Chapter 70: Storm in the Tang Clan-4
"It's an enemy attack! Prepare yourselves and gather at the Clan Head's Hall immediately!"
"Understood, Great Matriarch!" the maidservants replied in unison.
Having finished her command, Madam Un Ga-ryeo turned and began to run once more.
In truth, there was no need for her to act as a messenger herself. However, she hurried about, desperate to evacuate even one more person as quickly as possible.
Her next destination was the residence of the Third Madam, Geum Jeok-hwa. Madam Un Ga-ryeo pushed her movement technique to its limit and accelerated.
*
Third Madam Geum Jeok-hwa was utterly bewildered. An acquaintance of her father had suddenly appeared in her quarters in the middle of the night—the very man who had previously urged her to commit infidelity.
"You are being insolent. Where do you think you are?" she demanded, her voice laced with disbelief.
No matter how significant a client he was to her father, this was beyond the pale. Even if her relationship with the Clan Head had grown distant lately, she was still the wife of the Clan Head and the mother of a legitimate heir. For him to sneak into her private chambers like this was unthinkable.
"Haha, I am well aware of my rudeness. I only ask that you forgive me for intruding out of necessity," he said, a greasy smile spreading across his face.
Geum Jeok-hwa felt a wave of revulsion at that smile. "Then why have you come?"
"I have urgent news to deliver."
"And what is that?"
"Raiders are currently attacking the Tang Clan."
"What!?" Geum Jeok-hwa gasped. Who would dare attack the main estate of the Sichuan Tang Clan? "Is that the truth?"
"Would I ever lie to you, Madam? Quickly, you must flee."
It was then that Geum Jeok-hwa felt a sense of dissonance. It was true that she needed to escape; in a raid, the women of the family often became liabilities. It was logical to disappear before the enemies spotted her, yet something felt wrong.
She soon realized the source of her unease.
"Come, hurry now," the man urged.
His eyes were slightly curved, as if he were enjoying himself. The Tang Clan was under attack, yet he was suppressing a laugh? It made no sense.
As suspicion took root, more questions followed. How had this man entered the estate? Visitors were strictly forbidden at night, yet he had bypassed security. Furthermore, the warriors guarding the outer courtyard of her residence were Peak martial artists. How could he have slipped past them to reach her room? Finally, how did he know about the attack in advance?
Her mind made up, Geum Jeok-hwa reached into her sleeve and gripped a hidden weapon. It was a powerful device gifted to her by the Clan Head. If she aimed correctly, she could pierce the man's face in an instant.
But the moment her hand began to emerge from her sleeve—
Grab.
Her slender wrist was caught in the man's grip.
"I knew you were a clever bitch," he sneered, hoisting her wrist into the air.
A bamboo-shaped hidden weapon was clutched in her hand.
"You were going to kill me with this?" He snatched the device away and chuckled. For a woman who hadn't mastered a lick of martial arts, she certainly had some nerve.
"Let go of me!"
Her sharp, defiant tone caused his phallus to throb. Lee So-ok was fine, but he preferred this kind of feisty woman. There was more pleasure in breaking them.
"You'd best follow me quietly," the man said, tossing the hidden weapon aside.
"Is anyone there?! There is an intruder!" Geum Jeok-hwa screamed for help, terrified by his laughter. She knew something terrible would happen if she didn't escape.
But no matter how loud she yelled, no one came. She was baffled. There should have been warriors on standby in the outer courtyard. Why was no one responding?
Slap!
The man's hand lashed across her cheek. The force was enough to whip her head to the side.
"Ugh..." she groaned in pain.
Having lived a sheltered life, she had never been struck before. Tears welled in her eyes at the unprecedented agony.
"Let go! I said let go!" she cried, her stubbornness flaring as she struggled harder.
Slap!
"I..."
Slap!
"Told you..."
Slap!
"To be quiet!"
He met her resistance with merciless violence. Geum Jeok-hwa moaned, her cheek throbbing with excruciating pain.
Hearing her whimpers only excited the man further. Seeing this defiant woman lose her senses after a few slaps made his phallus harden with intent. He wanted to make this sharp-tongued woman submit.
"Heh... I don't have much time, but I can manage one quick fuck."
The man had intended to spirit Geum Jeok-hwa away before the Evil Ghost Unit arrived. Her refined beauty was too good to waste on those bone-headed thugs. Moreover, he loved the intellectual aura she exuded. With the right training, she would make a loyal sex slave.
