Anyone wanna see a Holy Knight guide? First solo Nightmare (8/6/7) clear with Holy Knight class (Combat Power: 100484) (Screenshot)
Even most diamonds get their heads chopped off
Infinite heals + infinite CC ???? PROFIT!
Intro) WoA's current Arena meta is way too stale. Tank-DPS-Heal balance is solid, but as even my runaway house dog Poppi knows, Arena's just a combat power pissing contest. Let me emphasize for the bruiser trash: it's not rock-paper-scissors—it's rock-rock-rock. Bigger, bulkier rock always wins. Reasons below.
To pull your weight in Arena, you need solo Nightmare (5/5/5) clear gear from story mode, but Holy Knight—a healer class—couldn't output enough DPS to even clear bosses. That was the consensus... until Dimension Descent scrolls dropped.
“Happy birthday again, Laura.”
“Waaah! So we can really play games together now, Nami sis?”
“Yeah. You use the capsule in my room. I'll take Professor Cheon's.”
“Sis, my heart's pounding like crazy... what do I do?!”
Laura bounced around in excitement, stomping her feet. To celebrate her birthday, I'd invited her over to our place.
Professor Cheon Kyujin, sipping coffee in the living room, burst out laughing when he saw us walk in side by side.
“Looks like it's snowing out there. You've got snow piled up on your head!”
“Hello!”
“Hey there. You must be Nami's friend Laura. Birthday today, right?”
“Yes! I'm seven now!”
“Haha, happy birthday.”
Laura proudly held up seven fingers. While the professor got ready to head out shopping for dinner ingredients, I gave her a quick briefing on our schedule.
“Log into the capsule and register your personal info first. Ask me if anything's confusing.”
Since it was Laura's first time with a capsule, there were a bunch of initial steps: creating an ID, making an avatar, that sort of thing.
“The game we're playing is World of Arceria. Once initial setup's done and you're in the lobby, there'll be a bookshelf—go to 'Popular Games' and pick the second one from the left.”
“Mm... got it. I'll give it a shot! Sis, I'm heading in now?”
World of Arceria. The RPG masterpiece that burst onto the scene five years ago, flipping the entire gaming industry on its head. Its standout feature? It wasn't just an RPG or MMORPG—it had a unique system all its own: completely separating 'RPG-style story' from 'AOS-style PvP'.
Clear the story, and your character's final stats get set based on achievements and difficulty—then you take those straight into PvP. Newbies had plenty to enjoy with just the RPG side, while hardcore players could grind repeats to craft their ideal stats and test them in weekly PvP. Each season's PvP maps had shifting concepts, so hunting the right jobs and skill trees for the meta was half the fun.
Of course, today with Laura, we'd stick to story mode. I'd thought it was just magic simulation software, but nope—it'd overtaken Legacy of Legend for second place in PC bang charts. Remembering how viewers had tricked me into it without spilling it was a game still pissed me off.
“Sis, check if my account's set up right!”
“Yeah, looks good. Now connect to the game and make your avatar.”
“Ugh, how do I even... I totally thought about it before bed last night.”
Avatar sculpting was such a big deal, some folks called it the true flower of RPGs. But that only made sense after picking your job class first.
“Pick a job first. What do you wanna go, Laura?”
“Hero! I wanna be the hero!”
“Got it. I'll pick something to support you.”
Laura chose Hero without a second thought. Since we'd duo story mode, I naturally went with a 'Healer' class. Just like Heroes split between two-handers and longswords, Healers had options: Holy Knight, Priest, Shaman, etc.
None really satisfied me. Most mages could heal anyway. But today was all about playing with Laura, so I picked Priest—the one with the highest expected healing output.

Options popped up: fully random, or tweak every bone, muscle, and fuzz? What was 'semi-auto'?

Brainwave detection? Whatever—priest archetype, I pictured folks from my old world.

But when the finished avatar loaded, I gritted my teeth.
Lustrous curly silver hair. Blue irises without a trace of black pupils. Sneering crescent lips, sharp jawline. And above all, monstrously huge chest and thighs so thick they threatened to burst her stockings. Only one person fit that.
“Sylvia Alpenheim...”
That damn thing. Of all the memories...

“Nami sis!”
“Yeah...?”
“I finished mine! What do you think?”
Snapped out of my thoughts by Laura's urging voice, she spun around in front of me, showing off her avatar. A bright-eyed country girl around sixteen grinned innocently. If Laura grew ten years, she'd look just like that—uncannily similar features. AI was wild.
“Does it look weird...?”
“No.”

I pictured my past life at Laura's avatar's age. First day at the academy. So thrilled to escape hell I pulled an all-nighter. Other people's bodies are hard to adjust to, after all.

“Looks pretty, our Laura.”
Estasha, looks like I'll borrow your body one more time.
“Sis...!”
Now our heights matched. I forced a bright smile and pulled her into a tight hug.
“You're really pretty, Aurora the Hero.”
“Eeee...”
“Laura?”
Suddenly her hands trembled.
“Sis, I can't breathe...!”
“Oh, sorry.”
Hugged too hard, huh.
“Um... Nami sis? That...”
“What's up? Problem?”
“Isn't the chest too big...? Might be uncomfortable walking...”
“This is big?”
Hers was downright flat compared to mine. Difference in values? I'd lived as an adult once, so sixteen-year-old me didn't seem off to me. Felt bad I couldn't show her true Sylvia Alpenheim scale.
Wanna see what 'big' really means?
“Anyway, let's start.”
“Yesss! Let's go go go!”
May the World Tree's blessing dwell upon you.
Deflating. Wolves were this easy?
A tutorial I'd never seen before popped up. Laura diligently followed the arrow prompts. Turns out there was a hunter's leftover animal trap on the ground. Weird, but we spotted another player named 'Repi' nearby.
[Prologue: Child of the Oracle]
Familiar story intro, wolf howls included.
[Lure the wolves to the hunter's trap]
“Wolves are scary...”
But despite the howl, Laura used rocks to grab their attention fully.
“Awooooooo!”
Not a wolf. That was Laura.
No need for that. Anyway, pissed-off wolves charged straight instead of circling. Ten wolves? Trap handled 'em easy. Snap, and they dropped like flies.
“Whoa! Caught the doggies!”
“Doggies? Wolves.”
Bonus: correcting her misconceptions.
