Kidnapping
"Wow~ that looks so delicious~ Can I take a picture?"
"Sure. Go ahead~"
With my permission, Na-young whipped out her phone every time a course arrived, snapping away busily. She was about to sell her virginity for 500 million won, yet there wasn't a hint of hesitation or humiliation on her face.
'It was too much money to turn down.' Was that it? Yeah, if someone had offered to buy my virginity for 500 million when I was young, I probably would've fainted and been half-dead already.
Unlike Na-young, A-ram just kept quietly moving her chopsticks. A-ram. Apparently, it's a pure Korean word for fruit that's fully ripened and falls on its own, or that state itself. Of course, she didn't tell me; I looked it up myself. And yeah, A-ram had ripened to the point of falling right off the tree. Or rather, those breasts of hers boasted such overwhelming volume, it felt like they'd overripened.
Even during the meal, I couldn't stop my eyes from drifting there. If I pressed down with my hand, it seemed like it'd sink in softly. If I brought my mouth to them...
Na-young, sitting right next to me, must've noticed my gaze on A-ram and didn't like it one bit. She kept slyly touching my arm.
"Oppa, try some of this too!"
She'd tap my arm, make a fuss about how good it was, and smack my thigh.
A-ram showed no reaction to Na-young's antics—like she couldn't even feel emotions anymore. She'd glance once and go back to eating. She hadn't reacted to my stares either. Like someone on the verge of death.
"Doesn't A-ram have much of an appetite?"
"Yes."
"Hahaha... Want to head back now?"
"No. I need the money."
Her eyes fixed on the plate in front of her, she answered curtly. Anyone could see she wanted to die, so I offered to grant that wish, but this dense girl didn't pick up on my consideration and just kept eating. Eating was survival, after all. Was even that act contradicting her desires?
"You're killing my appetite..."
"At least Na-young's keeping things bright. That's a relief."
"As long as Oppa likes it~ Hey, why not just give it all to me instead of 1 billion? I'll get hymen reconstruction surgery and let you do it again. Pretty please?"
"Hahaha. Even then, it wouldn't really count as virginity..."
I chuckled awkwardly and kept eating when my phone buzzed. There was only one person who could be contacting me now.
It was that email, along with a photo of her in a pretty cardigan. The girl I'd sent 1 million won to a few days ago.
The kid who got 1 million won—no, I should use her name. So-hyun, who received 1 million won, had bought rice with it. Beef too. Chicken. Every time she spent a little, she'd send me pics of her purchases with thank-yous added. Adorable. Like a kid meeting her parents for the first time, desperately clinging to me. Pitiful yet cute.
So-hyun's shopping list had started with essentials, moved to food, then clothes—pants, skirts, tees—and now outerwear.
I replied:
Here I was, about to drop 1 billion won at this table, and So-hyun hadn't even spent 1 million in three days.
I replied:
She was like a squirrel hoarding acorns without a burrow yet, so I sent another 1 million upfront. Now she could spend freely without saving.
Her plain thanks, repeated several times, left me feeling bittersweet.
That kid dies tomorrow. Well... everyone's dying anyway. No reason to treat her special.
With three rooms, cramming in four people including me was too much. I didn't even want to deal with a high schooler... But pretending to just save her would've been hypocrisy after all this time. If that was the plan, I'd have acted sooner—screamed my head off, thrown money around, even if they called me crazy.
"...You okay?"
Did my face look that bad? Even the blockhead noticed and asked worriedly.
"I'm fine."
I smiled brightly and swallowed my food. Tasty stuff. Eating something delicious chases away bad moods quick. Don't dwell.

"Shall we go now?"
I said, holding the key to the hotel suite. Na-young's eyes lit up.
"Is that a suite key?"
"Yeah. Gotta make the 1 billion night perfect. Like I said at first—no photos, no recordings. Got it?"
"Sure~ Works for me."
Na-young nodded eagerly, but A-ram held out her phone. The banking app was open on the screen.
"Transfer the money. Then I'll go."
"Oh, right, the money!"
"I forgot for a sec too. Thought I'd do it after. 50 million won each, right? Sending now."
I transferred 50 million won to each. Only then did A-ram stand.
"Got it."
"Ooh~ Oppa, you're the real deal? Knew I had an eye for people~"
And so we entered the room. The suite, my first time in one, stole my gaze. Marble floors and walls everywhere, furniture carved from solid wood with natural grains. The massive window framed Seoul's nightscape—a breathtaking view. But I had to play the nonchalant billionaire buying virginity for 1 billion, so I casually looked away.
Na-young buzzed around excitedly, snapping selfies everywhere pretty. Bright and positive—or just thoughtless? Either way, considering what was coming, her cheer might be for the best.
"Should I shower first?"
Unlike Na-young, A-ram ignored the glamour. She just wanted to get it over with and leave, her vibe screaming it. What if I said I didn't need her anymore with that attitude? Not calculated—just the resignation of someone who'd given up on life.
"How about a drink first?"
I pulled out the prepped wine. Na-young grabbed a glass eagerly, but A-ram shook her head, annoyed.
"Yeah~~! Is this expensive too?"
"Alcohol's fine."
"Still, have a glass... You look down."
"I said I'm fine."
She cut me off and headed to the bathroom.
"...What a fucking bitch, right?"
"Yeah... Kinda pissing me off."
"Oppa~ Vent on Na-young~"
"Seriously lucky it's you, Na-young."
Yeah, Na-young saved the day. Without her, this would've been way harder...
Na-young savored the aroma of her full glass, then downed it in gulps. My eyes went to her throat. As it bobbed. A victorious smile crept up.
"What a fucking blockhead..."
"Wh... what?"
She heard but looked confused. No wonder. The wine was laced with midazolam—a sedative used in endoscopies, causing amnesia. Oral dose, but she'd chugged a ton. No way she'd stay lucid.
"I... I'm sleepy... Just gonna nap a bit..."
With that, Na-young collapsed onto the bed.
Now for A-ram... As a woman, I could take her one-on-one. But easier was better.
"Fuck..."
A-ram emerged from the bathroom and spotted Na-young.
"She said she was sleepy, so just a quick..."
"Bullshit!"
Unlike the pure blockhead, A-ram clocked it instantly. She backed away warily, but only the bathroom was behind her. No escape.
"Suites are soundproof. Two choices. One: Drink this wine and sleep. Two: I force you down and inject your neck."
"Fuck..."
Cursing, A-ram walked over in her bathrobe, resigned.
"Gimme, you fucker."
I handed it over. She one-shot it defiantly and flopped on the bed.
"You gotta drink it."
Her fake swallow almost fooled me—I'd been watching her throat.
"......"
Finally, gulp. She swallowed.
"Wanted to do this pre-shower to skip dressing hassle... You're high-maintenance, A-ram."
Probably the last words she heard. Soon, she went limp, unconscious. After her last resistance, I slapped her cheeks a few times to confirm—deep sleep.
On the bed lay two women, celebrity-worthy, drugged and sprawled. I wanted to whip it out and plunge in right then, but good things are worth saving. Like that childhood fable: hold off on the marshmallow, get two. But I had unlimited access—why hold back?
"Best if I could've knocked 'em out in the car..."
Muttering regrets, I carried them one by one, arms around like drunks, to the car.
