Lee Ho-yeon's Harem Plan! (2)
"A plan? Trying to sell me a trap or something? Who's messing with my baby daddy?"
Rebecca crossed her legs as she sat in the chair. I swallowed hard watching her firm thighs rub together. Im Sol, Baek Ayoung, and Rebecca were all the same age, but they each had such different vibes. Baek Ayoung had that cute, somewhat immature charm that didn't quite match her years, while Im Sol felt like a reliable little big sister. And Rebecca? She was the mature big sister type—everything she did exuded sophistication.
Naturally, it was that mature, sexy aura radiating from her that made it so.
"Hmm, this is on a pretty massive scale... You sure about it?"
"How big we talking?"
"Well, we'd need a fake dungeon for starters."
"...Did I hear that right? A fake dungeon?"
"You heard me correctly."
Humanity still hadn't fully conquered dungeons. They'd standardized most patterns, but weird ones popped up now and then. Sometimes you'd clear every trap only to find an empty dungeon with no loot. Other times, a seemingly trash dungeon spat out rare artifacts. And then there were traps that demanded half your party as sacrifice just to survive—though elite teams would dismantle them beforehand, of course.
Anyway, my plan was to create a fake dungeon. One so meticulously crafted that even scholars couldn't tell the difference at a glance.
Rebecca furrowed her brow, deep in thought after hearing me out.
"Hmm. Barrier magic's my specialty, so that's doable... but can you explain in detail?"
"...Yeah. It's still just a plan at this stage."
I laid it all out for her, and Rebecca covered her mouth with her hand, shrinking back as if putting distance between us. I'd half-expected that reaction, but it still stung a little.
"Whoa... Baby daddy, that's kinda... sinister."
"...I have no choice if I want to stay alive. Think you can pull it off?"
"It's possible... Sigh, you say it so confidently, but sorry—not until we try it. The scale's huge, after all."
"That's more than enough. I'll help whenever you need me."
I was grateful even for that. At least she was willing to give it a shot.
"Yeah, with your skills, you'll be a big help. We'll need a ton of magic stones, though. Got the funds?"
"I've got about 10 billion in spare cash."
"That should cover it... especially with the savings I've got stashed away."
Rebecca nodded and started jotting notes—probably outlining the plan. I was touched that she casually included her own money, like it was a given.
"I've got some magic stones I collected too."
"Got it... This is a headache. I'll sort it out later. I came to check if your fertility was okay after hearing you were hospitalized, and now I'm leaving with a massive project thanks to you."
"...Sorry. But you're the only one I can ask, Rebecca."
"Figures. Tell any of the other girls, and you'd get an earful."
"..."
She had a point. With Rebecca, it felt... businesslike, I guess? Not that that's a bad thing—we just hadn't had time to build real affection yet. That's why I approached her about this.
In pure magical prowess, Im Sol outclassed her. Rebecca might edge her out in barriers specifically, but Im Sol was ahead in every other area. Still, I couldn't ask Im Sol. Our built-up bond and goodwill would melt away like snow the moment she heard the plan.
"Eh, it's fine. Reviving the Rune Clan was my only goal anyway. Nice to have something to kill time with."
"Still... thank you. I'll make it up to you somehow."
"Less talk, more action on that reward?"
"Well... I'm the patient here. Once I wrap up my current stuff, we can... get to it."
Truth was, I had no idea when that'd be. After discharge, I'd spend the weekend recovering, go to school Monday, then head to France Tuesday for the Iris Guild's "field training" excuse to investigate the centaur. A week later, finals hit—probably another week. Then vacation... At least two weeks out.
"Hmmm. Fine, whatever. I'll overlook you banging the other girls while dodging me."
Ahem. I bowed my head in apology.
Rebecca stood from the visitor's chair and leaned in close.
"But seriously, baby daddy—you've got way too many women. Way more than I thought."
"...There's reasons for all of it. Really."
I averted my eyes from hers. That damn conscience triangle stabbed at me again. I wanted to scream that I'd die if I didn't build my harem, but who'd believe me without thinking I was nuts? I'd pondered proving it seriously, but how? And if they learned my original world was a game, would their mental states hold up? Problems galore.
"Sure, sure. I won't pry. What I'm saying is... spreading your seed everywhere like that—aren't you worried about going infertile?"
"No way."
I shot back instantly. I was the protagonist of an erotic game, after all—had to have buffs for that stuff. My stamina was already freakish; infertility wasn't on the table.
Rebecca straightened up with a playful grin and stretched.
"Good to hear! Anyway, I'm off. Time to rest?"
"Uh... think I'm gonna visit the friend who helped me out."
"Another girl?"
"...Yeah."
Rebecca laughed it off like it was nothing, but I felt guilty saying it.
"That Liliana girl? The ones at your house will be here soon too."
"They will?"
Made sense—they wouldn't stay away. Should've gone to Ellis sooner.
