The Giantess's Hammer
It wasn't plunder—it was a donation! A woman's chest holds the truths and principles of all creation. Before that transcendent power, men become weak, foolish animals. Mecha dinosaurs? Bipedal weapons? Who cares anymore. My body and soul now belong to this giantess. "I've decided. My starting summon will be this giantess noona."
"Are you certain? Once chosen, it cannot be changed."
"A real man doesn't go back on his word!"
"Understood. She is indeed powerful. However, you will soon learn that such strength demands its own price and responsibility."
After thoroughly enjoying the giantess's chest with my entire body, I asked to be put down. She carefully lifted me onto her palm and set me on the ground. She was enormous—no, not just her chest, her height too.
"Since you've chosen your summon, it's time to properly step into this new world."
"Finally!"
"Before you depart for the new world, wouldn't you like a new name?"
When the dwarf pointed his staff at me, a name input window appeared. Normally I'd slap together some random nickname in games, but this wasn't a game—it was reality. I needed to think carefully. Then a cool Western-style name flashed through my mind.
"I'll go with Marquelon."
> Is the name Marquelon correct?
"Yeah."
> Summoner Marquelon. Welcome to the new world.
"It was a pleasure meeting you, Marquelon. I wish you an enjoyable and happy life in this world."
The dwarf waved at me, and my vision blurred before I blacked out. That little shit looked like he was laughing at me, but it was probably just my imagination.
Heh heh, good morning, you strong and mighty morning. As for me, I'm Marquelon, the summoner who transmigrated into this world. Right now I'm walking alongside my summon, a beautiful and strong warrior woman. She's a giantess, but she can freely change her size. So right now she's walking right beside me at normal human height.
Who would've thought I'd end up traveling alone with such a pretty woman? This is exactly why people obsess over isekai and fantasy.
"Hey, Tirga? Do you know where we are?"
"I don't really know either, Master."
A good idea suddenly struck me. If I made Tirga return to her original giant size and climbed on her shoulders, maybe I'd spot a village from up high. So I climbed onto Tirga's shoulder after she grew back to giant size and looked around. Sure enough, a village appeared in the distance.
"Tirga, do you see that village over there?"
"Of course, Master. My eyes are incredibly sharp, you know!"
"Let's head there. Take me straight to the village like this."
She put me on her shoulder and started running. The air up high felt cool and refreshing. The ride quality wasn't bad either—no wonder the administrator called her a mount. The ground shook with every step, and monsters fled without even looking back. See that? This is the power of an SSS-rank summon!
We arrived at the village without any issues. But something seemed off—the place was in an uproar. The guards at the entrance dropped their weapons and ran, while people who looked like adventurers came rushing toward us.
Shit. This was clearly my mistake. To them, I must've looked like a villain bringing a monstrous giant to destroy the village.
"It's a monster! A monster appeared in the village!"
"We need to buy time for the villagers to evacuate! Everyone, form up!"
Before I could even explain, the adventurers attacked us. All kinds of magic flew toward Tirga, but it only created a lot of smoke—she didn't even blink. Her clothes got a little dirty, but the adventurers couldn't deal any meaningful damage.
"How laughable, these insects."
She slightly raised her foot and stomped the ground. A massive shockwave sent the adventurers flying into the air. The classic airborne effect. Seeing it in real life felt like watching movie CGI.
I couldn't just stand there gawking. If this continued, the village would be reduced to rubble. I couldn't destroy the first village I arrived at in this world.
"Tirga, stop attacking and shrink your body for now."
"Understood, Master."
Tirga's body shrank instantly like a deflating balloon, and suddenly I found myself being carried on her back. A man riding on a woman's back—this looked ridiculous. I stepped forward to clear up the misunderstanding and talk to them.
"Everyone, calm down. I'm not here to attack the village. I just came looking for a place to stay!"
"Shut up! You brought a giant to attack this village!"
The armored man leading the charge—an unpleasant-looking guy—rushed at me with his sword. Looks like talking was off the table. At least the language patch worked; we could understand each other. No need to study conversation.
