The Hunter's New Prey
Lee Han sat before his monitor, eyes scanning the screen with meticulous precision. He was scouting for his next target. The substantial bonus he had received from Chairman Park after successfully "wrapping up" Han Sujin provided more than enough motivation to continue this work.
Watching the profiles of the residents scroll by, Lee Han offered a bitter smile. When he had first started this job, he had been a young man full of dreams—clinging to the faint hope that he could earn money to help his family. But as time passed, that innocence had long since evaporated.
Lee Han knew full well how dangerous his line of work was. The videos Chairman Park had provided flashed through his mind again. He was acutely aware that this tightrope walk across moral boundaries could end in an instant with a single mistake. Just as a lizard sheds its tail in a crisis, he knew he could be discarded the moment he became expendable.
That was why finding the perfect scapegoat was paramount. Someone easy to blackmail, someone without local connections, someone with nowhere to turn who could be easily ensnared. Finding individuals who fit those criteria was his specialty.
Lee Han was checking the profiles on his monitor one by one when a suspicious movement caught his eye on a CCTV feed covering a corner of the complex. Someone was feeding a stray cat.

"Seriously, what the hell is she doing..."
Lee Han muttered, grinding his teeth. He stood up immediately and headed toward the location in question.
When he arrived, he found a woman placing a bowl of cat food on the ground. Suppressing his rising anger, he spoke up.
"Excuse me, what do you think you're doing? You might not be aware, but this isn't allowed."
The woman feeding the cat stood up. She shot a sharp, piercing glare at Lee Han.
"I live here, so who are you to tell me what to do? I've never seen you before in my life."
"I am the building manager."
"Ha, if you're the manager, just stick to managing... honestly..."
The woman scoffed and walked away without another word. Lee Han stood there, blinking in disbelief. With a heavy sigh, he cleaned up the scattered kibble.
'To think I have to deal with this kind of nonsense...'
Even as he grumbled to himself, Lee Han diligently finished the task at hand.
Back at the management office, Lee Han sat before his computer and began searching for the identity of the woman he had just encountered. Her name was Park Mina, a designer working at a small web development firm. A few photos on her social media profile revealed a bright and cheerful image.
'Hmm, she looks like a pretty viable option.'
A sinister smile played on Lee Han's lips. A sense of satisfaction washed over him, as if he had found the perfect candidate. A single woman who seemed easy to find weaknesses in. Moreover, that brazen attitude she had shown earlier made her the perfect target for isolation.
A meticulous plan began to take shape in his mind. First, he would need to figure out how to approach her.
Lee Han clicked on Mina's profile page with his mouse. The bright smile on the screen looked almost eerily innocent. Now that he had her in his sights, he couldn't suppress his demonic instincts.
"Wait for me, Park Mina. Let's have some fun together."
Lee Han stared at the monitor, his eyes reddening. He tapped his fingers impatiently, designing the encounter with Park Mina. The instincts of a hunter who had discovered his prey were coming alive.
It was the moment Park Mina emerged as the new victim, following in Han Sujin's footsteps. A dark hand reached out toward that face, which was still smiling, oblivious to everything. Another innocent soul was about to be caught in the gears of a massive criminal machine.
Lee Han carefully took notes on the information he gathered about Park Mina. The steps to satisfy Chairman Park's depraved hobbies were proceeding right on schedule. She would never dream that her small act of kindness toward a cat would be the prelude to her own tragedy.
The next day, Lee Han visited Han Sujin's home. Their bodies, tangled in lust, soon became one, and after finishing their affair, they lay side by side, gasping for breath.
"Sujin, there's something you need to do for the women's association."
Lee Han brought up the subject. Han Sujin turned her head to look at him.
"What is it?"
"We need to create a resolution banning the feeding of wild animals within the complex. There have been a lot of problems caused by it lately."
"Yes...?"
Han Sujin's voice was tinged with confusion.
"Someone has been going around feeding the cats recently, and it's causing constant headaches."
As Lee Han continued his explanation, Han Sujin's eyes wavered.
"Oh... I think I know who that might be. I heard there have been frequent fights in the complex over that issue lately."
"Is that so? Then we need to take action quickly."
As Lee Han moved to sit up, his gaze fell upon the semen trickling down between Han Sujin's thighs. Feeling his desire surge once more, he leaned back toward her.
"Hnn..."
Han Sujin let out a small moan at Lee Han's rough kiss. But she soon embraced him, responding actively. Their skin collided, and a scorching heat rose between them.
Han Sujin buried her lips in the crook of Lee Han's neck, accepting him deeply. The pace toward the climax accelerated. Their sweat-slicked skin and desperate moans filled the room.
"Ah, hnn..."
Clinging to each other, they raced toward the peak once again.
