Go Yu-jin Is a Fucking Bitch
Go Yu-jin is a fucking bitch. Still, after working together all this time, a certain grudging affection has taken root. Above all, I don’t want to watch someone I know suffer through something ugly. She’s one of the few people in this world I actually know and interact with. So I obediently followed the woman out of the school and climbed into the car that had come for her. It was a sleek black luxury import. Not bad compared to the Authentic Blood rides.
“Did you hand this job off to Authentic Blood again?” I asked the moment it occurred to me. The first answer that came back was a sharp snort.
“Hmph. You expect me to trust something like this to those brainless morons?”
“Wasn’t the last incident run by you people?”
“Exactly why they went and pulled that crap right out in the open. Do you have any idea how much money it took to clean up their mess?”
She ground her teeth, anger flashing openly at my question.
“Attaching a drone to keep tabs on them was the right call after all.”
So their relationship with Authentic Blood isn’t exactly rock-solid. Or maybe it is, and she’s feeding me lies to manipulate me. Or perhaps she simply doesn’t think I’m getting out of here alive. None of the options felt particularly pleasant.
“Worried about working with them, darling?” The woman studied my face and let out a soft laugh.
I decided to play along for now. Might squeeze out a little more information. I could leave the real analysis to the boss later.
“I did smack their heads pretty hard last time.”
“No need to worry about that. We never formed any real alliance with Authentic Blood. We simply used them on a whim, thinking it might be worth a try.”
“So you’re cutting them loose now?”
“Well. They may be idiots, but their loyalty and obsession are impressive. Might as well use them until they stop being useful. Of course, only for the simplest tasks that suit their limited capabilities.”
A chilling smile flickered across the woman’s face as she spoke.
“So there’s nothing for you to worry about, darling. Put yourself and those pathetic Authentic Blood vampires on a scale, and this side is clearly heavier.”
She smiled and caught hold of my sleeve.
“Why go this far?”
“What do you mean?”
“Your organization was in China, wasn’t it? Why expand into Korea and pick a fight with Black Star here?”
“That’s not something I can tell the current you.”
“The current me?”
“Yes. The current you. Once your heart turns toward us, I’ll tell you everything. Until then, it’s a secret.”
She gave me a coquettish look and pressed her index finger to my lips.
“......”
Getting any useful information out of her seemed hopeless. I shut my mouth, and she didn’t bother speaking again either. We rode the rest of the way in heavy silence until we reached our destination.
The place we arrived at was the docks. Nighttime docks. I stepped out of the car and scanned the surroundings. Other than the obvious lack of people because it was night, there was nothing particularly noteworthy. The fact that the car that brought me here hadn’t even bothered with tinted windows told me this wasn’t their actual base. At best, it was a rented or prepared location for one-time use.
“Follow me.”
I trailed behind the woman as instructed. The men in black sunglasses who had been waiting nearby immediately surrounded us and moved in formation. Escorted by them, I followed her into a large warehouse. The moment we passed through the open door, it slammed shut behind us. Then, with a sharp click, lights began snapping on throughout the space.
I squinted against the sudden brightness, then opened my eyes.
“...... Double Melon.”
Magical girl Double Melon Go Yu-jin sat tied to a chair in the center of the warehouse. She was unconscious, so they hadn’t bothered restraining her further. She still wore her thick glasses, but her shoes were gone and her chest looked noticeably larger than usual. From those details, I guessed she was naked beneath the thin coat draped over her.
“What the hell did you do to her?” I asked, fist tightening at my side.
“Nothing at all. You came along so nicely.”
“And if I hadn’t?”
“She’d probably be drugged out of her mind right now, screaming for them to fuck her harder.”
I spun toward the giggling woman.
“There. I followed you all the way here like you wanted. What exactly do you want from me?”
I could hear the slight tremor in my own voice.
“Are you angry, darling?”
“I asked what you want.”
“...... So Double Melon really is special to you, huh?”
“That was the third time.”
The woman took two slow steps back from me.
“I figured as much. You two are always together. Even if it started as work, a man and woman running around as a pair are bound to develop feelings. That’s why you jumped off a building to save her, stole a motorcycle to chase her down, and finally carried her back like a princess. And with a body like that, it’d be harder not to fall for her.”
She cupped her own breasts from underneath and lifted them as she spoke.
There seemed to be some misunderstanding, but in the end she wasn’t wrong. I had come all this way for Go Yu-jin, after all.
“How about both of you join our organization? Nothing would change much. You’d keep doing exactly what you’ve been doing. The only difference is the products you advertise would be ours.”
So they planned to keep using her as their advertising pillar. I doubted she would ever agree to that. Besides, these people didn’t seem like the type to offer the relatively peaceful employment the boss had given her.
“I thought I was the one you wanted.”
“It’s better if you come as a set, if possible.”
“Let her go.”
“Not like this.”
I glared at her.
“It may have been a job meant for you, but she’s still the Double Melon we went through considerable effort to obtain. Before we release her, we need to make sure she can never work as Double Melon again.”
“What the hell does that mean?”
“It’s simple.”
The woman formed a circle with her left thumb and index finger, then slid her right index and middle fingers into it.
