Lucy & Lumi's Heartfelt Punch! (2)
3 PM in the infirmary. It had been three hours since lunchtime ended. It was enough time to worry about what reactions might be brewing outside, but I focused on Baek Ayoung's words.
"…I need a mark. A mark of our love."
"Yeah. No, what…?"
After the intense sex, we'd cleaned up, rehydrated, and reaffirmed our love for each other. I was about to head out when Baek Ayoung's words stopped me cold.
'A mark?'
What could that mean? I racked my brain, but nothing came to mind. Did she want some sign that connected us?
I looked at Baek Ayoung, who was gazing at me with pleading eyes, and carefully opened my mouth.
"Um, like a ring?"
Wearing it all the time might need some thought, but I could definitely buy one. I was a capable guy, after all.
"A ring would be nice, but…"
Baek Ayoung squirmed bashfully and clung to me. What was she thinking that made her so embarrassed? Not a necklace or something, right?
"Hm."
I pulled Baek Ayoung toward me as she hid her flushed face. The mood was great today, and it was time to show some manly resolve. Especially after not seeing her for a week.
"Darling. Can't say it?"
"A ring sounds good. Ung."
Anyone could tell that was a lie. These days, I could spot a fib just by looking at a heroine's face.
The ring talk was bullshit. To draw out her true feelings, I moved my arm.
Squeeze—
I hugged her tight, putting strength into it. Baek Ayoung, nestled in my arms, looked up at me with wide eyes.
"Darling. You thought I wouldn't notice the lie?"
"It's not a lie, darling…"
Even as she said it, her eyes trembled. She might think she was fooling me, but Baek Ayoung was terrible at lying. Better to push harder here.
"Hm, you're mine, right, darling?"
"Ung. Hn, hnng?!"
I slid my hand down and gripped her breast firmly.
"The woman I can do whatever I want with forever, yeah?"
"Y-Yes."
Baek Ayoung shuddered with a whimper. So cute. Being with her always awakened the darker side of me. My personality might be getting worse… but it'd be fine.
I smiled at her trembling form.
"Kidding. The important thing is I'll never let you go. I told you before—you're the first. I'll do anything you want, so don't hide it. Just tell me."
"Darling…"
Baek Ayoung placed her hand over mine on her breast. She looked up at me from my embrace, then opened her mouth as if resolved.
"I, I want to make a baby."
"…?"
"A mark of our love… I want to make one."
I froze in shock. No way. No freaking way.
Pregnancy here too?
"Darling. A baby is…"
I pushed her body back slightly to hide my panic. What could I do? Making a kid right now was impossible. Having a child meant one more person I'd have to look after. Honestly, the idea of my own kid still gave me the creeps. I didn't have that level of responsibility.
That's why I'd turned down Rebecca's request.
But Baek Ayoung teared up and clutched my clothes.
"You said I was the first. Darling. You definitely did…"
"…Of course. You're the first, darling."
"I want to be first for the baby too. …Then everything's fine."
"Darling, you have your infirmary duties now. For now…"
"If I get pregnant, I'll quit everything."
"…"
Baek Ayoung gripped my hand tightly, refusing to let go. She'd never been this firm before, and it actually cooled my head.
She'd always been as devoted to her work as she was to me, but it seemed her priorities had flipped at some point.
"…Okay. Do whatever you want, darling."
"Ah, ah. I love you. I love you, darling…"
As she buried her flushed face in my chest, I pondered seriously. Even if one or two creampies weren't enough to knock her up, piling them on could get risky.
'Maybe I should develop some contraception spell she won't notice.'
I might end up worrying more about this than my combat power.

After Lee Ho-yeon left the infirmary, Baek Ayoung gently stroked her lower belly.
The place filled with his seed. Now that she'd gotten permission, she could be bold about it. No more guilt from secretly skipping birth control.
Knock knock knock—
At the knock, Baek Ayoung looked toward the door.
"Yes. Come in."
"Treatment took a while today, Saintess."
The infirmary manager entered. She was like Baek Ayoung's dedicated secretary, assigned by the chairman to handle any inconveniences.
"Cadet Lee Ho-yeon said your stamina was low, so I sent all the waiting cadets away."
"Thank you, Manager."
Baek Ayoung appreciated the consideration. She really wasn't in any shape for treatments right now. Her body was exhausted.
"Ah, but I got a list for priority treatment next time they come."
