Hunting
Huff. I’d successfully planted a Penis Slime inside the Management Bureau.
Now I just had to create a passage between the Management Bureau and the Sanctuary before it was too late.
Normally, the Sanctuary could open a corridor anywhere there was Yin Energy. My subordinates were made of pure Yin Energy too, so wherever they were became my coordinates.
But the barrier had kept me from opening a passage inside the Management Bureau.
The Penis Slimes had gone into the Management Bureau for research, but because they’d been placed in a specially treated isolation chamber, I hadn’t been able to pinpoint their location.
And then, thanks to Se-a, one of them had escaped, which meant I could finally link the passage.
First, I should open it somewhere appropriate.
Se-a had left the escaped Penis Slime in the women’s restroom.
When I had first been born, a passage the size of a drain was enough. But as my level rose and the Sanctuary skill grew, I’d become able to make much larger openings.
I’ll never need to go into the Management Bureau myself, so… a toilet should be plenty.
There was no way in hell I was walking into the Management Bureau. This passage would be used only by my subordinates.
Making sure no one was around through the Penis Slime’s eyes, I immediately focused the Sanctuary’s power.
—Sshyuuk!
The space warped, and a black passage opened inside the toilet bowl.
—Byuryut! Byuryut!
The Penis Slime I’d planted shot out of the toilet like a victorious general and sprayed sticky slime everywhere.
Yeah, yeah. Good work.
I stroked it with a tentacle and praised it before closing the passage. Once a coordinate had been observed, I could open it again anytime.
With that, the bridgehead for infiltrating the Management Bureau was perfectly established.
Just like that, the whole Penis Slime incident was finally wrapped up. Ah, I’d forgotten one thing.
I need to spend my skill points.
What remained now was to strengthen my foundation. I opened my status window and checked the points I’d earned from leveling up.
The most urgent needs were survival and combat power. After seeing the strength of a massive organization like the Management Bureau firsthand, I’d felt the importance of those two things deep in my bones.
That’s why these two skills looked best to me.
Spring of Resurrection (Cost: 5)
- A derivative skill of the Sanctuary.
Installs a Spring of Resurrection inside the Sanctuary.
If the main body dies, it can revive from the Spring of Resurrection.
To use it, one Personality Jelly from a woman is required per ten levels.
Regeneration (Cost: 1)
Consumes Yin Energy to rapidly regenerate damaged tissue.
The Sanctuary was a safe zone located in the cracks between dimensions. The Spring of Resurrection, which would let me revive here even if I died outside, looked absolutely indispensable.
It was expensive, yes, but if it was for my safety, I could afford to spend this much.
That didn’t mean the Regeneration skill was bad, of course.
At a glance it looked like a lower-tier version of the Spring of Resurrection, but in an urgent situation, this one would be more useful.
I bought both skills without hesitation. The instant I did, the Sanctuary shook with a massive tremor.
Oh, is that the Spring of Resurrection?
A pool glowing faintly blue formed in a corner of the Sanctuary.
The Penis Slimes, drawn by curiosity, went over to it and soon started splashing around inside.
To them it was a playground, but to me it was a lifeline—an invaluable space no different from my own life itself.
I’ll need a few women if I want to use that freely, though…
According to the skill description, one Personality Jelly from a woman was needed per ten levels. If I reached level 30, I’d already need three Personality Jellies, which meant I had to start hunting immediately.
With survival secured, it was time to secure combat power. After leaving the skill list, I checked my racial traits.
Six accumulated points. That gave me far more options than before, which meant I could finally buy the trait I’d been eyeing.
Creates an organ that compresses Yin Energy and releases it in the form of waves.
It was, in the simplest terms, a racial trait that generated an organ capable of creating shock waves. It could be used to shove away anything that came close, and it would be a huge help in improving mobility too.
I’ll use the remaining two points to increase my number of tentacles.
There were other racial traits I could buy with two points, but my tentacles were my hands and feet. I needed more of them.
The moment I bought it, a violent change began deep inside my body.
New tentacles sprouted from my torso. The existing ones also thickened and became sturdier than anything I’d had before.
But the true change happened deep between my chest and abdomen, where my organs should have been.
Thump, thump, thump.
A heavy vibration, as though a second heart were beating inside me.
As the Wave Emission Center activated, my entire nervous system linked up with it, etching a new sense into my body.
I pressed one tentacle against the wall and activated the center.
There was no explosion. But the wall the tentacle touched rippled as if struck by waves.
With a satisfied nod, I opened my status window.

After adding two more tentacles, Three Tentacles evolved into Sturdy Tentacles. The skill list had changed too.
So it got shortened because I have too many skills now.
I already had six skills. Simplifying the names for easier viewing was a pretty convenient change.
I had a feeling my racial traits would probably change in the same way once I passed five of them.
And there was an exclamation mark beside Breeding Tentacles. When I tapped the trait, it added another sub-entity I could create.
I can make some pretty interesting ones with this.
Smiling, I threw myself into preparations for the hunt in earnest. The starlights that filled the Sanctuary’s walls like the surface of a compact car.
From among them, I chose one delicious-looking star of light and stretched out my newly strengthened tentacle.

