Chapter 29: Launching the Full-Scale Planetary System Domination Plan
***
Captain Darven Ancio and his cronies end up in this bizarre situation where their middle-aged male egos get purged.
And, as a bonus, they literally become "one" in the physical sense, positioning themselves as a sturdy ultimate weapon.
But unfortunately, there were just too many preparations needed to deploy them right away, so we had to put them into hibernation for now.
In the process, we unintentionally shocked and terrified the users and surveillance team.
This was about four days after we'd breezed through the test phase.
-Whirrr, clank! Thud!
"Behold it clearly! Spread the word to all! The new powered suit is complete!!!"
"Doctor, you focused way too much on output power. At that level, one wrong move and the limbs will shatter during movement."
"Hmm, is that so?"
"If you put it on Mayor Heisenberg, he'd suffer full-body fractures the moment he activates it."
"What a shame!"
With the new reinforcements getting along harmoniously with the existing forces,
I was feeling an unprecedented peace, leisurely focusing on developing all sorts of bizarre inventions suited to my traits.
Well, to be precise, it wasn't just inventions...
While the 11 pioneer city mayors—the black dots on the map—are politically and economically smothering us to keep us pinned down,
we're smuggling in biomaterials and such via civilian shuttles disguised as ordinary vehicles,
releasing Black Scourge into the capital's sewage plants, Dyson sphere energy transmitters,
and all sorts of facilities whose names I can't even remember,
quietly taking them over.
We're not sabotaging anything—just straight-up replacing.
My assistant says blowing up infrastructure would cost a fortune to fix,
and with the 11 mayors' all-out political pressure and bribery shaking the capital council from within, we might snag it all for free if we play it right.
Oh, and some Red Scourge were smuggled in dormant, keeping their original forms intact,
so if needed, we wake 'em up, let 'em cause chaos, then swoop in as "support" and take it for free lol.
"Watching someone overwhelmingly stronger than us get utterly pummeled without fighting back feels so good."
"Everyone feels that way when it's not them on the receiving end."
Just like that, we were steadily devouring the planetary government from the ground up,
snatching the whole planet without damaging any infrastructure.
And all the while, I was chilling with development work,
basking in the sweltering Milano-V summer thanks to Elena's awesome cooling mammaries.
Right at that moment.
-Ring ring~♪
"What's that?"
"It's Mayor Heisenberg calling. Shall I pick up?"
"Yeah. If he's calling directly, it must be something important, whatever it is."
Back when we first met, his affinity maxed out from Elena's charm spell, leading to an explosive date proposal.
Lately, though, he'd been busy, and with his sanity restored, things had cooled to a distant, polite vibe.
So when Lime Pedro Heisenberg reached out,
I tilted my head in curiosity.
With all immediate issues resolved, the only thing left was nibbling away at the Milano-V planetary government from within.
What could this be about?
I picked up, puzzled.
But the comm screen showed Heisenberg—gyaru-sun exterior notwithstanding—sweating bullets, face full of dismay.
I asked what was wrong, pointing out we had no issues left but the capital takeover.
His response:
"Huh?"
It was absurd.
Just days ago, we'd all been getting shredded in real-time by the "Red Scourge crisis."
Now it was hitting the entire Milano star system.
Stabilized world going to shit again? I felt my jaw drop.
And the gallery users, seeing my summary post of Heisenberg's call, reacted the same way.
We're fucked!
Seeing everyone react like it was a dire crisis right after reading my post,
up until moments ago, I'd been squishing Elena's epic cooling boobs, reveling in their softness and godlike bliss.
That mood evaporated in minutes, plunging me into a slump.
But unlike me, Elena stayed silent, pondering deeply.
Then, moments later.
"Hmm. This could actually be an opportunity for us."
"Huh?"
"Isn't it, Mayor Heisenberg?"
"...Hmm."
The comm with Heisenberg was still live, and they both radiated that "We all know what I mean, right? No need to spell it out" vibe.
I felt baffled—like, why are you two in on this and leaving me out?
Thankfully, before I could voice it...
"Eeeeh."
My two sharp brains—Gyaru-Sun Mayor Pedro and Ppuwaang Assistant—bounced ideas back and forth on their own.
It was a bit long-winded, leaving my brain spinning to process and kinda bluescreening,
but to sum it up simply:
Scale up the Milano-V capital op where we'd smuggled in Black Scourge and dormant Red Scourge.
Take extermination quests on each planet/moon, replicate the takeover there, expand influence.
That way, I finally got why those two saw this brutal Red Scourge crisis as "our heavenly luck."
