We're Already Dating, You Loser♡
We're already dating, you loser♡
The next day, at noon. Kang Ji-hoon was scratching his head furiously in his hideout. His underlings around him could only watch nervously. He was in a foul mood again today. Because of Dark Knight.
"Fuck this shit! What the hell is this? Dark Knight? What kind of cringy middle-school edgelord bullshit is that? Aaaargh!"
"Hyung, calm down."
An underling in a judo uniform politely tried to intervene. Ji-hoon let out a long sigh as he looked at him. He nodded slowly and approached, awkwardly patting the guy's head with a smile.
"Yeah, you're right. I'm the leader here. I got too worked up."
"Yes."
"But."
Whoosh, smack! Ji-hoon grabbed the back of the underling's neck and slammed his face into the nearby table. The guy twitched once and went limp. It all happened in an instant. Still, Ji-hoon kept smashing his head against the table and yelling.
"You fucker, you fuck, you, fuck-er! You think I'm pissed? What? WHAT?!"
Bam, crash, boom! He flung the now bloodied underling aside. Kang Ji-hoon raged like a tyrant. No one here could stop him. After venting his fury, he tilted his head.
"By the way, where's Hee-joo?"
"Uh, she's at the hospital, hyung."
"Hospital? Did she get hit too?"
"Yeah, she's conscious at least, but they say she needs treatment."
Ji-hoon pondered for a moment, narrowing his eyes. Then he exploded again.
"Then we gotta go check on her, you idiots! Fuck!"
Was his affection for Hee-joo genuine? Ji-hoon ground his teeth inwardly.
'That virgin bitch's cherry is mine.'
He grinned sleazily. Popping a pretty girl's cherry—that was his one brag. Still smirking, he asked,
"So, that's what Hee-joo said yesterday?"
"Yeah, she mentioned multiple runaway crews are involved."
"Ha, fuck. I thought I owned this turf. Turns out there were a lot of backstabbing rats."
"What're you gonna do?"
Ji-hoon calmly scanned the room. There were over fifty underlings in sight alone. No shortage of manpower, whatever he decided. He gestured.
"You four, split up and hit the runaway crews."
"Just visit?"
"No, trash the places."
"What if they didn't do anything wrong?"
"You little shit, whether they did or not is my call! Mine!"
He blew up again. It showed just how unhinged Ji-hoon was. The underling bowed, trembling. Ji-hoon exhaled hotly, forcing himself to calm down.
"Time to clean out all the trash. And from now on, we're with the Blessing Brothers Gang. Got it?"
"Yes!"
"Scatter. Oh, wait."
"Yes?"
Ji-hoon called over a few specific underlings and gave them orders. Very special orders.
I headed out after lunch. Today was the day Romi had a short shift at the cafe. I dressed neatly and smiled. This timing should be just right.
'Gonna enjoy a chill date before I crush that Kang Ji-hoon punk.'
Nothing too fancy. But at least it'd bring me closer to Romi. Make it so we could have sex anytime. So she'd finally give up her virginity.
I was confident. Totally.
'This the place?'
I entered the cafe. There was Romi at the counter, shoulders slumped. Time to tease her.
"Excuse me, is this how you greet customers here?"
"Ah, sorry. Huh? Oppa?"
"Hey."
"Ah, what the—loser♥"
Romi pouted, but her eyes were smiling. Besides Romi, other staff were on break too. It was a big franchise cafe, so that made sense. I casually asked,
"Almost done?"
"Yeah, about to head out. What'll it be?"
"Nah. Come on out."
"Why?"
"We got a date."
"Wha—huh?"
Romi looked shocked. Nearby female staff gawked at us.
"What? What? Boyfriend?"
"No way, he's hot."
"Keeping secrets from us? For real!"
"Christmas with us was off the table?!"
I couldn't help chuckling. Romi looked annoyed and glared at me. This might get awkward. I did it on purpose, though. Heh.
"Ah, he's just my oppa! Tch."
Romi quickly changed and came out, snatching my hand. She pulled me outside, our warmth mingling. Whoa, full of energy.
"Hurry up and come out! Seriously."
"Yes ma'am."
I grinned, feeling the jealous stares from the girls behind us. Days like this happen too. Once outside, Romi let go of my hand with a sigh. Now she was glaring for real. Ugh, so cute.
"Ah, why'd you do that all of a sudden."
"Didn't like it?"
"No, it's just hard to brush off verbally."
"My bad for not being thoughtful. But hey!"
Still, having this time together seemed to help her warm up to me more. I caressed her cheek. As she blinked in surprise, I kissed her.
"Haht! Mmph♥"
She stuck out her tongue. Romi's soft lips parted. Her plush, hot tongue welcomed mine. They tangled between our lips.
"Herp, hmph."
"Heahp♥"
People passing by or not, I savored the kiss with Romi. I nipped her tongue lightly and pulled back. Kiss over.
"Let's have fun today."
