Don't Cross the Line
And beyond that relatively "merciful" form of wrecking people, there were also cases where users simply got slapped with a fifteen-day ban, no questions asked.
Once those users had been purged, speculation about the enemy forces that would appear in the event finally started settling back into something resembling normalcy — or so the story went.
Anyway, between the users grinding themselves into the dirt, flexing their collective intelligence, and simultaneously purging the brainrot trolls while somehow wringing every last scrap of memory out of the dementia-riddled veterans, they managed to produce a more or less plausible analysis sheet — though only on the night immediately before the event began.
And even if the end product was, at the end of the day, nothing more than a patchwork stitched together from user rumors, pure speculation, and whatever could be scavenged from previous event experiences — which meant the nutritional value was not exactly high…
Whatever the quality, the important thing was that the users had coordinated, wrecked the jokers along the way, and managed to produce something out of their own effort.
They were laughing among themselves, spinning their own weird brand of self-congratulation — hey, for us, this is actually pretty hardworking — in a direction that made no sense to anyone outside the gallery.
And then, at last, the morning of the day the event was supposed to begin…
…and yet, for some reason, the event announcement still refused to go up.
Thanks to that, some users who simply could not accept the sudden delay went full feral — or started chanting things like "these users want a fast and convenient update."
