiciously touched her light golden curls. This hairstyle had been specially modeled after Marilyn Monroe.
“What’s wrong with it?”
“This color doesn’t look good. Change it tomorrow.”
That commanding tone made the woman somewhat resistant.
“But my stylist said this color matches my eyes very well.”
“I like golden brown.”
Virginia looked at Eric resentfully.
“Fine.”
Eric slipped down the straps of her dress, tore off the tiny nipple covers, and freely toyed with her full breasts.
“Do you have an agency right now?”
Virginia panted softly and shook her head.
“I only have an independent agent. He…”
Eric interrupted her.
“Your career hasn’t improved at all after all these years. That person is incompetent. Fire him, then go to UTA and find Kapoor. I’ll have him manage you personally.”
“Kapoor Sid?”
Virginia raised her head excitedly. Of course she knew who Kapoor was.
Kapoor Sid currently managed only three artists: Drew Barrymore, whose relationship with Eric was ambiguously intimate; Al Pacino, who had made a comeback through Pretty Woman; and Julia Roberts, recently dubbed by the media as “Hollywood’s Cinderella.”
Virginia had never dreamed she would become the fourth.
Until just now, she had still been worrying whether Eric would refuse to acknowledge anything after sleeping with her tonight, or casually throw her some insignificant role as compensation.
“Eric, thank you.”
Eric smiled and picked up the mature beauty whose eyes shimmered with emotion.
“Now your job is to satisfy me properly. Where’s the bedroom?”
Under Virginia’s guidance, Eric carried her upstairs into the bedroom and tossed her petite body onto the large bed. Their clothes quickly scattered everywhere. Eric climbed onto the woman’s waist and positioned his erect member between her ample breasts, which were at least an F cup.
As he rolled the hardened peaks between his fingers, the man lowered his head and asked Virginia, “Know how?”
The woman beneath him smiled seductively and nodded. Holding the soft flesh together, she awkwardly began squeezing and rubbing him between them, occasionally lowering her head to suck teasingly at the aggressively pressing tip.
……
Eric was awakened by the sound of ocean waves crashing against the shore.
Faint morning light filtered through the gaps in the curtains.
Glancing at the woman curled in his arms, although the natural morning reaction had already stirred Eric’s desire, he did not disturb the sleeping Virginia. Mainly for restraint’s sake.
They had played somewhat excessively last night. The woman had been tormented rather miserably by him.
He had practically tried every method he had once seen in adult films in his previous life. A fully ripened peach indeed had far more endurance than a little red fruit like Aniston. Combined with the woman’s eager cooperation, Eric had thoroughly enjoyed himself.
After getting dressed, he walked onto the balcony and discovered the scenery was not nearly as poor as he had assumed the night before. He could see the distant ocean view. The sun had just risen above the horizon, dyeing the sea surface in exaggerated shades of orange-red.
A glaring pointed cape abruptly appeared in the southwest view, aggressively blocking off a stretch of white beach.
Squinting carefully for a moment, Eric finally remembered what that place was.
After a night spent sleeping against a beauty’s lap, a man’s ambitions upon waking were always extraordinarily powerful.
A thought stirred within him.
Eric returned to the bedroom and found a stack of A4 paper on Virginia’s bedside table. It appeared to be a script, though Eric could not be bothered to read it. Any script sent to Virginia probably was not a good movie anyway. Beside it was a fountain pen.
Taking both items, Eric carried a chair back onto the balcony, rested the stack of A4 paper against his raised knee, and began sketching on the blank reverse side of the pages.
Using a fountain pen was less comfortable than using a pencil, but it was manageable.
The scratching sound of pen against paper continued unconsciously for over half an hour before the woman in the bedroom also woke up.
Discovering the man beside her had vanished without a trace, Virginia briefly panicked, but she quickly spotted the figure on the balcony, bent over his work in complete concentration.
Throwing off the blanket, she stepped barefoot out of bed, grabbed a thin translucent robe to cover herself, and walked onto the balcony. Leaning down affectionately, she wrapped her arms around the man’s shoulders.
“Good morning, Eric.”
“Morning, Vicky. Do you still need this script?”
Virginia shook her head.
“Go ahead and use it. It’s useless now. I prepared for a long time and still failed the audition.”
Eric nodded and continued drawing.
“Eric, what are you drawing?”
Eric casually tore off a page showing an aerial perspective and handed it to her while pointing toward the pointed cape in the southwest.
Virginia looked at it and exclaimed in surprise.
“This is… an architectural design?”
“Yeah. The design for a mansion. I plan to buy that cape and build a house like this there.”
Virginia smiled and returned the design to Eric.
“But that’s a park.”
Eric accepted the drawing and replied, “It’s not New York’s Central Park. If I work at it, I can definitely acquire it. I plan to buy all the land there—nearly one hectare in total. I’m sure Los Angeles County would be very happy to gain that extra income.”
One hectare…
Virginia did not notice that Eric was not using imperial units. Her little brain awkwardly converted the area in her head.
One hectare was about one hundred thousand square feet.
Her little villa was only a bit over one thousand square feet.
God.
A mansion one hundred times larger had already exceeded the limits of Virginia’s imagination.
If this man belonged to her…
No—even if she could only become this little man’s lover and someday stay in that dreamlike mansion for a while, that would already be wonderful.
“Eric, the geological conditions there don’t seem very suitable for building a mansion. Otherwise some rich person would definitely have found a way to buy it already,” Virginia said in a sticky, affectionate voice, as though she had already cast herself into a certain role and begun helping the man plan. “I think it would be better to choose land with a private beach. Why insist on that place?”
Eric once again sketched another image from his memory onto the blank paper and curled his lips into a mysterious smile.
“Because that place is Malibu 10880.”
After a pause, he added:
“My Malibu 10880.”