"Yeah. Take care and rest up. I'd love to guard your seed 24/7, but I've got Pandemic loose ends to tie up."
"Got it. Don't worry—I'm tougher than I look. Oh, and can you look into that mana-blocking barrier too?"
"Obviously. If that goes mainstream, it could turn the world into the Mines' playground. Your girlfriends are coming—I'm out."
Rebecca snapped her fingers and vanished into thin air.
"Phew..."
Exhausting, but I was thankful. When we first met, she'd tried to force herself on me out of baby obsession. Now she knew I wouldn't run, so she was more relaxed. I felt bad dragging out sex due to pregnancy worries... Time to step up soon.
Truth be told, I had my own hang-ups about knocking her up. Couldn't just knock her up and bail.
Knock knock knock.
"I came~!"
Right on cue. That familiar succubus voice. She did this every hospitalization—getting old.
"Come in, Liliana."
*
"So much yummy stuff here. Da-eun's room had nothing."
Nom nom nom. Liliana raided the fridge snacks the second she entered. Our darling Baek Ayoung bought those.
Wait—more importantly:
"Da-eun's hospitalized too? How's she doing? Pretty bad?"
How had I missed that? I'd checked Lucy, Lumi, and Moon Sulin, assuming everyone else was fine subconsciously. Ellis I knew about from Sulin unnie, but Nam Da-eun? Sulin said she wasn't badly hurt, so I'd figured she was together with her.
"Stopped by before coming here... Nah, not really. Just some minor injuries? Oh, left Da-hee there. She wanted to sleep together."
Liliana crunched on "healthy" nuts, picking only the sweet chocolate almonds and cranberries. Classic her.
"Good call. I'll head over later."
"Wise choice, Ho-yeon-nim. Da-eun will be thrilled."
Scarlett stood behind Liliana as always. Told her to sit comfortably, but she preferred it that way—guild habit, probably.
"Speaking of, Scarlett—got a question. Anything I should know about Iris Guild before going?"
France in a few days. Game knowledge covered me, but more intel was better. Meant to ask Ellis, but Scarlett might have unique insights.
"The guild... Well, you've met the Guild Master, seen the young miss... Oh, Irene. You know her?"
"Ellis's sister?"
"Yes. But nothing specific. Her vibe's hard to describe unless you've seen it..."
"Hmm."
Fair enough. In the game, Ellis route meant running into Irene, getting close-ish. Ellis's big sis was a hardcore... narcissist. Princess syndrome: utterly convinced everyone was smitten with her perfection.
Most narcissists stemmed from insecurity, hiding behind a fake self. But Irene? Born flawless—looks, talent from childhood, powerhouse family. She bloomed fully and fell in love with herself for real.
Weird woman.
It even sparked conflict with Ellis—hilariously absurd. But knowing her backstory made handling her easier.
"Irene's probably on the centaur pursuit team. To bond with Ellis, stay on Irene's good side—be careful."
"Thanks."
No amount of schmoozing would work. The Irene I knew wouldn't budge.
Munch munch crunch.
"This is delish~. Hey, can I crash here? House is too quiet."
Liliana, having stripped the nuts of sweets, flopped her upper body onto my bed.
"No issue... but I'm heading out soon."
"Why? Lie down and play with me."
She clung like a pet; I pinched her cheek, tempted to crash. But duties called.
"Wanna, but gotta see Ellis and Da-eun. My fault they're hurt."
"Aha... Gotcha~. Guess I'll loot and chill."
Blessedly, she dove back into the fridge. High-end stuff from Ayoung must've hooked her.
"Scarlett, you?"
The statue-still Scarlett clutched her chest, tragic heroine face.
"If you wish, I'll serve alongside Liliana-nim... but do you really want my first time like this, forced?"
"Where'd you hear that crap?"
"Liliana-nim told me."
So Liliana corrupted her. That crazy succubus.
"Tch. House ready right after discharge?"
"Yes. Furnished it with new stuff."
"Nice. Explains why you skipped the festival."
"Indeed. Tons to do—paperwork all on me."
Irreplaceable worker. Getting the home I never had back home.
Feels weird.
Two hundred billion won house'll do that. I nodded, rising from bed. Any later would be rude for visits.
"Hang with Liliana. I'll check on Ellis and Da-eun."
"Don't stay out too late. Liliana-nim's waiting."
"Yeah, yeah. Be back. Later, Liliana."
"Mmph! Bye!"
I left her mid-bite.
Should spoil Scarlett too.
She's overdelivering beyond our deal. Vacation? Or invite her for Liliana threesome? No clue what she'd like.
Daydreaming down the hall, I hit a fork: left to Ellis, right to Nam Da-eun.
Who first?
Ellis badly hurt; Da-eun like me. Sulin unnie said Ellis went hard for me.
8 PM. Late, but later might mean missing her today. See Ellis first; Da-eun won't mind a delay—she's chill.
I checked my watch and headed to Ellis's room.
