87. Elf (4)
87. Elf (4)
I'm bored.
All my children are ready, but the Holy Kingdom and the Padix Kingdom seem much slower than I expected.
I woke up so many of my children just to deal with them, but I have no use for them.
I could just attack recklessly, but that wouldn't be any fun.
It's only fun when the story builds up and I get to watch the humans struggle...
I woke up the combat-specialized creatures.
The first one I woke up was the Chimera.
Originally, the Chimera was an ordinary creature. But it evolved by consuming countless kin, becoming a unique, independent entity.
It's similar to Gluttony, but clearly different.
If Gluttony crushes opponents with overwhelming physical size, the Chimera crushes them with countless abilities and countless lives gained from devouring innumerable creatures.
If Gluttony is 100, think of the Chimera as having a hundred 1s.
I feel bad for Gluttony, but it's a bit like a slime, so I don't really feel attached to it. The Chimera, on the other hand, looks like something out of a space war game from my days on Earth, so I like it.
But suddenly, I became curious about something.
All my children give off a "Wow, that's a monster" vibe to anyone who sees them.
But Stacey, born from Gwen's womb, basically has a human form.
Stacey is a child born from the combination of the genetic information of a creature called Raksha and an egg containing Gwen's genes.
Raksha is a creature that doesn't have an original form. If I had to say it had one, it would be a sphere.
But that spherical form disappeared, and she was born with a human form as her default.
On top of that, she's powerful enough to have stats similar to Gluttony, a combat-specialized creature.
I'd love to have humans give birth to strong creatures...
The problem is whether there are any humans who can withstand it.
Even Gwen would have died along with the pregnant Stacey if I hadn't kept pumping her with Holy Power and saliva.
I'll have to think about how to handle this.
Anyway, I have nothing else to do now. Shall I go watch Prodisia?
==
I closed my eyes, feeling the warm sunlight for the first time in so long.
"The Mederun City is in that direction."
I opened my eyes at the voice coming from behind me.
She has blonde hair and blue eyes, but as if to prove she isn't human but a monster, she has black sclera.
The problem is that this monster is incredibly pretty and is wearing a maid outfit.
"And this."
Amber, a woman who is the Queen's most prized possession, handed me a bottle.
"Is there water in this...?"
My palm-sized bottle was filled with liquid.
It looked a bit too sticky to be water; it looked like gel.
"It's the Queen's saliva."
"Sa, saliva...? You mean, like, spit?"
"Yes. That's right."
"Why would you put the Queen's spit in a bottle and give it to me...?"
"You'll find out soon enough. And this is a pass."
Amber said that, then turned around and went back into the Colony.
I put the bottle containing the Queen's saliva into my bosom for now...
'Wait, there's no way I have a pocket...'
The clothes I'm wearing are actually hard to even call clothes.
They cling tightly to my body, revealing everything, and barely cover the important parts.
There's no way there's a pocket in clothes like this—
Gulp.
"Eh?"
My clothes suddenly moved and swallowed the bottle in my hand.
"W-wha!?"
Thinking something terrible had happened, I hurriedly shouted at my clothes.
"S-spit it out!"
Plop.
"Huh? P-please swallow it again."
Slurp.
"Oh... it's like a dimensional pocket...?"
I was impressed by the clothes that could freely eat and spit out the bottle, as expected of a non-ordinary monster.
Come to think of it, my clothes were a monster—no, a creature—that could change its form at will.
Once I was ready to go, I walked toward Mederun City.
When I got somewhat close to the city, humans suddenly appeared around me.
With their filth-covered clothes, poorly maintained swords, and a foul stench and smell of blood—as if they hadn't washed in a long time—I covered my nose.
Judging by their appearance, they didn't look like normal people; they looked like bandits.
"Wow... judging by the clothes you're wearing, you must be a whore. You don't look like you escaped, and you seem well-kept, so why are you here?"
"Whore...?"
At the man's words, I felt something snap in my head.
==
"I don't know where she works, but with looks and a body like that, we can sell her for a high price. Catch her without scarring her face."
"Obviously. We're proper professionals now, too."
"You know we killed that woman last time by stabbing her in the chest, right?"
"Ugh. Why are you bringing that up now?"
The bandits didn't know that the person in front of them was an Elf.
Elves are truly rare beings.
Most humans go their whole lives without ever seeing an Elf.
There's no difference from human appearance other than the ears.
