“Just what kind of fucking bastard is this ‘Young Master’ guy!!!!”
Yoo, the office worker who had rushed over after getting a call from Prosecutor Inaeun, flew into a rage at the sight of the bedroom. It was in stark contrast to Inaeun, who showed no particular reaction.
“...How could anyone do this to a woman's home!”
What enraged him most was the fact that the sexbot had been sexually ravaged in all three holes, with semen splattered everywhere. Not just on the bed where Inaeun must have slept, but all over the room. And on top of that, her name was written across the sexbot's chest. It was as if it were saying, 'Keep pushing, and I'll rape you next.'
'You bastard. I'll get you for sure!!'
He couldn't stand it. No matter who this ‘Young Master’ was, he'd track him down and punish him—legally or physically.
But separately from that... his pathetic little dick twitched hard, pitching a tent in his pants. The sexbot was posed in a way that oozed maximum sexual allure, all three holes violated, and right there on its chest was the name of the prosecutor he admired. Naturally, Inaeun's image projected onto the bot. Prosecutor Inaeun, nearly naked, bound on the bed with her legs spread wide—
“Where are Investigator Song and the forensics team?”
“Y-Yes??!!!”
“?”
“Ah! S-Sorry. I was lost in thought for a second.... Investigator Song is on his way. He said he'll be here in about five minutes. The forensics team will take around thirty.”
“I see.”
“Um.... Prosecutor, are you... okay...? After something like this.”
“I didn't suffer anything.”
“But....”
How could a person be like that? What kind of mental steel was she made of?
'She has to be this strong... to fight evil without hesitation.'
He came to respect Prosecutor Inaeun even more.
'She has to be this tough... to uphold justice and set society right. She has to be...!'
She was light itself.
“Oh, and this.”
Inaeun handed over the A4 paper she was holding. Yoo took it absentmindedly, then dropped it in shock.
“G-Gong Investigator...!”
“Report it as death in the line of duty.”
“...I thought you were joking....”
It wasn't a lie. Even when he'd heard it over the phone, he hadn't thought it was a joke. Inaeun wasn't the type for silly pranks anyway. It was just... hard to believe. A prosecutor investigator, equivalent to a grade 7 civil servant, would be loaded with implants, yet to die so pathetically.
Separate from his anger at the ‘Young Master,’ a sense of crisis and fear crept up. He wanted to stop Inaeun, urge her to go back to how things were—handling minor cases with a minor team.
But he knew she wouldn't listen. The Inaeun in his mind wouldn't keep someone around who said things like that.
Then he'd stick with her to the end, whatever it took. Even if it meant everyone plummeting off a cliff!
“Not much has changed. I already suspected Gong Investigator was dead. We'll visit Rainbow Miracle as planned tomorrow.”
Inaeun spoke matter-of-factly and headed to the living room.
....
Investigator Song and the forensics team arrived. Song was especially saddened by Gong's death. As fellow investigators fighting for justice, they shared a camaraderie, but to end like this.... He sobbed with grief, burning with rage at the ‘Young Master.’ He was ready to charge in at a moment's notice.
The forensics team worked mostly in silence. But there's always one with a loose tongue.
“Whoa.... This is an XY-324 model, right?”
“For real?”
While collecting semen samples, fingerprints, and traces, they chatted among themselves, thinking they were whispering—but their voices carried.
“...It really is.”
“Even the base model without customizations costs 300 million.... And he did this to it....”
They glanced at Inaeun, then back at the sexbot. The name ‘Inaeun’ scrawled on its chest suddenly looked even dirtier, more tantalizing. Their outfits were similar too.
“No one does this at my place? 300 million just drops in.”
“Sell it used and you'd still make over 100 million easy.”
“Isn't it basically a bribe? Kinda hot and gross, but still.”
“Huh? Yeah, maybe—,”
“Hey!!”
Yoo couldn't take it anymore and yelled.
“I've had enough of this shit from you people! There's a time and place to say things!!”
All eyes turned to him. Yoo glared at the two embarrassed men, fuming.
“Office worker.”
Inaeun called. When he turned, she shook her head.
“But...!”
“Keep working.”
“Ah, yes. S-Sorry. I didn't think you'd hear....”