"Hm…"
There had been a huge line earlier. Thinking of the backlog made her head hurt. She'd worked hard as the infirmary teacher, but did she need to anymore?
Lee Ho-yeon was her top priority. She needed to weed out the other guys first.
"Manager. About that."
"Yes?"
"I'm closing the infirmary to patients from now on."
"…Pardon?"
The manager couldn't hide her shock at Baek Ayoung's sudden declaration. But Baek Ayoung continued.
"It's mostly male cadets coming to see me anyway. No need to keep it open, right?"
"W-Well, true, but still…"
She was right, of course. Real patients went to the medical team, and the infirmary saw mostly minor scrapes from cadets—mostly guys. The role had been hastily created to recruit her, a product of adult circumstances.
They'd kept it open just for the prestige of having "Infirmary Teacher Baek Ayoung" on staff.
"I'll support the medical team more and help with practical classes. I'll talk to the chairman myself."
"A-Alright. I'll report to him first. Rest up, Saintess."
Baek Ayoung had never been this assertive before, so the manager could only nod. Her job wasn't to convince her—it was to report to the chairman fast. He'd decide.
After the manager left, Baek Ayoung sat in her chair and closed her eyes.
She'd worked diligently as infirmary teacher, but pregnancy meant retirement anyway. No need to entertain gawking male cadets anymore.
To prepare for her darling's child, she needed to minimize contact with other men. And fieldwork was easier to drop than this post anytime.
Baek Ayoung checked the drawer full of pregnancy tests. She'd only confessed now, but with all the creampies before, who knew? She might already be pregnant.
'They say even ten strikes fell a tree.'
Not pregnant yet, but she had plenty of shots left.

"Phew."
After leaving the infirmary, I headed to the club building. A bit late, but no big deal.
The long line out front had dispersed thanks to my excuse about Baek Ayoung being tired. They claimed pain but skipped the medical team—total fakers. I'd tell Sulin noona about those jerks.
With shortened classes, fewer people roamed the academy than usual. Probably prepping for tomorrow's practicals in the dorms or hanging with friends one last time.
I strolled slowly and arrived at the club building.
'Feels like forever.'
I'd even put a bed in the club room but hardly used it. Should visit more, but life's been hectic.
I glanced around and headed to the second-floor club room. I'd fought hard for this space back then. Full of memories, really.
Lucy and Lumi were probably waiting inside.
Knock knock—
- Yes! Come in!
Lucy's lively voice rang out. I opened the door to see her beaming right in front of me.
"You're the new recruit? Sit here."
"…What?"
"It's an interview. Sit."
Lucy yanked my arm and plopped me in a chair. Dazed, I looked around—Lumi sidled up right behind her.
"Hmm. Lumi, this new recruit for the interview looks promising."
"Hello, newbie."
"…Girls? Explain what's going on."
Lucy loomed over me smugly, Lumi glued to her back. I stared at Lucy, hoping for some context.
"Can't you tell?"
"It's an interview."
Lucy crossed her arms with a serious face; Lumi fidgeted beside her.
"…Okay, sure."
I had no clue, but they were cute, so I'd play along.
Lucy and Lumi flipped through fake papers like a real interview, firing questions. (Peeking, they were blank.)
"First question: Pick the two prettiest cadets at Victoria Academy!"
"Hint: twins!"
They gazed at me confidently. The two prettiest. Yeah, I got what they wanted.
Truth was, I couldn't rank heroines—they were all too gorgeous. All tied for first, so Lucy and Lumi were first.
"Obviously Lucy and Lumi."
"Correct!"
Clap clap clap—Lucy cheered with applause; Lumi smiled, hand over her mouth.
"Ho-yeon… you really think that of us."
"Lumi, not Ho-yeon."
"Ah, newbie… correct."
Lumi corrected herself late, shaking her head. Trying to look serious.
"Second question: Between Lucy and Lumi, who feels better?"
"…What kinda question is that?"
I'd expected creative, but this was too much. Not even "who's better"—who feels better? What interview was this?
As I pondered, Lumi took my hand.
"Write 'hint' and you can experience it."
"Experience?"
"Yes. To see who feels better… an experience."
Ah, that was the goal. Realizing the twins' intent, I chuckled.
Did they need the roleplay? It was like watching a puppy show—adorable.
I put on my most sincere face and looked at them.
"Can I try the experience? I really wanna join this club."
"Of course. We've prepared a lot—come here."
"I, I worked hard too."
Lucy and Lumi hooked arms with mine and dragged me to the bed inside.
