Real First Date?
"Huu... huu..."
Soyoung, decked out not just in her usual makeup but borrowing even more cosmetics from her mom, fusses over her reflection.
"This doesn't look weird, does it?"
She's been at the vanity for two hours straight, touching up her makeup, regretting not practicing more often. Today is the day she goes on a proper date with Taesu—just the two of them. Sure, they've done date-like things on weekends, dragging him to movies or cafes, but today means something else entirely. Their first time. The one she put off last time is finally happening, making this feel completely different. That's why Soyoung's extra tense, putting in even more effort to look prettier than usual. She wants their first experience to be perfect, with her at her absolute best.
But eventually, I'll end up like Senior Eunji... Ngh♥
Now that she knows Taesu's tastes, becoming a normal couple is pretty much off the table. Still, she begged him to keep it ordinary this once—at least for their first time. A normal date, then off to a motel or hotel in the evening. Soyoung's already a bundle of nerves.
"Mom! I'm heading out to meet Taesu... uh... I, I might not come home tonight!"
"Oh... r-really? Alright then..."
"I'll be back!"
Her mom gets the implication, cheeks flushing a little.
Something's been awkward with her the past few days.
Mom's trying to act casual, but the weird vibe nags at her. Soyoung brushes it off— no time for that today. She's got about an hour until their meetup, and it'll take twenty minutes to get there. She hates being late and messing up the schedule, so she hurries out, a smile tugging at her lips. Today will be unforgettable.
..............
"Guess I got here a bit early..."
It's twenty minutes before the agreed time, but Mom's nagging got her out sooner than planned.
- It's a special day for Soyoung, so you should head over early and get ready.
Jeong-ah hasn't acted much like a mom since becoming his female pig, but today she gave some motherly advice. That's why Taesu's put a little extra care into his outfit as he heads to the meeting spot.
"Hm?"
They agreed on a small plaza near downtown, but no sign of Soyoung. Then he spots a crowd of guys and feels a twinge of unease, heading over.
"I said back off! I have a boyfriend!"
"Come on~ We've been watching you for over twenty minutes. That's gotta be a lie."
"It's true!"
He pushes through the guys and hears a familiar voice, pissed off. With an inward sigh, he reaches the center.
"Ooh..."
And sure enough, there she is—Soyoung, surrounded by the crowd... looking way prettier than usual...
....................
Annoying as hell!
Soyoung fumes inwardly at the guys circling her. Waiting alone always draws a few chatty types, but usually it's just one to three, and they back off after a rejection. Not today. They're lining up like it's their turn, one after another, trying to hit on her until she's swarmed. Normally a few sharp words send them packing, but these guys are persistent. Especially the sleazy ones talking to her now—they're the worst.
"Come on, hang out with us."
As a hand reaches out, someone grabs it from beside her.
Grip.
"Ack!?"
"Enough."
"L-Let go let go let go!!!"
The guy's on his knees, writhing in agony from the crushed wrist.
"T-Taesu..."
"Wait long?"
"N-No."
With Taesu swooping in, Soyoung blushes and looks shy.
"Saw the crowd and came over... Now I get why."
"Why's that?"
She'd gone all out today, so she glances up at him with hidden expectations.
"You're yelling so loud, everyone's coming to gawk."
"Wh-Who yelled?!"
She'd raised her voice out of frustration, but not enough to draw a crowd.
"Let go already!!!"
"Oh, right."
Taesu releases the guy he'd forgotten about amid the pain—tears welling, he scrambles back. Almost pitiful.
"Let's head somewhere else."
"Yeah..."
The swarm of guys makes it awkward as hell.
"Ah♥"
Taesu takes her hand, leading her away. Unlike her sharp attitude with them, she blushes and follows like a bashful girl.
We've held hands before, but...
Today it feels extra embarrassing. They dodge to the cafe they'd planned first, picking a dim corner seat to avoid stares.
"You're late!"
"No... I got here twenty minutes early, though."
"You should've been here thirty minutes ahead!"
Taesu thinks he's early enough, but Soyoung's been waiting even longer, so she feels like she won a little. She's tense about today being different from their usual hangouts, but chatting with him eases it.
"But you today..."
"Huh? Wh-What about today?"
Two hours of makeup, new outfit bought just for this—she figures she looks better than usual in his eyes.
"Your face is all red. You didn't drink, right?"
"I didn't!"
He laughs at her huff, enjoying it. Just as she's about to sulk at his teasing...
"You look extra pretty today."
"Huh? R-Really...? I dunno♥"
The sudden compliment makes her blush and avert her eyes, lips curving up despite herself.
"A-Anyway, let's catch that movie! It starts soon!"
"Sure."
Plenty of time before showtime, but being alone with him ramps up the nerves, so they head somewhere busier.
They watch the movie, grab food, hit the arcade and karaoke—like always. But knowing it's a real date ending at a certain place later keeps her distracted.
Just an hour left till♥...
Taesu booked a hotel, not a motel, heightening her tension. Even strolling the park, they're both checking the time in silence.
"Can't wait anymore. Come here."
"Huh? Taesu?"
He grabs her hand after a thoughtful pause, leading her straight to the hotel...
......................
The date itself wasn't much different from their usual outings—same spots, same fun. Nothing super special. Except one thing: Soyoung kept glancing at the time, all tense. She'd loosen up during chats, acting normal for a bit, then blush and tense right back up. She knows where they're headed tonight, so I get it—but her focus is all on the hotel, not the date. Watching her like that stirs up dirty thoughts I can't shake. She's dolled up more than usual, drawing my eyes, and those shy upward glances test a guy's limits. I end up taking her to the hotel sooner than planned.
Soyoung follows quietly, knowing the destination. Next thing I know, we're in the room together.
"W-We got here kinda early."
"Seemed like you were in a rush."
"Wh-Who said that! You're the one who wanted to hurry!"
Her face flames as she denies it, eyes darting wildly.
"Soyoung..."
"Ngh♥... Chu♥"
I gently cup her dishonest chin, turning her to face me. She closes her eyes, lips parting. A light kiss, and her eyes tremble. Shy, tense, but laced with anticipation—she's a mess.
"I-I'll go wash up! Wait for me!"
"Okay."
Part of me wants to join her, claim her faster. But after messing with Na Yeon, meeting Soyoung pricks my conscience a bit...
I hadn't planned to touch her aunt at first, but she tempted me first. I told Soyoung about Eunji and Boyeon; I'll tell her about Mom later. Not sure if she'll fully accept it, but current Soyoung seems okay. Na Yeon, though—her actual mom? That's iffier. For now, keep it secret. Push the worry aside; wait for Soyoung to emerge.
"D-Didn't keep you waiting too long, right?"
Took over forty minutes—feels long—but seeing her in just a towel wipes other thoughts away.
"Soyoung."
"T-Taesu... Mmph♥"
I pull her close for a kiss, strip the towel to bare her, and guide her to the bed. I shed my clothes too, starting another kiss to cross into more than friends.
"Haa♥... Haa♥... T-Taesu♥"
She shyly covers herself, but I press on.