Rip! Tear!
The man began to shred Geum Jeok-hwa's clothes, unable to restrain himself any longer. He planned to finish the deed as quickly as possible and get out before the raiders swarmed the area.
"Aaaah!"
As her clothes were stripped away, Geum Jeok-hwa began to scream. The man tore through everything his hands touched, top and bottom.
Riiip!
Soon, her skin—which had never been seen by any man other than her husband, Tang Jin-cheol—was exposed. Despite having borne a child, her tits were remarkably firm, her waist was slender without a hint of excess fat, and her hips were provocatively full. Her mons pubis was neatly groomed, with her pubic hair arranged tidily.
Gulp.
The man swallowed hard at the sight. Why were the women of the Tang Clan all so fuckable? He stripped off his own trousers, revealing a massive phallus.
"Hehehe... Today, I shall show you paradise."
"Please... don't do this..." Geum Jeok-hwa, now completely naked, began to beg from a position of absolute submission. She could not bear to be violated by a stranger.
"I'm sorry, but I can't stop now. I've already come too far."
The man began to thrust his phallus toward her, intent on raping her. Despair filled Geum Jeok-hwa's eyes.
It was then.
Pat-pat-pat-pat!
The sound of urgent footsteps approached from behind. Startled, the man spun around, but he was too late. Before he could prepare, a blade of Sword Qi flew toward him.
Slaaaash!
The man dove out of the way, but the energy still sliced his skin.
"Gah!"
Fortunately, it was only a superficial wound, but it stung fiercely.
"Who is it?!" the man snarled, glaring at his attacker.
His gaze fell upon a woman with a face of noble elegance. A thin white undergarment clung to her voluptuous body, dampened by sweat so that her skin peeked through provocatively. In one hand, she held a sword that pulsed with blue Sword Qi.
"You... You are!?" The man gasped in shock at the intruder's identity.
"Great Matriarch!" Geum Jeok-hwa cried out through her tears.
The woman who had attacked with Sword Qi was none other than Un Ga-ryeo, the mistress of the Sichuan Tang Clan and a Peak martial artist.
"How dare you!?" the wounded man roared. Madam Un Ga-ryeo's intervention was not part of his plan.
"You are committing a foul deed. Where do you think you are?!" she rebuked him, her voice ringing with authority. A powerful aura radiated from her—the dignity of the woman who managed the internal affairs of the Tang Clan.
"Hmm, impressive."
The man was genuinely struck by her presence. Though she had been a famous female martial artist in the past, she had been retired for nearly thirty years. Thirty years was enough time for the world to change several times over, yet her spirit remained undiminished.
As expected of the Sichuan Tang Clan, he thought. Even the mistress of the house was this formidable.
"Pull up your trousers. You are an eyesore," Madam Un Ga-ryeo said, her brow furrowed in disgust at the sight of his dangling phallus.
"Why so shy? Aren't you at an age where you've seen it all anyway?" the man sneered. It was a strategy of provocation, intended to unbalance the surprisingly capable Matriarch.
"I'll have to cut that thing off before you come to your senses."
Madam Un Ga-ryeo responded with her blade. Her sword began to glow with the light of Sword Qi that had reached a state of mature mastery.
"Whoops!"
The man leaped back, narrowly avoiding the strike.
Swish!
The sword began to fly at him with increasing speed.
"Tsk."
The man clicked his tongue as he watched the blade lunge from all directions. Every single strike from the Great Matriarch was incredibly sharp. How could a woman who retired thirty years ago still possess such a lethal edge? The smirk vanished from his face.
Clang!
He drew the sword from his waist, finally intending to fight seriously. He thrust his blade forward and concentrated his internal energy. A significant amount of power enveloped his weapon, forming a blue blade of Sword Qi.
"Take this!"
The man began to pour his sword force toward Madam Un Ga-ryeo without pause.
Clang! Clang! Clang! Clang!
Their blades collided repeatedly, the sound of clashing metal ringing through the room.
"Ngh!"
Madam Un Ga-ryeo let out a pained grunt as she parried the relentless barrage. The sheer force of his strikes was beginning to take a toll. Her martial progress had effectively stopped thirty years ago. While she had been a renowned Peak martial artist then, she had focused solely on internal energy cultivation after marrying into the Tang Clan. Her physical strength and stamina were naturally inferior to a Peak martial artist in their prime.