"Hey. You there, whore. Don't think about resisting—"
The hand holding the sword of the bandit who was approaching arrogantly disappeared in an instant.
Splat!
The missing hand. Blood began to pour out from the remaining wrist.
"Aaaaaaaah!!!"
"W-what!?"
"W-what just...?"
In an instant, Prodisia had disappeared from sight and reappeared.
Elves are fundamentally superior beings to humans.
Furthermore, Prodisia had been the strongest among the Elves.
Unless they are what are commonly called 'Hero-class' humans, no one can really say they are 'fighting' Prodisia.
"F-fuck..."
The bandit leader realized in an instant after seeing Prodisia's movements.
That he had picked the wrong opponent.
Prodisia was calmer than ever.
Looking at the human hand in her own, she felt only ecstasy, not disgust.
It's not that she had never killed a human before.
She had killed many humans to protect the Elf Village. But she had never killed with pure rage like this before.
The first murder committed with pure rage and murderous intent was...
'Happy...'
It was so sweet.
Prodisia, who had been tortured and raped by humans countless times over the course of more than 50 years.
Thinking about punishing the humans who seemed to be doing the same things that had been done to her with her own hands, a feeling of immense happiness welled up.
She wanted to torture them slowly for a long time, but she didn't have the time.
'The Queen told me to do as I pleased, but I should finish this as quickly as possible.'
"Everyone, scatter!!!"
The leader, realizing they were not dealing with someone they could handle, shouted loudly.
As soon as they heard that, the bandits started to run away.
However.
Whoosh—
As a great wind blew, the heads of the bandits who were just about to flee all fell off.
Prodisia ignored the dead humans and tried to head toward Mederun City—
"Ugh—!"
Something caught her ankle, and she tripped.
"W-what...?"
Prodisia lifted her head from the ground and looked at her foot.
She saw the Mimic Creature on her foot stretching its body and sticking to the ground.
"Why, why are you stopping me? Ah—!"
The Mimic Creature turned into the shape of a hand and pointed at the human corpses, and only then did Prodisia realize what she had missed.
"Right. Eat quickly!"
The Mimic Creature quickly consumed the human corpses and returned to being Prodisia's clothes.
"Eh..."
Prodisia expressed her disappointment at her clothes, which didn't seem to have changed—or rather, the part covering her breasts hadn't changed—even though she had eaten a whopping five humans.
"Ugh..."
Clothes that barely covered her areolas.
Prodisia was very dissatisfied with the clothes, which were so revealing that humans called her a whore the moment they saw her.
"Can't you just move the parts on my hands or legs to my chest?"
Prodisia spoke to the creature that had turned into her clothes, but the creature remained silent.
"Sigh..."

Arriving in front of Mederun City, Prodisia couldn't lift her head.
There were too many eyes staring at her from all around.
Even if she tried to cover her breasts with her hands, they were so large that it couldn't even be described as covering them.
'I need to buy a cloak as soon as I enter the town.'
Prodisia entered Mederun City with the pass she received from Amber.
Originally, she could have gone through the connection between the Forbidden Forest Colony and the Mederun City Colony, but the Colony passages were temporarily closed because the newly awakened Worm was moving.
Having no choice but to walk outside, Prodisia entered the city that had sent her to hell for 50 years.
Prodisia went into a clothing store, bought a cloak, wrapped it around her body, and immediately walked toward the central district of Mederun City.
The reason was to meet Albert, the actual owner of Mederun City.
"Who are you?"
A guard standing at the entrance to the central district stopped Prodisia.
"I've come to meet Albert."
"...!"
The guard was flustered by the woman who spoke Albert's name in a calm voice.
"A-are you c-crazy!?"
The guard looked around and shouted in a low voice so no one else could hear.
"Why are you doing that?"
"If you don't want to die, add an honorific right now...!"
"Yes? But..."
"What do you mean 'but'...! You don't know what will happen if you don't use an honorific for Albert-nim in the central district...!"
The guard might have been saying it for Prodisia's sake, but it was useless advice to Prodisia.
Because Albert and Prodisia were already aware of each other's existence through the Hive Mind.
"Got it? You must use an honorific for Albert-nim. Where's your pass?"
"Here."
"Okay, let's see—...? A-ahem!"
Prodisia slightly opened her cloak to show the pass.
The guard cleared his throat at Prodisia's breasts, which revealed an overwhelming presence between the cloaks.
'Did Albert-nim call for a whore? What incredible breasts.'
