Erika
Finding out Erika’s schedule was way too easy.
On my way back after slipping Ayame five hundred thousand yen, I told Ryuji to watch the first-floor situation and track Erika’s movements instead of focusing on the renovation. The report came back in less than two days.
There are only three high schools in D City, including Wakaba High right by our building. As the local delinquent boss, Ryuji had plenty of sloppy underclassmen attending the same school as Erika.
I fired back a quick order.
The reason I openly told Ayame to give her sister some spending money was simple. Even without my suggestion, Ayame’s personality meant she’d stuff Erika’s pockets anyway. I just made sure she’d remember. That idiot Erika would blow the cash the second she got it.
Two days later, on Wednesday morning, I finished dumping two thick loads into Veronica’s pussy and felt refreshed. Instead of a suit, I dressed in something that screamed “college guy”—loose beige oversized knit layered over a white tee, relaxed black slacks, and clean white sneakers.
“Why are you staring?”
“Ah, n-nothing, Master.”
Veronica’s cheeks were flushed. She seemed to like the look more than I expected.
“We should go on a date outside sometime when we have the chance.”
“A d-date?!”
“I’m heading out. Hold down the fort.”
“Have a safe trip, Lord Theo!!”
Her voice was bright with excitement at the word “date.” I left the building and headed downtown. Our place is on the outskirts of D City, but the main streets were packed like any other city center.
One of Erika’s friends sent a real-time tip. I checked the message and walked straight to the arcade where the girls had agreed to meet.
When I reached the arcade, a group of high-school girls were shrieking with joy.
“Whoa! Eri, it’s been forever!!!”
“Kyaaaaaaa!!!”
Her sharp features vanished the moment she laughed. Erika’s emerald hair fluttered as she grabbed her two friends’ hands and shook them wildly.

“Oh.”
Her outfit looked neat—Ayame must have bought it for her. I slowly approached the group, then deliberately pushed my body into their path. At the perfect angle and timing, Erika’s shoulder slammed into my forearm.
Thud!
“Ah! I’m so sorry, are you oka—huh?”
“Ow.”
I pretended to be startled and rubbed my arm, turning my head. Erika’s mouth fell open when she saw my face.
“O-Oppa?”
“Eh? Erika, who is that? You know him?”
“He’s so hot…”
Her two friends stood there gaping. Erika looked stunned.
“Aya… huh?”
“It’s you, right? Third floor.”
“Ah. Yes. Hello, Miss Hanazawa.”
When she seemed to recognize me, I gave a small nod to confirm.
“Wow! What a crazy coincidence! But more importantly… Erika!”
“Yes?”
“You’re Erika. Your older sister is also a Hanazawa, so we should use first names!”
Her sudden familiarity made her friends explode with excitement.
“Eri! Who is this handsome oppa? Your boyfriend?”
“Kyaa!”
“N-no, it’s not like that.”
“Then who is he?!”
She timidly denied their wild assumptions. I noticed she was deliberately slow to respond, letting them misunderstand on purpose. While they chattered, I glanced at my watch, smiled softly, and spoke.
“Haha. Your friends are pretty lively. I’m actually on my way to the bookstore, so I’ll see you around.”
“Ah—”
Before Erika could say anything, I turned and walked away.
The first meeting was a coincidence.
The next one?
Who knows.
After the “chance” meeting in front of the arcade, I followed their route using Ryuji’s real-time updates. They left the arcade, browsed a cosmetics store, then sat at a dessert café table to gossip. I stopped in for a takeaway coffee and “ran into” them again.
Later, after they finished eating at a restaurant and headed toward a karaoke place, I was already in the shoe store on the first floor. I sat right by the huge glass window that offered a perfect view outside, pretending to try on sneakers. We crossed paths once more.
Finally, after parting with her friends, Erika headed to the train station platform on her way home—and we met again.
“Ah.”
“Oh, we meet again.”
“We really do!”
Her expression was priceless. With her friends gone, she wore a look of quiet determination. She was trying to act cheerful, but tension leaked through every smile.
