The One Who Stays By Your Side at Your Worst #2
The white liquid that Emil had released, Cately took every drop of it into her mouth. Yet some still spilled past her lips, as expected from the sheer volume.
Cately gazed at the fluid dripping from the corner of her mouth with eyes full of rapture, as if it were the most sacred holy water. She gathered every trace with her fingers and swallowed it down.
“My lady…”
The sight sent a strange thrill racing through Emil.
Even though he had just finished, fresh desire surged through him again.
He grabbed the shoulders of the kneeling Cately and pulled her onto the bed. Her body burned as if set aflame.
Emil slowly lowered himself over her.
First came lips upon lips, fingers entwined with fingers, legs tangled between legs, chests pressed together, cheeks brushing cheeks, and tongues caressing tongues.
“Hngh… ah…!”
Like a serpent swallowing its prey, Emil slowly embraced Cately and laid her down beneath him.
The heat of their bodies mingled and scattered into the air.
Sweat dripped from Emil’s body, falling in beads onto Cately’s breasts. She moaned with feverish breaths.
In the midst of it all, Emil’s manhood swelled once more between her thighs.
Only then did Cately feel the rigid heat rising against her thigh. Her face flushed crimson all over again.
At this point, really.
She knew very well that her embarrassment only excited him more. And she was right.
As his fingers slowly traveled down between her legs, Cately cautiously parted her thighs.
Emil moved his lips slowly and asked,
“My lady. Would you allow me once more?”
“Mmm…”
Cately couldn’t meet his eyes. She kept her lips pressed together, face burning, releasing only hot, ragged breaths.
Her attitude was clearly consent.
Soon, Emil’s length pushed into her most secret place. Each time he entered her a little deeper, Cately twisted her body with feverish heat and cried out.
“Ugh, hnghh… Ah, aah…!”
Pleasure dripped from every one of her moans.
Panting, Cately whispered his name into his ear.
“Emil… Ah… Emil.”
Every time he moved, her slender waist trembled—sometimes softly, sometimes violently. Emil savored that secret rhythm as he rocked his hips.
The two of them overlapped, connected as one.
He bit her ear as if to devour her, licked the nape of her neck, held her with crushing strength, and poured his heat into her.
“Emil… I love you. I truly love you.”
Cately gasped the words between breaths.
Emil tried not to react to them.
Love, huh.
She seemed to adore that word.
As if she had escaped an obligatory marriage to her husband and finally found true love…
But to Emil, love was a cruel joke, a word that had no place in bed. It tried to bind people far too tightly.
“You are lovely as well, Cately.”
That was all he said before sealing her lips with his own. He had no desire to hear whatever she might say next.
His tongue persistently invaded her mouth.
In response, his hips moved even more fiercely.
A scorching heat rose from below.
“Hngh… Ha, Emil. Do you know something?”
Cately whispered in a voice thick with moisture.
“What is it?”
“What I said earlier… it was a lie.”
Earlier?
What had he said?
Reading the confusion on his face, Cately gave a sensual smile and continued.
“That today was a safe day. The truth is… I might get pregnant.”
“…!”
A chill ran down his spine.
When he looked at her, Cately narrowed her eyes and kept whispering.
“It’s fine. You already came inside me once anyway. So come inside me again… won’t you? Fill me with yours.”
“My lady, if this is a joke…”
“It’s real, Emil.”
Cately pressed her body even closer, refusing to let him go, and kept rolling her hips.
“Emil… are you scared?”
She panted with a provocative smile, breathing hot against him. So this was her provocation now.
Emil gladly answered it.
“Not at all.”
He slammed his hips down, crushing her beneath him with raw force. Beneath him, she let out moans that bordered on pain.
The moment it reached its peak, Emil drove himself deep and released everything inside her.
“Ah, aah…!”
From Cately’s entrance, thick white fluid flowed out, soaking the sheets.
“I’m tired. Damn it, I’m so tired.”
[Oh my, you say you’re tired but you went five times in a row? You really are a lecherous beast, Emil.]
At some point Pidea had woken up and, as always, spoke to him with a giggling laugh.
Emil shrugged his shoulders.
“When a woman spreads her legs right in front of you, there’s no way I could just pull up my pants… Wait, were you watching? How troublesome.”
Occasionally Pidea would secretly watch Emil’s intimate moments. It was quite inconvenient.
There had even been a time when she suddenly appeared mid-act and stared so intently that his arousal died instantly…
[Yeah. From a demon of lust’s perspective, that’s an excellent virtue. In that sense, you were truly magnificent. You really went at it like a beast… Mm. Beastly Emil.]