“We're sorry.”
The forensics team leader, now aware of the situation thanks to Yoo's outburst, scolded them harshly. They stepped forward, bowing formally in apology.
Inaeun showed no reaction.
“Phew.... Results probably won't be out until tomorrow afternoon.”
“Tomorrow afternoon?”
“There are real semen samples mixed with fakes, so it's hard to judge here. No other materials to ID the perp either.”
The forensics team delivered a somewhat disappointing result. They usually got field results on the spot.
“Do it by morning.”
“....”
A bit unreasonable, but after some thought, the team leader nodded.
“We'll try.”
The forensics team left with the samples.
“Yoo, office worker, check the sexbot seller tomorrow for CCTV and payment accounts. Song, you're with me to Rainbow Miracle.”
“...Yes, Prosecutor.”
“Got it. But Prosecutor.... Where will you sleep tonight?”
The sexbot was still in the bedroom. Even without it, the room was splattered with semen. Worst of all, the front door had been breached once already. Normally, she'd move to a hotel temporarily.
But....
“I'll sleep here.”
“Yes??!”
“H-Here??”
Inaeun checked her watch.
“It's late. Thanks for staying so long.”
She stepped aside, as if telling them to leave.
“Prosecutor...!”
“See you tomorrow.”
“....”
Yoo and Song opened their mouths, then sighed. They knew too well she wouldn't listen.
“...Take care of yourself, Prosecutor.”
In the end, they left too. Now it was just Inaeun alone. She showered and entered the bedroom. The sexbot was still there, the bed stained with semen.
“....”
She activated the sexbot. It looked indistinguishable from a real person and immediately let out moans. But it stirred no particular emotion in her.
“Move.”
“Ah.”
The bot got down, and Inaeun lay on the bed.
“...How many days has it been now?”
She stared at the ceiling, lost in thought. The end was coming soon.
“Which side is it, Inaeun?”
She reviewed the case slowly. Yoon Hayoung had witnessed it live on broadcast. The shocking content vanished from the net within hours, the world silent as if by magic. Amid that, Reporter Yoon posted an article, which Team Leader Seo Hyun-ju took down in under ten minutes. But Seo couldn't escape responsibility and was dragged to the ‘Young Master’s’ home, raped mercilessly.
To investigate, Gong Investigator was sent to Rainbow Miracle—missing, now dead.
Even among all cases Inaeun or Incheon Central Prosecutors' Office had handled, this was the darkest shadow. At least as far as she knew.
Putting everything else aside, no one but someone controlling all of Korean society could erase a broadcast watched by tens of thousands from the net. And remotely destroy every device that viewed it—without a peep.
How dominant was the force behind it?
“Which do I prefer?”
Overwhelming destruction, or overwhelming backing?
Either way, it would bring the intense emotion she'd never felt in her life—and craved.
“I might actually be getting excited.”

“Master, a cooperation order from Prosecutor Inaeun of Incheon Central Prosecutors' Office Criminal Division 3 has come down for Rainbow Miracle. She says she'll visit today.”
It was the news I heard first thing upon waking. Looked like my prank yesterday had a big effect. For her to mobilize this fast.
“That Inaeun really charges ahead without looking back. Even if she's pissed, anyone with a functioning brain would hesitate. She sent an investigator and he died. I even kindly let her know.”
“Right? If it were me, I'd get a medical report and take leave first. Her mental fortitude is impressive.”
“She's just a tool.”
“Oh, but I looked into that prosecutor a bit.”
Sua handed over some documents.
“I told you before, to avoid weaknesses, she cut ties with family and friends, no new relationships either?”
“Yeah.”
“Most of them are missing.”
“?”
I flipped through the papers she gave me. Centered on Inaeun's family, current whereabouts info—different dates, but many listed as missing.
“It happened staggered over time, and with her pristine image, no suspicions raised. But doesn't it seem weird? So many disappearances around one person.”
“...She's pulling this shit on me, so she's probably been rampaging. Must've gotten payback.”
“That's the normal assumption. But my detective's gut keeps pointing elsewhere.”
“To what?”
“She's not really righteous—she's just pretending. Deep down, she's so evil she'd kill her own family and friends to erase them, all an act. To play in bigger waters.”
