Oppa, Yours is Massive. This Sensation is a First for Me.
Kim Minseo opened the car door and her eyes went wide.
"Whoa, it's like a chaebol chairman's ride!"
The interior was luxuriously over-the-top from the get-go.
A snicker escaped at her exclamation. Kuni, meanwhile, couldn't believe this sibling duo.
That's exactly a chairman's car.
He wanted to say it, but held back.
"Hyungnim, why don't you come inside and eat? Even if you don't show up on stream, we've got a break room downstairs. You can eat there. If you spill food in the car..."
"Nah, it's fine. I'll eat in the car. If I spill, whatever... just wipe it off."
Kuni thought to himself, This guy's not right in the head.
Fuck.
What was a Rolls-Royce Phantom? Its price tag laughed at mere hundreds of millions of won. People who owned one wouldn't dream of spilling food, let alone letting smells linger.
But for some reason, Shin Jaewoo seemed like the type to toss kimchi right in there without a care.
Just treating a Rolls-Royce like...
He handled it like a disposable ride. Even as a used car, it'd fetch nine figures easy.
"It's used anyway, right? Whatever."
Their sense of money was on another level. Through this, Kuni finally got why he was treated on par with Kim Dae-mul.
"Oool."
Kim Minseo probably had no clue what this car cost. That's why she was just oohing and aahing. Or maybe she was a real chaebol heiress like Frame.
Either way, those two were streamers. The broadcast wasn't over, so they had to head back.
Still, after plopping her butt in the back seat once, Kim Minseo climbed out and asked,
"So, oppa, where's your place? A mansion? Penthouse?"
"What would you prefer?" Shin Jaewoo shot back at her.
The mansion was in Seongbuk-dong, penthouse in Jamsil.
Kim Minseo's eyes sparkled.
"Hmm, penthouse for me! I wanna wake up to that high-floor view!"
"...Alright. Penthouse it is."
"But if you're buying... Huh? Oppa, you live in a penthouse? For real?"
Her eyes glittered like stars. Another chuckle slipped out. He ruffled her hair as he replied,
"...Yeah."
Truth be told, he was crashing at the Seongbuk-dong place. The Jamsil penthouse felt like too much—Grandpa had picked it out, not him.
And honestly...
That place feels like a crime just existing.
Stepping into it pricked his conscience. Like he was embezzling or something.
"Whoa! Am I sleeping in a penthouse tonight?"
She bounced off excitedly. After sending Kim Minseo ahead, Kuni handed something over.
"Hyungnim. It's nothing compared to you, but here's my business card. If it ever crosses your mind, just one call would be an honor."
Taking the card, Shin Jaewoo thought honestly,
Streamers hand out business cards these days, huh?
He glanced at it. "Kuni Trading Co. CEO."
No harm in keeping it. But receiving it made Shin Jaewoo pull an awkward face.
"I don't have one to give back..."
Normally, you'd reciprocate. But he didn't have any yet.
Come to think of it, maybe he should get some made. As foundation director now, he'd probably meet more people.
But I hate that kinda stuff...
Dealing with people. Interviews with reporters tailing him. He didn't want his face plastered in the media.
"Then call anytime you need, hyungnim. And if you change your mind, just chat during the stream or tell me or Minseo, and head downstairs. I'll open the door right away."
Kuni bowed repeatedly. More than that, Shin Jaewoo hadn't corrected one thing.
I'm not older than you, dude.
Kuni looked young. Same on stream, same now. But technically, Kuni was older.
It felt like with Han Taeho calling him hyungnim. No time to clarify before Kuni headed back.
What he did was obvious.
Just turn on the stream.
Inside the car, he finally dug into the greasy food.
The space was huge anyway. If Minseo rode later, it might smell a bit, but that wasn't his problem.
Crack a window, good enough.
Car lovers would freak. But whatever. He had other rides. And since he'd bought new ones, this used one was getting ditched when the next model dropped anyway(?).
Or give it to Aunt?
Oh Miyoung would soon be a hotel exec. Might need a whip like this.
The thought hit him—he called her. Late, but she was on night shift. No way she'd be sleeping.
"Jaewoo? Aunt's working—what's up?"
"You busy?"
"Nah, dead hour. What else happens?"
Knew it. "Came to pick up Minseo. She's crashing with me tonight."
"That girl's an adult and still scared to sleep alone? Anyway... fine. Better you look after her than solo."
Fatigue laced Oh Miyoung's voice. But she pulled nights for a reason.
Aiming for rooms manager, right?
Ultimate goal: GM. Shin Jaewoo hadn't known managers were split like that.
Anyway, promotion on the horizon. That's why she hustled.
She'd get it without grinding like this...
Still, earning it the hard way looked good.
Nothing more to chat about with Oh Miyoung. Waiting in the car, a new KakaoTalk popped up. Kim Minseo again.
What's this girl on about now?
She explained: some unnie from out of town. Wanted to crash together.
She was coming as a guest anyway, bringing another? No biggie.
The place was stupidly spacious. And he got why she'd ask.
Even knowing I'm there, it's too big to feel like home.
So he'd allow it. But with terms.
Not even his own place—foundation hookup. Needed that insurance.
Stream still going?
Shin Jaewoo tilted his head. He didn't wait long. Soon Kim Minseo emerged—with a woman glued to her side.
They tight like that?
Minseo clung hard; they looked super close. She was like that often, though—super sociable, touchy-feely, aegyo queen.
Never seen her do it with guys, though.
Idol trainee days in girl world? She loved unnies. At the party, stuck to Lee Hae-in, nearly to Lee Sooyoung by end.
"Oppa! This is Nyanbyeol unnie!"
"Hello. Sorry for the rude request this time..."
The greeting came from Nyanbyeol, clinging to Kim Minseo. Cute name, but her curves demanded attention. Total yeocam vibe—outer layer over cam-girl fit.
She bowed apologetically to Shin Jaewoo.
"No worries. But you'll share with Minseo—cool?"
"Just letting us crash is too grateful already."
"...Hop in."
And so he ferried the two women. Dawn roads weren't packed, but not empty. Still, his ride cruised smooth.
"Whoa, way different from Mom's car. People cut her off, don't yield...
For some reason, cars gave his a wide berth. Clear radius around them. Not quite ambulance Moses miracle from news, but no signals or traffic held them up.
Obviously. Any bump would be disaster.
"No one's even passing us!"
She lit up realizing it. Shin Jaewoo grinned at her.
"And the interior's like a hotel!"
Wondered what face she'd make arriving at an actual hotel-owned spot.
The car reached Jamsil. Pulled into the Signiel Residence's resident-only lot.
"...Let's go."
They took the penthouse-exclusive elevator.
"Huh? Oppa, no way this is...?"
"Whoaaa..."
Chattering excitedly en route, Kim Minseo suddenly zipped it. Nyanbyeol too.
Peak hit opening the door.
"Holy... Oppa, yours is massive."
"I've never felt anything like this."
Kim Minseo and Nyanbyeol's jaws dropped. Eyes huge, mouths agape—they couldn't close 'em.
Their reaction puffed his chest. Felt pretty damn good.
