Wine-Stained Submission
As the cold water cascaded over her head, Eloise bit her lip until she tasted blood. The image of Chloe’s icy stare refused to leave her mind.
“Damn it…!”
She slammed her fist against the white-tiled wall and exhaled sharply. Barefoot on the chilled floor, she let the shower’s frigid streams pour from crown to toes, hoping the shock might douse the fire raging inside her. Her face twisted in pain, eyes rimmed red.
“Haa… you stupid bitch…”
Eloise leaned against the wall, muttering to herself. Her thoughts were consumed by their last exchange—the cold gleam in Chloe’s eyes, the indifferent tone, the commanding edge in her voice that still rang in her ears. She had said it was fine, but her gaze had said otherwise.
Blame and fury twisted together as Eloise drove her fist into the wall again and again. Her palms throbbed, yet the pain brought no relief. She sank to her knees beneath the spray. Cold water soaked her face, mingling with a few hot tears that slipped free. Her drenched hair clung to her back and shoulders, channeling rivulets down her skin.
I should apologize. If I tell her I wasn’t feeling well, she’ll understand.
Guilt pinned her in place for a long time. The white tiles glistened under the water’s reflection, sharpening the lonely ache in her chest. Eventually the stream warmed, but the chill inside her remained.
She reached for the shampoo and began lathering her hair. When she glanced absently at the mirror, her own reflection stared back—exhausted, eyes unfocused. After rinsing the last of the suds and sweeping her wet hair back, she listened to the droplets striking the tub like tiny bells echoing through the bathroom.
With heavy steps she left the shower. Even then, her mind kept circling the same question: how best to apologize to Chloe.
The moment she stepped through the bathroom door, she froze. Chloe was waiting, exactly as if she had known Eloise would emerge at that instant.
The room glowed softly under warm lamplight. Chloe sat at the table, cradling a glass of wine. She took slow, appreciative sips, and the sight made Eloise swallow hard before she could stop herself. The woman looked devastatingly seductive—golden hair shimmering in the candlelight, eyes drifting from the window to meet Eloise’s gaze.
“Uh… Sister… your clothes?”
“Ah, these? They felt stifling, so I took them off.”
Chloe had indeed shed the black dress she’d worn all day. Now she lounged in nothing but her underwear, swirling the deep red wine with casual elegance. Soft music drifted through the room. Night air slipped past the cracked window, carrying a sweet, intimate chill. A single candle flickered on the table, making their shadows sway together on the walls.
“So, why did you do it?” Chloe asked lightly, tilting the glass. “Decided to rebel against me? Or have you simply grown tired of me?”
“That can’t be! Of course not!”
The shout burst out before Eloise could think. Chloe’s eyebrows rose in mild surprise before she set the glass down and smiled. Eloise herself stood stunned by her own outburst.
“Relax. It was only a joke. You wouldn’t do that now, would you?”
Chloe crossed her legs, holding the sensual pose with practiced ease, and smiled at the still-dripping Eloise. Eloise gave a small, hesitant nod.
“I just… wasn’t feeling like myself today. I’m sorry, Sister.”
She bowed her head. Fortunately, her owner was not the sort to discard her over a single misstep.
“Even so, a punishment seems necessary, doesn’t it? I had planned to reward you, but after what happened earlier, letting it pass feels wrong.”
Chloe knew perfectly well that Eloise craved both reward and punishment alike. Seeing that her mistake would not be blown out of proportion, Eloise’s expression eased with relief.
She began walking toward the table, but Chloe lifted a hand, signaling her to stop. Eloise froze mid-step. When she looked up, question in her eyes, Chloe’s smile turned wicked. She slid the wine glass aside.
“Aren’t you thirsty, Eloise?”
With that, Chloe raised the entire bottle and drank straight from it. Or rather, she poured. More than half the wine spilled across her body in deliberate, glistening streams. She smiled at Eloise’s startled expression and kept going, bathing herself in the crimson liquid as though it were the most natural thing in the world.
The purplish-red wine traced her lips, slid along her jaw, brushed her throat, and pooled at her collarbone before slipping lower. It soaked her bra, outlined the curves of her breasts, followed the elegant line of her stomach, and finally dripped between her spread thighs. The vivid red against her pale skin made every contour look impossibly sensual.
Eloise stared, mesmerized. When the bottle was nearly empty, Chloe scattered the last of it across the floor and parted her legs. A single heavy drop fell from her most intimate place onto the floor beneath the chair with a soft plop.
Understanding dawned. Eloise lowered herself to her knees and began to crawl forward. The spilled wine squelched beneath her palms and knees—splash, splash. She glanced at the puddles, then carefully lifted one of Chloe’s feet.
“Sister… may I wet my throat a little…?”
“Hmm? There’s plenty on the floor. Must you really lick my sweaty feet?”
“Eep…”
The reminder of her earlier defiance made Eloise flinch. Yet this was clearly what Chloe wanted. The wine had diluted the day’s unpleasant odors; the scent was no longer unbearable. Pushing down her discomfort, she tried to slip back into her usual coquettish tone.
“Sister… the floor is too dirty. Please let me drink the wine from your body instead…”
“Dirty? This inn is cleaned thoroughly every day.”
The words were clearly an invitation to play along. Normally Eloise would have poured on the flattery, but the accumulated stress of the day had worn her patience thin. Something inside her snapped.
Before Chloe could react, Eloise seized her ankle and drew the foot to her mouth.
“Hngh…! W-wait!”
Ignoring the command, Eloise looked up defiantly and gave the soft toes a light, deliberate bite. The smell was unpleasant, yet the taste of wine on her tongue clouded her mind. She had never been a lightweight, but the rare sight of Chloe’s flustered face sent a thrill of stress and excitement through her that drowned out reason.
She sucked hard, then released the toes with an audible slurp. A thin string of saliva stretched between them.
“Hii…! I told you to stop!”
Eloise stared at the raised foot for a heartbeat, then dragged her tongue along it again, chasing every drop of wine upward. She moved steadily higher, closer and closer to the apex of Chloe’s thighs.
“Enough!”
The sharp command snapped her back to herself. Geometric patterns flashed before her eyes—glowing, intricate shapes that definitely did not belong. In the split second she realized something was slicing through the air toward her—
“Ugh!”
A crushing impact struck her skull. The world went dark.