Having reached the climax in an instant, the two collapsed onto the bed, limp. Only their ragged breathing echoed in the room.
"Whew... I'll write up the notice and post it later," Han Sujin whispered to Lee Han, still gasping for air. Lee Han nodded, holding her close.
After savoring their forbidden relationship, it was time for them to return to reality.
Han Sujin couldn't help but feel the shackles binding her. She resented her own helplessness, unable to reject Lee Han. That was why she kept telling herself that all of this was for her husband's sake.
Lee Han kept his eyes fixed on the monitor, watching Park Mina's every move. The woman on the screen was 27, having graduated college relatively late and appearing to have just started her professional life.
Her hair was dyed a bright color, and her body was shapely and toned. Her clear eyes shone from behind black-rimmed glasses. Lee Han clicked his tongue and muttered to himself.
'She lives like a pig. Is that really the room of a woman in her twenties?'
Park Mina's apartment was a stark contrast to the neat, tidy home of Han Sujin and Park Taeyoung. Clothes and daily necessities were scattered everywhere, and it looked as though it hadn't been cleaned in ages.
After returning home from work, Park Mina threw off her clothes without hesitation. She headed to the bathroom without even hanging them up properly, all captured on screen.
After showering, she sat on the living room floor with nothing but a towel wrapped around her, downing a beer. She wiggled her bare feet while fiddling with her phone, looking somewhat clumsy.
'I should never do the "deed" at her place. The office would be better.'
Lee Han thought to himself with a bitter laugh. It was the gaze of a predator observing the flaws of its prey.
On the screen, Park Mina finished the beer in one gulp and set the empty bottle down. She then became absorbed in her phone for a long time before letting out a yawn.
It seemed the late hour, combined with the late-night snack and alcohol, was making her drowsy. Soon, she stood up and headed to the bedroom. The sight of her naked back, covered only by the towel she had draped over herself, was etched clearly into Lee Han's mind.
'Hmm, she's got a pretty decent body, doesn't she?'
Lee Han licked his lips at the monitor. His eyes burned red in the darkness. That demonic gaze was scanning every inch of Park Mina's naked body.
The thrill of voyeurism, observing the private life of a woman—Lee Han was becoming increasingly addicted to the sense of dominance that power provided.
When Park Mina turned off the lights, the screen flickered and then went dark. In the pitch-black silence, Lee Han slowly swallowed his saliva.
Park Mina stared intently at the notice posted on the apartment bulletin board. 'As a result of the resident meeting, feeding wild animals within the complex is strictly prohibited.' The moment she read those words, annoyance flashed across her face.
'Seriously? Are they really going to complain about feeding a cat? What's wrong with keeping them fed and alive...'
Lately, there had been a sharp increase in people nitpicking everything Park Mina did. Each time, she ended up clashing with the residents, leading to frequent arguments.
Feeding the cats after work was a small comfort to her. It was a simple happiness that helped her forget the fatigue of a hard day, if only for a moment. But now, even that was forbidden.
Suddenly, the face of the management office employee she had met yesterday came to mind. That man who had scolded her so bluntly. Park Mina instinctively felt it.
'That guy definitely had something to do with this. His old-man attitude just screams that he'd be the type.'
Gritting her teeth, Park Mina glared at the notice. She hated that someone was interfering with her daily life. Though she was timid and lived a suppressed life outside, she wanted to be a free spirit at home.
'To make a fuss over something like this, they really are despicable people.'
Complaining to herself, Park Mina left the apartment. Late in the evening, the cats greeted her as usual.
The moment she took out a bag of feed, a familiar voice drifted over.
"Hey, didn't you see the notice? I told you feeding them isn't allowed."
She turned around to see the management employee she had met yesterday standing there. It was Lee Han.
"I know the rules. But these guys are hungry, what am I supposed to do?"
The defiance in her voice made Lee Han furrow his brow.
"You have to follow the principles. Other residents are being inconvenienced, too."
"Geez, what's the problem with feeding one or two cats? You're just looking for things to nitpick."
Park Mina shot back in a blunt tone. Lee Han couldn't help but keep his eyes on her. There was a certain naive charm hidden behind her rebellious attitude.
"Anyway, it's not allowed from now on, so stop it. Understand?"
"Fine, I get it, I get it. Are you happy now?"
Watching Park Mina's back as she grumbled and walked away, Lee Han curled his lips upward.
'Tsk tsk, what a prickly little girl.'
Lee Han stared in the direction Park Mina had disappeared. The weakness hidden behind her rebellious attitude. The moment he grasped that, he knew Park Mina would become his prey.
He now had an excuse to ensnare her for breaking the rules. He had gained a way to approach her under the guise of needing to punish her.
