It's Not What You Think
Day five of possession. The moment I opened the gallery first thing in the morning, Soyul is Soul's advance notice post was the first thing that caught my eye.
I'd like to share my linguistic analysis results for 223-nim (currently on a VPN) :)
1. Sentence-ending patterns: "~done", "~noted", "~confirmed" — classic gallery-speak.
2. Distinctive expression: "To get straight to the conclusion" — repeated 5 or more times.
3. Raid terminology: frequent use of "phase", "aggro", "damage cycle", etc.
→ So far, a perfectly ordinary gallery user. But then:
4. KEY FINDING: Terms like "full clear", "hidden route", and "drop table" are mixed in — vocabulary that was mostly used in older RPGs that shut down before 2020.
Conclusion: This person is a gaming veteran with over 10 years of experience. Rather than an active-duty hunter, they're more likely to have come from a gaming community background :) A more detailed analysis is in progress. Please wait just a little longer :)
There is no possible universe in which a person posting this kind of analysis at 2:14 in the morning is normal.
The upvotes and downvotes being nearly split down the middle meant the gallery's reactions were divided too — "the analysis is amazing" versus "this is honestly kind of terrifying."
But the content itself was chillingly accurate. The conclusion of "a gaming veteran with over 10 years of experience" was nearly correct. Maybe five years rather than ten, but the direction was spot on. The inference of "gaming community background" was dead-on as well.
If 211's analysis was macro-level profiling — "who even is this guy?" — then Soyul's analysis was micro-level profiling, extracting DNA from the guy's very sentences. Both were terrifying, just in different flavors.
The gallery comments, meanwhile.
211 telling Soyul to "maintain the boundary" was unexpected. It was like a profiling senior lecturing a junior on ethics. Then again, looking at those ":)" marks of hers, I highly doubt this person intends to respect any such boundary.
Anyway — on to today's main event. I had to post the Crystal Cavern strategy guide. Since it was the first dungeon of the main quest line, this post was effectively the opening step of my return project.
I wrote the guide over a lunch of triangle kimbap — tuna mayo, third day in a row. With the Crystal Golem's patterns memorized, thirty minutes was more than enough.
First in the series. Getting straight to the conclusion.
[Phase 1] Front-arm slam + shockwave
- Slam: when the shadow appears, the arm lands 2 seconds later. Just sidestep.
- Shockwave: radius of 5m immediately after the slam. Keep your distance and it won't touch you.
- Tank positioning: 3m directly in front of the boss. Any closer and you get stomped.
[Phase 2] Below 60% HP — Crystal Split
- The main body splits off 3 mini-golems.
- ★CRITICAL: Do NOT kill the mini-golems first. When a mini-golem dies, the main body recovers HP.
- Ignore the mini-golems and focus all damage on the main body.
- The healer MUST manage positioning so they don't pull mini-golem aggro.
[Phase 3] Below 20% HP — Crystal Explosion
- The boss starts a self-destruct countdown. 10 seconds.
- Destroy the core at the center of its chest within 10 seconds to cancel the self-destruct.
- Core exposure timing: the chest opens at the 5-second mark of the countdown.
- In other words, the actual damage window is 5 seconds. Ranged DPS are key.
[Party Composition]
- 1 tank, 1 melee DPS, 2 ranged DPS, 1 healer
- Weight the party toward ranged DPS. Phase 3 is a ranged game.
- Melee handles main-body damage through Phase 2.
- Healer stays in the back. If the healer pulls mini-golem aggro, it's a wipe route.
Additional note: inspect the left wall at the boss room entrance and there's a hidden treasure chest. Guaranteed C-rank accessory drop inside. Most people walk right past it.
Taking questions.
I posted it and waited for the gallery's reaction. But this time, something was different. The comments were drifting in a very strange direction — away from the strategy content entirely.
Wait wait wait.
Am I the ONLY one seeing the weird sentences in this strategy guide???
"The healer stays in the back."
"The chest opens at the core exposure timing."
"Destroy it within 10 seconds."
"Focus the damage."
"Stay in the back. If they pull aggro, it's a wipe."
Dude, read this without the context and it's straight-up R18???

The gallery exploded instantly.
So an IP I'd never seen before — 182.xxx — had just excavated sexual double meanings out of my strategy guide. "Stay in the back." "The chest opens." "Destroy it within 10 seconds." "Focus the damage." Read one by one, they're just standard raid terminology. Stripped of context and listed together, though, they definitely... sound like that.
I wrote this with pure, honest raid-guiding intentions? "Stay in the back" is about positioning. "The chest opens" is the core exposure mechanic. "Destroy it within 10 seconds" is the self-destruct countdown counter-strategy. The fact that someone could read it this way was equal parts astonishing and absurd.
The gallery reaction was beyond containment. Upvotes were surging — not because of the accuracy of the guide, but because of the discovery of sexual double meanings. Had a strategy guide in the entire history of the Hunter Minor Gallery ever gained upvotes for THIS reason?
Then 182.xxx posted a follow-up.

Putting it all together: 223-nim is writing an adult novel disguised as a strategy guide. Any objections?

This 182.xxx person was a genius at meme fabrication. They'd gone through two separate strategy guides and extracted only the sentences with sexual double meanings — and collected like this, it genuinely started to look deliberate. Even though I never intended any of it.
Look, this is just what raid terminology sounds like. I posted a clarification comment on the gallery.
"Staying in the back" is positioning.
"The chest opening" is core exposure.
"10 seconds" is the self-destruct countdown.
What exactly did you people hear that was so suggestive, seriously.
The gallery pounced the moment it went up.
The more I clarified, the more suggestive everything became. I honestly had no idea how to escape this structural trap. There was no phase like this in the game.
SeoA-Best♥ reacted too.
SeoA-Best defending me in earnest only made things worse. What she didn't understand — and frankly, neither did I — was that when an innocent person repeats "stay in the back" and "the chest opens" with a completely serious face, the comedy intensity amplifies threefold.
It wasn't until nightfall that the gallery finally calmed down. I heard the suggestive-sentences meme had spread all the way to social media, with the keyword "Hunter Gallery Suggestive Guides" doing the rounds. Becoming famous not for the accuracy of my guides but for their sexual double meanings felt a little unfair — but either way, gallery traffic was increasing, so it wasn't a loss. Probably.
Serious feedback on the Crystal Golem guide had come in as well. 211 wrote, "The Phase 2 ignore-the-mini-golems strategy is agreed. However, mini-golems target the healer at high frequency, so healer positioning must be specified in concrete terms." And SeoA-Best♥ declared, "Our guild will attempt it tomorrow!!"
One last check of the gallery before bed — and a quietly posted comment at the very bottom caught my eye.

I couldn't tell whether "you're doing okay, aren't you?" was concern or surveillance. That person's smileys put the meaning of every sentence into a quantum superposition.
Something about this is seriously terrifying...