“You fuck Double Melon. Then I’ll let her go.”
She had to be insane.
“...... You don’t actually think a magical girl’s power comes from her hymen, do you?”
“She was a virgin? With a body like that? Hard to believe. Or are you impotent?”
The woman’s eyes widened in mock surprise.
“What possible meaning would there be in me raping her?”
She gave a small laugh, then snapped her fingers. The men standing nearby immediately brought items forward. A green wig. A short, frilly dress covered in delicate lace. It looked slightly different, but it was clearly—
“Double Melon’s costume?”
“Correct. We made it based on the videos uploaded online. Quite similar, isn’t it? Someone truly interested might notice the differences if they looked closely. But if Double Melon herself wears it, most people would never spot the fake.”
At her nod, the men carrying the clothes moved toward Go Yu-jin.
“If a video of her having sex while wearing that costume spreads, she’ll never be able to do advertising work again. As you know, image is everything in advertising.”
The moment I wondered if the mere act would be enough, men appeared carrying various filming devices as if to answer my question.
“There are two conditions for releasing Double Melon. First, you rape her on camera. Ah, regular sex is fine too if you prefer. We can give her drugs if you want. She might even end up clinging to you instead. And the second condition is that you join us. Fulfill both, and we’ll release Double Melon unharmed.”
Had I been misunderstanding the word “unharmed” this whole time?
“Filming and distributing a video like that is the same as killing her.”
Social death often leads to literal death. If they planned to kill her eventually anyway—
“There seems to be a misunderstanding. We won’t distribute it immediately. It means we’ll release the video if she tries to work as Double Melon again after we let her go.”
“And if I refuse?”
The moment the words left my mouth, every man in the warehouse drew a gun and aimed it at me. A quick glance told me there were easily over fifty. Most of them appeared to be vampires judging by the blood seals engraved on their bodies.
“Need any further explanation?”
“No.”
Over fifty. Most of them vampires. If they were combat fanatics like Authentic Blood it might be different, but vampires who actively used magic and special abilities were notoriously difficult opponents. Add firearms to the mix and it became even worse. The blood seals I could see were Chinese characters I’d never encountered before. Without knowing their clan, I couldn’t even begin to guess their capabilities.
“Can you give me time to think?”
“...... Ten minutes. No more.”
I nodded and walked over to Go Yu-jin. At some point they had placed the green wig on her head. Her chest had the distinct shape of a bra underneath as well. They must have dressed her while I was talking with the woman.
I checked her condition first. She was unconscious but didn’t appear to have any visible injuries.
“Sniff sniff.”
There was no scent of other people on her bare skin either. I felt a wave of relief at that.
The sex with Double Melon the woman demanded wasn’t simply to stop her from working as Double Melon. If that was the only goal, they wouldn’t have gone through this elaborate setup. There were plenty of other people who could do the job if it wasn’t me.
What they were really after was to make me an enemy of Black Star by forcing me to commit the act. The moment I earned the boss’s wrath, the only place left for me to turn would be Samgunhoe. This was all to drive me into that corner.
A perfect no-win situation.
I gently took Go Yu-jin’s hand.
Why had I come here? If I hadn’t, I wouldn’t be facing this dilemma. But at the same time, if I hadn’t come, who knows what they would have done to her...
...... Go Yu-jin really is a fucking bitch. She always does whatever she wants, gets neurotic, and vents all her stress on me. If I hit a speed bump while driving she curses me out for not driving properly. If I ever bring her anything but zero cola she throws the can at me. If I’m late replying to one of her texts she bombards me with dozens more in a row.
Even so, right now she’s the person closest to me in this entire world. I don’t want to see this woman pinned beneath other men, crying. Go Yu-jin looks best when she’s laughing loudly or getting angry.
I glanced around the warehouse. Every man was concealing either a pistol or a submachine gun. If I transformed into werewolf form I might be able to avoid fatal injuries from the hail of bullets. Especially since I belong to the Black Fur sub-race—my defense and magic resistance are the highest among werewolves. But that was only if I was alone. Fighting or escaping while protecting Go Yu-jin was an entirely different story. There was no guarantee that everyone here was all they had, either.
“Time’s up.”
Already?
I stood and turned back toward the woman.
“Have you decided? If you won’t do it, the others will simply take care of it instead.”
Several men stepped up behind her. One was a magician covered in tattoos, another a vampire bearing blood seals, and another a doppelganger with someone else’s skin crudely stitched all over his body. Different races, but they all shared one common trait. Sunglasses? No. They all possessed oversized genitals like Western porn actors, and they stood waiting with them fully erect. One of them even had a bumpy, bead-studded shape.
It was time to choose.
If I tried to force my way out with Go Yu-jin and failed, neither of us would have a good ending.
“Tell them all to get lost. I’ll do it.”
“Hehe, a wise choice.”
The woman laughed and tossed something toward me. I caught it. It was the magic wand Double Melon used. Had they made a replica of this too? But why give it to me now?
“Try pressing the button.”
I did as she said. The wand began vibrating intensely with a high-pitched whine.
“That should help.”
The woman smiled. The men moved into position around the filming equipment.
