“Whoa, it actually showed up.”
“It really did pop.”
To be honest, neither of them had expected a humanoid monster—let alone a female one, and a beautiful one at that—to appear twice in a row inside a low-rank gate. Both Park Jihun and Shin Jiyeon had assumed this run would be a bust. But what the hell was this?! Lady Luck had dropped a gorgeous female monster right in their laps, and not just any—she was a stunning white-haired wolf beastwoman.
“Look at those fluffy ears and that tail. Those sharp, wild eyes! Even the way she’s growling at us! Ah, Sunbae, I think I’m actually going to cry.”

The two of them were practically tearing up, voices thick with genuine emotion. Briana watched them, let out a long sigh that clearly said these two are hopeless, and decided she would at least stay focused. She kept her eyes locked on the boss monster—Kar—ready for anything.

Fortunately, Kar was too busy warily watching the three enemies in front of her to attack first.
“Alright then… shall we begin the female education session?”
“Yes! Yes! Break her in, Sunbae!”
The moment Jihun stepped forward to fight, the system alerts began to flash.

Magic power didn’t matter much yet since Jihun still had no idea how to use it properly, but the rest of his numbers were now high enough to rival a D-rank hunter. In a pure contest of strength, he wouldn’t lose to an E-rank boss like the wolf beastwoman Kar.

Jihun shouted the order and charged forward. With his massively boosted stats and the stiffness and intimidation debuffs from Alpha Male, he was certain this fight would end quickly.
The female-type monster is temporarily stiffened and intimidated.
Kar’s body twitched hard. Her ears and tail stood straight up from the stiffness—honestly kind of cute—but Jihun had already experienced Briana’s breast-based mental attack before. He didn’t hesitate. He swung his sword.
But the moment the blade whistled through the air—

Kar recovered from the stiffness far faster than expected. She twisted her body sideways, dodging the strike, then whipped her right leg around and slammed it into Jihun’s flank.

An incredible shock and pain exploded through his side. Jihun’s body was sent flying sideways. Whether it was because Kar fought with martial arts or simply because her wolf beastwoman body was insanely tough, the kick felt like being hit with a steel club.

If not for the composite plastic armor he’d borrowed from Another Guild, his bones definitely would have shattered. Even with his high strength and stamina stats reinforcing his body, the impact was no joke. A normal person would have been folded in half with ribs poking out.

But the attack wasn’t over. While Jihun was still reeling, Kar’s fist flew straight toward his face. It was a slender, beautiful hand, delicate as jade, yet Jihun knew exactly how devastating those limbs were after tasting her kick.
He barely managed to arch backward, avoiding the punch. If his agility hadn’t been close to D-rank levels, he never would have dodged it. The moment he created distance, he retreated even further. Any more hits like that and he’d be in real trouble.
She’s strong.
Jihun reassessed her. Kar was powerful. Her strikes used a solid, sturdy body. She had the natural agility of a wolf beastwoman, skilled martial arts, and this was while she was already suppressed by Alpha Male. Without the intimidation debuff, he would have been comboed into a KO already.
“Sunbae? Should I step in?”
“No, stay back for now.”
Shin Jiyeon might have to join eventually, but he refused for the moment. He had no idea what would happen to Alpha Male’s hidden taming ability if someone else interfered. Besides, Jihun was confident he wouldn’t lose.
Because even without Jiyeon, he wasn’t fighting alone.

A whip flew in from the side, wrapping tightly around Kar’s arm and locking it down.

“Nice, Briana! Good job!”
Jihun shouted praise at Briana, who was gripping the whip with both hands and pulling hard. He immediately charged at Kar, whose one arm was now sealed.
“Krsha! Titorka!”

Kar was shouting something unintelligible at Briana, but Jihun ignored it. He swung his sword at her.
Even with one arm bound, Kar twisted and turned, dodging every strike. If he gave her even the slightest opening, she would definitely free herself from the whip. He kept swinging wildly.
“Fuck…!”
He couldn’t land a single hit. Realizing this was going nowhere, Jihun came up with a plan.
He swung again at the exact same timing as before.
“Briana! Pull!”
“Kyaa!”
WHOOSH—
“Kyurr?!”
Briana yanked hard on the whip. Kar’s posture instantly collapsed, making it impossible for her to dodge. Jihun’s sword sheath, backed by 54 strength, smashed straight into her temple.
CRACK!
“Kyaaang! Kyaeng!”
A canine yelp that seemed impossible coming from such a beautiful woman burst out as her body staggered violently.
“Briana! Keep pulling!”
“Kyahu!”
Following Jihun’s command, Briana hauled on the whip again. Kar, already off-balance, was dragged down and slammed into the ground. Jihun immediately brought the sheath down on the back of her exposed head.
THWACK!
“Keheuk…”
With a deflating sound, Kar collapsed face-down on the floor.

Shin Jiyeon carefully loosened her hold. From the look on her face, she seemed slightly disappointed to separate from the beautiful beastwoman she’d been pressed against.

Jihun had been slightly worried she might lunge at him, but Kar simply stared at him with wide, innocent eyes as if asking why he wasn’t doing anything. That was all the confirmation he needed.
