A young man who loved the popular rom-com manga Our Spring Has Not Ended Yet wakes up inside the story as Nanase Mitsuki, the notorious fox-girl side character known for unintentionally captivating every man around her.
Determined to avoid the story's romance flags and enjoy a quiet school life until graduation, Mitsuki relies on her knowledge of rom-com clichés, especially the belief that childhood friends always lose.
That makes her completely comfortable around the manga's handsome male lead, Kamiya Ren. Unfortunately, Mitsuki still thinks like a man, leaving her oblivious to how her casual behavior comes across to everyone else. Sharing drinks, casually discussing her figure, and even attempting to change clothes in the classroom all seem perfectly harmless to her.
To Mitsuki, she's doing nothing unusual.
To Ren and the people around her, she's becoming impossible to ignore.