.
A study lined with expensive wooden furniture, all of it exuding a deep, heavy fragrance.
Inside, an elderly man seated in a costly-looking leather chair carefully dipped the tip of a brush into powder with a cautious hand.
After putting on the latex gloves lying beside him, he rose slowly from his seat, brush still in hand.
The place he turned toward was a display case covering the wall of the study.
There, packed tightly together, were grotesque yet meticulously crafted onaholes, utterly unlike ordinary adult toys.
Their realism was so extreme they seemed to be shrunken women made flesh.
Like an archaeologist handling ancient relics, the old man carefully took one of them out.
Then, with painstaking care, he brushed on the powder, applying it as though trying to preserve the texture of the skin.
The expression on the old man’s face as he held the brush was more serious than that of any artist.
He looked almost like a craftsman. If not for the fact that what he was holding was an onahole, that was exactly how he would have appeared.
Then, the study’s heavy door opened.
“Association President.”
The old man’s hand froze.
“Shh. I told you not to interrupt me while I’m tending to my girls’ skin.”
“I’m sorry. But this is urgent.”
The old man’s identity was none other than the Association President of the Corrupt Sorcerers Association.
With a low sigh, he carefully returned the onahole he’d been caring for to the display.
“I heard the report. The breeding between the dragon and the giant failed, did it not?”
“Yes. But it seems the Management Bureau has identified the cause.”
“Heh. The Management Bureau’s information network cannot be ignored.”
“According to data sent by our inside spy, the culprit is a newly emerged calamity-class anomaly—Tentacle.”
The old man slowly removed and tidied away his latex gloves, then glanced over the data the man handed him.
“A calamity-class anomaly…”
“Could it be false information?”
“No. If it’s the Management Bureau’s intelligence, it’s reliable. Tsk, tsk… of all things, a calamity-class anomaly.”
A calamity-class anomaly had the power to wipe out humanity.
But what the old man wanted was for the Corrupt Sorcerers Association to sit in the Management Bureau’s place. He absolutely did not want humanity destroyed.
“For now, we’ll have to make contact.”
“You mean you intend to bring it into the Association?”
“If it can hold a conversation.”
If the calamity-class anomaly had no desire to annihilate humanity, the Association could join forces with it at any time.
“Call for the Red Woman.”
“S-she’s uncontrollable! It would be better if I went instead…”
“It is a calamity-class anomaly. With something of that level, even conversation will not be easy. And if it’s my order, she’ll at least pretend to listen.”
“...Understood. I’ll summon her at once.”
After the man left the room, only silence remained in the study.
The old man once more gazed affectionately at the onaholes lining the wall.
The day he joined hands with the calamity-class anomaly and brought down the Management Bureau.
Imagining the day that wall would be filled with the Management Bureau’s high-ranking females, a slick smile spread across the old man’s lips.

“Demon King-nim—! Our sex dragon’s uterus just exploded, you know? It was such a precious test subject!”
Beneath the Demon King’s throne, the woman from the Demon King’s Army who had fled the cave earlier was still voicing her grievances over and over.
“It was an organ taken from a dead corpse in the first place. We’ve already reaped enough benefits, so cease your whining.”
“B-but still…! That’s such a shame!”
A beauty with purple skin and silver hair, dressed in little more than strips of cloth that barely covered her nipples and sex.
The Demon King let out an elegant sigh as she listened to her subordinate’s tantrum.
“And, have you discovered the cause?”
“Huh? Ah…! The Association people were babbling about it. Some newly emerged calamity-class anomaly? Apparently some fellow called Tentacle is the culprit.”
“A calamity. Calamity-class…”
The Demon King gently stroked her chin, lost in thought.
She rose from her throne and strolled slowly around it. With every step she took, the air trembled, and a powerful Yin Energy surged forth.
“The term ‘calamity-class’ is what humans use when speaking of their extinction. But…”
A strange smile curved her lips.
“If it is an anomaly of that rank, then perhaps there is no need for it to be our enemy.”
“Huh? Demon King, are you planning to join hands with it?”
When her subordinate stared at her in shock, the Demon King gave a small shrug.
“If it truly is calamity-class, then it should possess enough intellect to understand the dignity of our demon realm. And if it lacks that much intelligence…”
She snapped her fingers.
“Find out where this anomaly’s base is, and what it desires. Then tell it this: it may choose for itself whether it wishes to become a friend of the Demon King’s Army, or a tasty banquet for the demon realm.”
“Heehee, as you command!”
Watching her subordinate’s retreating back, the Demon King’s eyes overflowed with greedy, violet Yin Energy.