"Hehehe... Losing your strength already?"
Sensing her momentum falter, the man began to grin. Her Sword Qi was threatening, but there was no way a woman retired for three decades could be his match. Even among Peak martial artists, there were levels of difference.
The man pressed his advantage, swinging his sword even faster.
"Haah... haah..."
Madam Un Ga-ryeo's breathing grew ragged. Her stamina was nearly depleted. The man rejoiced at her labored gasps; she was clearly exhausted.
"Yaaaah!"
With a shout, he poured even more internal energy into his blade, intending to end it in one blow.
Whoosh!
Clang!
"Ugh!"
Madam Un Ga-ryeo managed to block the strike, but she couldn't withstand the weight behind it and was sent flying.
Thud!
She landed hard on her backside. She tried to scramble up immediately, but her path was blocked.
Slide.
The cold sensation of steel pressed against her throat.
"It's over." The man smirked. She had put up a good fight, but in the end, victory was his.
"Kill me," she said calmly.
"I can't do that," the man replied with a lecherous grin. He had only intended to take Geum Jeok-hwa due to the time constraint, but the Great Matriarch had fallen right into his lap. He would be a fool to pass this up.
His eyes roved over her body, her sweat-soaked undergarments clinging to her curves. His nights would certainly not be lonely. The thought of that dignified face being ruined by pleasure made his phallus throb once more.
"I'll show you what paradise really is, hehehe."
The man's face twisted into a vile smile.
Smirk.
But then, a smile touched Madam Un Ga-ryeo's lips as well. The man was taken aback. She was about to be violated and humiliated, yet she was smiling? Had she lost her mind from despair?
Shiver.
A sudden chill ran down his spine. He spun around instinctively.
And there it was, right in front of his face: a bamboo tube.
"Die!"
Boom!
Crunch!
As Geum Jeok-hwa pulled the handle at the back of the tube, a massive explosion erupted. Concentrated gunpowder blasted into the man's face, and unable to withstand the force, his head simply burst apart.
Thud!
The recoil of the explosion sent Geum Jeok-hwa flying backward, landing hard on the floor.
"Ugh..."
Tears pricked her eyes from the shock that vibrated through her arms. It felt as though her bones might be broken. Madam Un Ga-ryeo quickly stood up and rushed to her side.
"Thank you, Madam Geum."
"No... thank you, Sister," Geum Jeok-hwa sobbed. Though she usually maintained formalities by calling her the Great Matriarch, the realization that her life had been saved made the word "Sister" slip out naturally.
"Quickly, put on your clothes. We have to get out of here."
"I understand."
Geum Jeok-hwa dressed in haste and followed Un Ga-ryeo outside. They began to run, needing to reach a safe location before more enemies arrived. However, Geum Jeok-hwa, who lacked martial training, tired quickly, slowing their pace.
Unable to wait, Madam Un Ga-ryeo scooped Geum Jeok-hwa into her arms.
"What?"
"This is faster."
She sprinted toward the Clan Head's Hall, carrying the other woman.
.
.
.
After running for some time, the hall came into view. They were almost there. Upon reaching the entrance, she set Geum Jeok-hwa down.
"Thank you, Sister," Geum Jeok-hwa said shyly. Un Ga-ryeo found the sight quite endearing, contrasting with the woman's usual stiff formality.
"It was nothing."
She answered Geum Jeok-hwa and pushed open the doors to the Clan Head's Hall.
Her breath hitched.
The hall was littered with corpses. Horrified, she examined the bodies. They were all the servants she had sent here for safety. Who could have slaughtered them all?
Thump. Thump.
The sound of footsteps echoed from deep within the hall.
Gulp.
Both Un Ga-ryeo and Geum Jeok-hwa swallowed hard. The owner of those footsteps was undoubtedly the monster responsible for this massacre.
Finally, the figure emerged from the shadows.
"Hello?"
It was Go Wol, the leader of the Evil Ghost Unit. He offered the Great Matriarch a theatrical, exaggerated smile.
"You look even more enticing in person, Madam Tang."
Go Wol's greasy gaze swept over her. Because she was wearing only thin undergarments, her voluptuous figure was fully on display. Go Wol felt his phallus throb with arousal.
"Why don't we share the pleasures of the bed together?"
A dark, predatory grin spread across Go Wol's face.