“O-oppa!”
“Yeah?”
“U-um, by any chance—!”
“Hm?”
“Hup!!”
She was so nervous she stuttered, her face flushing bright red. I kept a relaxed smile and simply watched her. After a few deep breaths she calmed down enough to hold out her phone.
“Give me your Line ID.”
“Why should I?”
“Eh?”
When I lightly pushed back, her brain seemed to short-circuit. The dumb noise she made was adorable. I chuckled, took her phone, and typed in my messenger ID.
“Just kidding. We kept bumping into each other all day. It really feels like fate. Here.”
“Ah…!”
Her face lit up instantly. The photo Veronica had shown me was just her looking fierce because she was broke. Seeing her smile this foolishly proved how cruel poverty could be. Erika clutched the phone I returned like a priceless treasure, pressing it to her chest.
I scratched my head as if I’d just realized something and said, “Ah, we’re on opposite lines. See you later, Erika.”
“Ah…”
I used casual speech and called her by name. Her face burned even redder as I turned and left the station, heading back to the mansion.
When Erika got home she flopped onto her bed and stared at her phone.
The new shop owner moving into the third floor.
She had been so shocked when they ran into each other in front of the arcade. At first she recognized his handsome face, then her eyes caught his outfit—a relaxed beige oversized knit layered over a white tee, black slacks that draped perfectly, and crisp white sneakers. It was textbook college heartthrob styling. He had looked more mature when he visited the flower shop, but dressed like this he seemed like an oppa only a year or two older. She had secretly felt a little proud when her friends made a fuss.
Still, they were barely acquaintances, so she timidly denied anything special to avoid getting caught bragging. She felt a twinge of disappointment when he left so quickly, as if he had somewhere to be.
But then they really did keep running into each other, like pure coincidence.
In such a huge downtown area, no less!
Her heart began to race. One or two times could be chance, but when they met again at the final train station she became certain.
This was fate.
With no friends around to feel embarrassed in front of, she worked up her courage and asked for his contact. And she succeeded!
“Hehe.”
Yet four hours had passed since they parted and he still hadn’t messaged her.
“Should I text him first?”
She stared at her phone for a long time before finally deciding.
“Y-yeah! He did say we’d see each other again once construction finishes anyway.”
Even if it took ten days at most…
“Ugh, whatever!!!”
Tap tap tap tap tap!!!
Her pride crumbled. In the end Erika sent me a massive wall of text.
I was back at the mansion, pounding Veronica until midnight. I had just pulled out for a short break, letting her clean me with her mouth, when the message arrived.
Ding!
“Hm?”
“Don’t worry about it. Keep sucking.”
“He-up! Chup!! Chup!! Churrrrup!!!”
The sender was Erika. I unlocked the phone and opened it.
“What the hell, is she writing a web novel?”
The screen was packed with a dense brick of text. At least use paragraphs. I smirked and read through it slowly. The whole thing rambled, but if I boiled it down to one line it said:
It was the kind of message that forced agreement. The fact that she couldn’t even hint indirectly and just vomited every thought onto the screen was so naively cute I could only laugh.
I decided to let it sit until Friday.
“Veronica.”
“Chup!!! Puhah!! Yes, Lord Theo.”
“The supplies for the shop are mostly ready, right?”
She lifted her mouth from my cock to answer.
“Yes. Only finishing work remains, so starting tomorrow we’ll install furniture and supplies in most of the rooms.”
“Exactly two weeks and we’re done.”
“Correct.”
Hearing her confident tone, I stroked her hair and said, “Then bring a few bottles of aloe oil to the mansion tomorrow.”
“Yes? For what purpose…?”
Veronica tilted her head, puzzled.
“I have a use for it. Also prepare a few other things I’ll mention.”
“Understood. What should I get?”
“Hemorrhoid cream, Vaseline, incontinence pads, and enema kits.”
“Ah, all easy to obtain. I will prepare them.”
She nodded immediately without even writing it down.
It was about time I started developing Veronica’s ass, too.