"Y-You're going after Kang Ji-hoon, right?"
"Yeah, got some time before that."
"Jeez. Where we headed?"
I smiled lightly and took her hand. Ah, so warm. I answered the pouting Romi.
"Starry Field Library."
"Huh?!"
We took a taxi to Starry Field Library. Money wasn't an issue, but I wanted to help Romi. We chatted on the way.
"Romi, they're nagging me to go pro at the gym lately."
"Then do it."
"Eh, just not feeling it."
Romi glanced at me slyly, then placed her hand on my chest.
"Then ask this."
"Writer lingo?"
"Ugh, if your heart's pounding, go for it. Follow your heart—that's the rule, right?"
"Ah."
I felt like I'd learned something new from Romi. Follow your heart. Not wrong. What about me?
'My heart did stir. Seeing Seung-hee.'
Did I want to get stronger? See a bigger world? One word, and debut would be easy. The gym owner or coach would jump at it.
"We're here."
"That's it? Wow."
We got out and walked over. The huge library, beautifully lit and sculpted from outside. We entered, marveling at the cozy interior together.
"Whoaaa!"
Her eyes sparkled like stars—first time here, probably. So cute, I smiled. Mood lifted. Good call bringing her.

"Hee, didn't know places like this existed. Totally cool!"
"Yeah? Browse some books, snag a story idea."
"Ah, sure."
"Yeah, came to help you too."
Romi blinked, then eyed me approvingly. Even doing a little shoulder dance? Then she elbowed my side.
"Oof!"
"Only you think of me like this."
"Yeah? Heh."
"No evil grins."
I followed Romi around. We checked various books, sat and read seriously. I just smiled watching her read. After a bit, she tilted her head.
"How about this? Follow romance fantasy trends, but swap protagonist and villain roles."
"Like, protagonist as the villain lady?"
"Yeah, but she's not really. The villain witch manipulated it."
I whistled. Story stuff was beyond me. But it sounded solid. Even to a noob like me. I nodded.
"Looks good. Flesh it out?"
"How?"
"Say she possesses the body. Wouldn't know the original owner."
"Yeah, that happens."
"The witch is actually her mom, or future self. Could work."
Old cliche at first glance. But good direction and narrative could fix it. Romance fantasy's strength. Got excited, kept going.
"Twist it all up, then unravel to reveal flat relationships."
"Hee, people might love it?"
"Blows up, platform promotes it."
"Like those mobile game ads?"
I nodded. Minus the cheap AI spam ones. Those were trash despite paid budgets.
"Ooh, nice? Not bad, loser♥"
"Heh."
We read more. Explored stories through books. Romi adapted quick, absorbed fast. We chatted, read, passed time. As it got dark, we left.
"Ah, that was awesome."
"Yeah?"
"Yeah! Story's perfect now, thanks to you!"
"Good, can't wait. Show me chapter 1 later."
"You bet, hehet."
Romi smiled happily. Seeing that warmed my heart. Made it flutter. Is this love?
"Romi."
"Yeah?"
"Mmph."
"Mht, haang♥"
I deep-kissed her, praying no taxi came. Hugged tight, tongues swirling hotly. I pinned hers down, then teased the underside to lift it. Naturally groped her breasts. Soft tits rippled nicely in my hand. Squish♥ Glancing down, milk leaked. A trail of female nectar down her firm thighs. Horny even now. Jeez.
'Kisses taste so good.'
Slowly ended it. Romi glared, face flushed.
"Hah, why're you so good at this. For a loser."
"Practice with you."
"Perv."
"You too."
"Tch."
Smack. Romi lightly punched my chest. Too cute—critical hit. Taxi arrived right then. We rode back to the neighborhood.
"Oppa, I'll hang with Hee-joo."
"Sure."
We'd talked a ton. So much. Got out, saw Hee-joo waiting.
"You wait with Hee-joo. I'll wrap it quick and come."
"Yeah. Don't get hurt."
"Got it!"
I waved. Winked at Hee-joo. Headed to Ji-hoon's hideout. Victory assured. Time for some real education!
Romi still felt awkward with Hee-joo. But they wandered the neighborhood together. Going into a building seemed even more awkward. Hee-joo casually mentioned me.
"He's really cool."
"Huh? Ah, yeah. Kinda."
"Guys like that must have girlfriends, right?"
"Probably? Why do you care?"
"Just curious. Why?"
A subtle rivalry brewing. Romi clicked her tongue inwardly.
'We're already dating, you loser.'
Hee-joo thought the same.
'I gave him my virginity—I'm closest. Dumb bitch.'
They walked on with fake smiles. Heading through an alley to the college district.
"Huh?"
"Gasp."
Suddenly, thugs swarmed from somewhere. Ji-hoon's strike team. Surrounded in seconds. Unexpected. The thugs loomed, casting shadows. Romi and Hee-joo trembled, backed into a corner. Crisis moment.
