I Became a Pongpong-Nam
The three pairs of eyes, each a different color and brimming with tears, looked up at me.
[Even someone like us… is that really okay…?]
In front of those eyes—filled with guilt, regret, and yet a faint trace of hope—I grinned and thumped my chest with pride as I made my vow.
“I told you, it’s really fine. From now on, I’ll make sure you never think about that bastard again. So… will you trust me just one more time?”
“Hic… Siwoo…”
“You idiot… you big, stupid idiot…!”
“Sniff… I’ll trust you. I’ll trust you no matter how many times…”
Maybe my sincerity had finally reached them. The moment I finished speaking, all three of them burst into tears at once, as if they’d been waiting for those exact words, and threw themselves into my arms. I hugged them back tightly, filling both arms with the women I loved.
At that moment—
Soft petals drifted down, as if the cherry blossoms themselves were blessing our future.

“……What the fuck. Is this seriously the ending?”
FIN? You’ve got to be kidding me.
It wasn’t even like they’d stopped mid-shit—this was the literary equivalent of taking a massive dump right in the middle of the street and calling it a day. My mouth wouldn’t close.
The game had advertised itself as an NTR side-genre with revenge as the main theme. So where the hell was the revenge? All we got was a nonstop parade of NTR. Seriously, what the actual fuck.
Logically speaking, the protagonist had watched three heroines get stolen right before his eyes. And instead of any kind of payback, he just… accepted it? Like a total pushover?
“Our harem life starts now!” or some bullshit like that?
The absurdity of it made me let out a dry, hollow laugh.
Even the protagonist’s final line made me question my own eyesight.
I’ll make sure you never think about that guy again, so please trust me just one more time?
“Fuck that. I’d trust the neighbor’s dog before I’d trust you.”
While the protagonist was busy stuttering like an idiot, that Geumtaeyang bastard had already fucked, licked, bitten, and thoroughly enjoyed all three of them. And now he’s asking for one more chance? Give me a break.
And if he’d actually been someone worth trusting in the first place, none of this would’ve happened. He wouldn’t have let it happen, and he sure as hell wouldn’t have just stood there after it did.
“Haa…”
I slumped back in my chair like I’d been drained of all strength. I felt completely empty.
……So this is what it came down to.
A Pongpong-nam.
I had become a Pongpong-nam.
Even though it was just a game, I couldn’t believe that the protagonist I had spent the last several days carefully playing as turned out to be this pathetic, brain-dead, cuckolded dishwasher of a man.
Sound — Kim Blbung
While I was writhing in self-loathing, the ending credits kept scrolling upward without a care in the world. The sheer audacity of it left me speechless.
……Did this guy think he was Hideo Kojima or something?
This was a solo-developed game. He could’ve just written “Solo Development” in four simple letters. Instead, he’d proudly slapped his own name on every single credit like he was some kind of auteur. Because of that, the screen was still filled with endless variations of Kim Blbung this, Kim Blbung that, anyway it’s Kim Blbung.
“This guy is genuinely, completely insane…”
I’d really stepped in it this time.
No wonder the heroines looked way too good for a one-man project. I should’ve realized something was off the moment even the side characters were drop-dead gorgeous. It was obviously made by an illustrator who’d poured every last drop of talent into the art and nothing else.
Tag fraud, you son of a bitch.
What revenge story? This was pure NTR.
I’d gritted my teeth and endured the trashy K-drama-level plot and the disgusting NTR elements because it had been labeled a revenge story. Never in a million years did I imagine it would end like this.
After a brief moment of belated regret and self-reflection, a new message appeared on screen.
Thank you for playing ~I Still Miss Him~.

“Zero consistency, huh…”
He really had to shove his name in right until the very last second. In more ways than one, the guy was truly impressive.
I let out a long sigh, closed the game, and even deleted it. That’s when a thought suddenly occurred to me.
Maybe the revenge tag had never actually been there and I’d just misread it from the beginning?
With a growing sense of dread, I opened the store page.
“Wow…”
There it was, in massive letters: A Heart-Wrenching Revenge Drama. And just in case anyone might miss it, the words were even underlined for extra emphasis.
……You really are beyond saving.
Time for a lesson.
That day, for the first time in my life, I left a review.
Tap tap tap.
After spending several hours writing a massive 57,000-character-long feedback post and preparing to vent—er, submit—it, another forgotten complaint suddenly came to mind.
“Whew. Finally, I feel a little better.”
I slammed the submit button and threw myself onto the bed with a satisfied sigh.

……That was what had happened last night.
The next morning.
“I really hoped it wasn’t true, but… fuuuuuck…”
An unfamiliar ceiling greeted me.
