Ruined World, Desperate Slave Application
The world has gone to hell. It all started with the catastrophic failure of that Life Experiment everyone was buzzing about.
The monsters it birthed were straight out of the movies—zombies that latched onto anything and everything, tearing it apart. In just one month, the world crumbled into ruins, leaving only a handful of survivors scraping by.
And me? …
"Why have my breasts gotten even bigger?"
I'd become a woman in this godforsaken apocalypse.
*
I wasn't particularly curious about why I'd turned into a woman. I had a pretty good guess, actually.
It has to be that experiment.
You might wonder what the hell that has to do with turning into a chick overnight, but it was the only thing that made sense.
Either way, it'd been a full month since the zombies appeared and I'd woken up in this body. And I'd come to realize just how much of a curse it was.
"Ugh, my back…"
To be clear, it wasn't just the physical strain. That played a part, sure, but the real problem was surviving like this.
And you could see exactly why if you peeked out the window.
…Schlick-.Schlick, schlick-.
"Haah, h-how's it feel? Feels good for you too, right?"
"Ngh, uuh…"
"What? It feels good, doesn't it? Answer me before I kill you."
"P-please, stop now…"
"Fuck that."
Swipe-.
"Do a good job sucking and maybe I'll think about it."
"N-no… mngh, glrk…"
…Yeah, no wonder it was a problem.
This was why I stayed holed up in my apartment.
"B-but that guy's a total piece of shit…"
I thought that even as I wrapped myself in the blanket and yanked the curtains shut.
Harsh? Maybe. But my body came first—and with this body, there was no way I could…
"…As long as I don't end up like her."
Two weeks ago, I'd poked my head out and nearly gotten myself killed. My eyes drifted to the mirror.
No matter how many times I looked, it was the same: a delicate, fragile frame, porcelain-white skin. And to top it off, these huge breasts and glossy lips. It was me, but damn if it wasn't eye-catching.
Grrrowl-.
"Gah, s-stop growling already, stomach…!"
I scolded my rumbling gut, and my body went limp. It didn't fix anything, of course—just conserved a bit of energy.
…Maybe I should check the community.
I pulled up the Survival Gallery out of habit, hoping it'd distract me from the hunger.
It was the only community still functioning in this mess. No idea how the servers were holding up, but it was online.
First thing I did was check if the Angel had posted. She was one of the users who occasionally dropped off food boxes—earned her the nickname.
"…Still, that post from last week is the latest."
She hadn't been posting much lately. Maybe something happened to her?
"A-anyway, the backup battery's almost dead."
Of course it'd die now. Should've scavenged more on day one.
I decided to close the Gallery for now— it'd just be depressing anyway. I set notifications for the Angel's posts only and logged off.
"But what if something did happen to her…"
Ding-.
My phone chimed, and I bolted upright. Reflexively, I opened the Gallery and checked the new post.
It was really from her.
The Angel's post was about recruiting a slave. There was also something about stopping the boxes, but that barely registered.
My eyes locked onto the slave recruitment.
Because this was…
"Food… and hot water…"
Way too generous.
Gulp-.
Images of a cozy bunker flooded my mind, making me swallow hard.
"Plus, living with someone—better a woman than a man."
It made sense all around. And maybe because the offer was so tempting, I felt this burning urge to go for it.
Even if a thousand comments were piling up by the second—slim chances, sure.
…Click-.

Why not? She emphasized 'cute', right?
…Well, my face is kinda cute, honestly.
So maybe sending a selfie would get me picked.
"Selfies are harder than I thought. My expression looks so weird."
Screw this dumb photo—better to just beg sincerely…
Squish-.
—I'd barely brushed my screen against my breast when it sent.
"W-wait, n-no, I didn't mean to send this…! H-how do I cancel?!"
My face burned crimson. I scrambled for a cancel button, but nada.
"…Whatever. It'll be what it is."
I buried my face in the pillow, phone closed—but still waiting for a reply.
I knew it wouldn't come right away, but I waited anyway.
Eventually, as I clutched the phone, my eyelids grew heavy.
*
…Ding-.
"It's here…!"
Crash-.
The sudden chime made me drop the phone. Blinking awake, I realized it was morning. Must've passed out like that.
I rushed to the Gallery and checked messages.
"…Huh?"
It didn't feel real.
One thought hit me: One spot. Ten replies.
That meant…
First come, first served…!
Panic surged—others were probably heading there too. A quick search: 10km away.
10km? Nonstop running would take nearly an hour.
Can I even make it in this body?
…No, I have to.
Every second wasted meant less chance. I grabbed my minimal pack and bolted out.
Pouring rain-.
"…A downpour."
The streets were empty thanks to the rain, but zombies still lurked.
"Grroooaaar-."
Z-zombie…
Their twisted bodies—split open, guts spilling—never got easier to stomach.
But the rain masked sounds and smells. Best time to move.
Thud-thud-.
I emptied my mind and just ran, dodging zombies as best I could.
10 minutes. 20. Kept running.
"Hah, huff, haaah…"
Fog blurred the view, but that wasn't the issue. Stamina was.
I-I'm no runner… why'd I think I could do 10km?
Breathing ragged, head spinning, judgment slipping.
Soon, my mouth tasted like salt. Then—
Splat-.
My buckling body hit the mud.
"H-hah…"
Mud flooded my mouth with every gasp, choking me—but my eyes sharpened.
I'd made it. Die trying, but I'd arrived.
"Hngh…!"
Squeezing out the last dregs of strength, I stood and scanned for the stone.
Mid-mountain slope—rocks everywhere. But hurry, or someone else might beat me.
Hands bleeding, I dug through them.
And then—
"F-found it…!"
There—a glaring white stone, lens beneath. Clutching my pounding heart, I yelled at it.
"I-I'm here…! ID 'HungryAF'…! P-please, open the door, please!!"
Would it even hear? Or just attract zombies?
Didn't matter—I screamed anyway.
Then, a voice crackled from the lens.
…Static-.
"…The slave spot's already filled."
"Eh…?"
My heart plummeted.
"W-what, I came all this way…!!"
Tears streamed, hands shook. Of course—turning back now was impossible.
I just begged and begged.
"……."
Did my desperation get through? A miracle.
Rumble-.
"No zombies nearby, so I joked."
Bushes parted, revealing a door.
Clank-.
"Come in."
No doubts, no time for them. I just wanted inside.