“Say whatever you want. Now that I’ve satisfied my lust, I need to satisfy my need for sleep.”
Just as he was about to lie down on the bed—
“Kyaaaaaah!”
A scream rang out.
“Ah, damn it—”
He clutched the back of his neck, wondering what fresh trouble this was, when he suddenly realized whose voice it belonged to.
“Leni… young miss?”
The moment the words left his mouth, Emil kicked the door open and ran out. His body moved on its own.
[Good grief, you’ve really become a nanny now. What a ridiculous sight. Ridiculous Emil.]
Pidea mocked him, but he didn’t hear her.
Was it the curse again? Or something even more dangerous?
As he rushed down the corridor, he ran into a maid who happened to be awake.
“Ah, Priest! Oh, wait a moment. There’s no need to run like that. Please calm down.”
“…What do you mean?”
In his urgency, his tone came out harsh. The maid answered, looking slightly frightened.
“That scream. You seem startled, but there’s no need to worry. The young miss had a nightmare. She screams like that almost every night.”
The maid spoke as if it were nothing.
Emil felt as if he had been struck in the head.
She had nightmares terrible enough to make her scream, and it happened frequently. And this maid had spoken of it so casually.
As if it were simply part of daily life.
And with just a hint of annoyance.
Damn it. She must have worried at first. But after a few days, she got used to it. Then when she heard that scream, she probably thought it was just noise and went back to sleep. Right?
The thought made his mood plummet.
Damn it, what fault did this maid have?
It wasn’t her responsibility that Leni had nightmares.
“I see… Thank you for telling me. Go back to sleep. I must go to the young miss.”
“Oh my, Priest. You really… have such a kind heart.”
A kind heart?
Emil had to suppress a bitter laugh.
Not wanting to say anything more, he sent the maid away.
Then he knocked on the door.
“Young miss Leni, it is Priest Emil! Is something wrong?”
There was no answer.
He knocked harder and called again.
“Young miss, are you alright?!”
Still no response.
There was no choice. He would have to go in.
He had already flung the door open once before. Doing it again shouldn’t earn him too much scolding.
“I’m coming in, young miss!”
When he opened the door, Leni was curled up in the corner of the bed. Even from a distance, he could see her body trembling violently.
“Young miss, are you alright?”
Instead of answering, Leni clutched her head, curled even tighter, and shook uncontrollably.
When he approached and placed a hand on her, her body flinched hard for a moment before going still.
“Ah… Sister?”
“Young miss Leni…!”
Then she suddenly threw herself into his arms and began to sob. He was taken aback.
This was the second time now.
“Sister… please help me. I’m so scared. Everyone hates me… They say I should disappear. Everyone hates me. Everyone is leaving me…”
Get a hold of yourself. I am Priest Emil.
The words rose to his throat but he couldn’t say them. Calming a crying child came first.
“It’s alright, young miss. It’s alright…”
He patted her trembling back. Leni only cried harder in his embrace.
Look at all that overflowing demonic energy. It’s because of the curse. The excess demonic energy is manifesting in the form of nightmares to torment her.
Pidea spoke indifferently.
“Sister… hic, it’s because of me. I’m a bad child, so I’m being punished. Hic. That’s why no one likes me. I don’t deserve to be happy…”
Leni clung tightly to him, still searching for her sister.
Emil held her close.
“Young miss, I don’t know if you can understand me right now… but that’s not true. Being good doesn’t bring a happy life, and being bad doesn’t bring misfortune.”
Emil comforted her without even fully realizing what he was saying.
“Look at me. A selfish man who only thinks of himself, living exactly as I please, committing every evil deed that could possibly have a name. I guarantee that your sins cannot be heavier than mine.”
[Ah, that’s certain. I can vouch for it.]
Emil ignored her and continued.
“Yet I am joyful and happy… at least right now. So please don’t say that you don’t deserve happiness.”
“…Do you really think so, Priest?”
Had she been listening?
When he looked down, their eyes met. Leni was sniffling, her face lifted toward him.
“Because of me, so many people have died. And even more people hate me. No one likes me. So how can I be happy? Do I even have the right?”
“Just as we are not born after asking for permission, life is the same, young miss. We don’t ask permission for every single breath we take. Rights and qualifications are unnecessary. It simply is.”
Leni fell silent.
For a while, the room was filled with their uneven breathing and occasional sniffles.
“…Priest. Thank you.”
Leni spoke in a stuffy, nasal voice.
Instead of answering, Emil simply pulled her into an even tighter embrace.
