Prestige's Prodigy
Unless it's some really special case, the protagonist in a game usually has some special ability or is the heir to a special bloodline. It's not just games—manga, anime, movies, whatever. The protagonist at the center of the story tends to be set up as special, and portrayed that way. Demonic Incheon 2077 was no different. The two protagonists at the heart of the narrative had stat potential that was superior to every other entity in the game.
No matter if it was combat power or leadership or whatever, if you trained properly, grabbed items and various traits, implanted cyberware, your specs would skyrocket to the point where you'd wonder if they were even human. Even illegal implants or chemical drugs that put serious strain on the body would, once inside a protagonist, cause only cute side effects like a bit of dizziness, some nausea, or at worst a little blood from the mouth—as if they'd turned into demure ladies.
And even that could be fixed by seeing a doctor or a proper medical company. The effects of the illegal implants and chems stayed intact, but the side effects vanished in this ridiculously unfair outcome.
It wasn't just physical specs. For some reason, NPCs had high affinity settings for protagonists. Unless they belonged to a hostile faction, everyone had a positive view of the protagonist, and as the story progressed, they all ended up joining the protagonist's side. Before you knew it, a faction formed around the protagonist, and that faction expanded its power.
On top of that, protagonists could acquire every new stat, aptitude, trait, and so on. Meaning, something like mecha aptitude—which only knights could normally get—a protagonist could snag it too.
Mecha are massive machines weighing hundreds of tons, pulling fighter-jet-level acrobatics while enduring dozens to over 100G of force. And sometimes they minimize or skip the G-force dampeners, so normal people can't even operate them. Only knights, bred and raised from birth for mecha and combat, could handle it.
But protagonists? They could. No need for some super special process—just train on mecha, train enough, and suddenly you're a human monster shrugging off dozens to 100G. And in the process, your stats balloon into a total beast.
That's why I killed off the male protagonist the moment I possessed this body and put the female one under me. If I left them out there, they'd build their own solid factions and threaten me eventually. To secure my safety, I had to erase their existence root and stem.
But... am I getting protagonist treatment too? The thought hit me suddenly.
I could see my own stats, and others' too—wasn't that a protagonist perk? Plus, items like Ninelord, which I used to purge my drug addiction, only let protagonists choose and delete one trait. Normal NPCs just lost a random one.
Does that mean I could get mecha aptitude too...??
Whoa. What if that happened? A normal human piloting a mecha was insane enough, but a chaebol third-gen? Even in a novel, that'd get you flak for the plot.
Anyway, why am I rambling on about protagonists? Because in just three months, I'd be meeting our female protagonist, Seo Aram.
The (true) stat monster who could become a key pillar of my forces. When I first saw her, she was practically a walking corpse, crushed by massive debt and grueling labor, mentally wrecked and precarious. I was curious how she'd changed after three months.
Even in that wrecked state, she was stunningly beautiful. Three months of worry-free eating and living—what would she be like now—

"H-Hello. Young master—no, Master... it's been a while."
"...Who are you?"
"Pardon?"
What the fuck.
"Seo Aram, right?"
The Seo Aram I remembered had short hair, dead eyes, a defeated vibe, but enough pride left to glare at my sexual harassment. But the woman who entered the room was radiating class from every inch, not just pretty but nobly captivating.
Her personality seemed softer too. Maybe because I'm her master... But I couldn't believe this was just three months' change.
Well, hair grows in three months. She'd put on healthy weight. Proper exercise instead of labor would've toned her muscles and refined her curves. Still, this is... whoa.
She was beautiful even crushed by life's weight at our first meeting, but now she was jaw-dropping. No wonder she's the heroine. If I'd been even a bit later, she'd be selling her body as some high-class manager by now. Chilling thought. A girl like this, I had to monopolize.
"Can't recognize you without the face."
"Thanks to Master, I've been living properly..."
"Much better looking now."
"Thank you."
"Way hotter."
"...Thank you."
She just takes the harassment now. At least she knows she's my secretary.
"You know this already, but Sua here is your top boss. Chief Secretary. Got it?"
Sua gave a slight bow, and Seo Aram quickly followed. They'd met before.
"Yes."
"Once training's done, you're straight into protocol team leader."
"...I'll make sure I'm not lacking."
"Yeah. Especially you—as protocol team leader, focus there."
I might use her differently later, but since even a protagonist wouldn't be a stat monster after just three months, I slotted her as protocol leader for an excuse to keep her around. She'd be glued to my side post-training.
"Understood."
"How's your mom?"
A thicker smile touched Aram's lips.
"Yes. Her condition's improved a lot. If it continues, full recovery isn't a dream... the doctor said."
"She'll recover. I said so."
"...Thank you, Master."
Aram bowed deeply. Gravity tugged her clothes, flashing cleavage.
Fuck.
Was it the mood? Even that little glimpse had me stirring.
How the hell did I hold back before?
I'd cum four times with the three team leaders, and I was still like this—what if I hadn't?
"Put on some weight? Tits look bigger than before."
"...Ah."
She straightened up. A shame.
"Yes. A bit bigger..."
"Mm. Good. Women should have big, pretty tits."
I admired her, deciding unilaterally. My dick swelled more.
"Ah..."
Seo Aram noticed. Her gaze dropped to my tent, lips twitching.
Then, steeling herself, she cleared her throat.
"...Shall I take you to your room, Master?"
"..."
She's come a long way, Seo Aram. Seducing me to her room already. Virgin and all.
Tempting as hell, but I refused. I believe every woman has her perfect way to savor. Like cheese for wine, cooking for meat—women too.
Least of all Seo Aram—I didn't want to wolf her down like junk food. When she's fully at my side, then she'd come to my room and offer herself.
"You haven't even finished training. Do your duties first, then escort me."
"...Right. Understood, Master."
"When's training over?"
"Random exam next month. I'll pass then."
"Mm. Great attitude."
With life's obstacles gone, her confidence overflowed.
Probably not much yet, but let's check her stats.
What the fuck?? These stats already???
Mind blown. Just three months in, and this...
Of course, I hadn't checked her stats before, so maybe she was always like this. But common sense—no way she'd have lived at society's rock bottom with those.
Prestige's training must've skyrocketed them.
Whoa, she'll catch up to average knights in months?
Sua was already outpaced...
Ah...