But the guy who was charging so confidently got struck by lightning from somewhere and collapsed. His fancy armor was charred black—he must've been electrocuted.
"Damn it."
"How dare you point a blade at my master. I'll slaughter every last one of you."
A two-handed hammer fell from the sky and landed dramatically beside Tirga. She grabbed the weapon and took a batter's stance, as if ready to swing. Lightning crackled around the hammer—she was clearly about to unleash something powerful.
What do I do? If I stop her, the adventurers will probably kill me. But if I don't, they'll all die.
"Receive the wrath of Raido."
"Stop, Tirga!"
It was already too late. She swung the hammer like a batter, and a tremendous shockwave erupted from her, triggering an earthquake. Lightning rained down from the sky, frying the humans on the ground. It was literally a natural disaster-level power. She hadn't even chanted a spell—just swung a weapon.
Thanks to that, all the adventurers who tried to stop us were down, and part of the village lay in ruins. No need for a long explanation—this was completely fucked.
"Heh heh, that's the price for touching my master."
Ah, fuck. How did things end up like this? The dwarf's words flashed through my mind. Strong power comes with its own responsibility and price. Was this what he meant?
Committing a crime against the first village I encountered in this world. Even though I didn't do it directly, Tirga was my summon, so the responsibility was mine too.
An elderly man approached me from the ruined village in the distance. He knelt and begged desperately to me and Tirga.
"Please, my lord, spare our village. We'll give you everything we have..."
Give everything they have? That basically meant money, right? I didn't have a single coin on me, and I had no equipment either. At least my clothes had been changed to fit this world, but they were the same shabby starter outfit you get when creating a game character—uncomfortable as hell.
And more importantly, I needed money to roll the gacha! Right now, money was what I needed most. I've always needed money, but never this badly.
"Are you the village chief?"
"Yes, I am."
"Fine. Hand over everything you have and we'll leave. Also, don't tell anyone about what happened today. Otherwise, the entire village will be destroyed."
"U-understood."
The chief led me and Tirga to his house, ransacked it, and offered up money and anything valuable—clothes, food, miscellaneous items, and bags to carry them. This should be enough to travel for a while. Sure, it wasn't obtained through honest means, but when you're starving, you can't afford to be picky.
"An excellent plunder, Master. Your first spoils of war."
"Spoils of war?"
"Of course. It's only natural for the strong to plunder the weak."
Well, the Vikings did raid all across Europe. If that's Tirga's setting, then her words made sense. Maybe I'd been thinking too much like a modern person. This was a medieval fantasy world—completely different from the modern era with monsters and magic everywhere. I should think like someone from the dark ages of medieval Europe. Back then, armed knights and mercenaries robbing people was common, right? There were even robber barons.
Besides, while I had an SSS-rank summon, Tirga couldn't handle every aspect of my survival and life. She was ultimately just a tool. When it came to making a living, I couldn't afford to be selective about methods.
"You're right, Tirga. Let's get out of this village quickly."
"Is this enough spoils, Master? I could reduce the entire village to rubble if you wish."
"That's enough. I'll only take half of what we earned today."
A true pro gambler only takes half of their winnings. Not that I gamble, but if you think about it, gacha is basically gambling too, so whatever. Completely destroying the first village I saw felt wrong anyway, and this whole mess started from a misunderstanding. If we could move past it peacefully, that was fine by me.
Though the adventurers getting turned into electric roast chicken by Tirga's attack was a minor, adorable blunder on their part, at least it provided an excellent meal for hungry monsters. Very satisfying.
For now, I needed to find a place to stay tonight. In an ideal isekai fantasy, I'd be staying at the village inn or somewhere indoors, but my twisted isekai life had no such luxuries.
I rummaged through the bag the chief had given me. Inside was a single robe. If I used it as a blanket, it'd be decent enough to sleep in. In fantasy settings, robes are usually worn by mages or priests, but in medieval times, everyone wore them—they were easy to make, practical, and could be used as ground cloths or blankets while camping. In other words, perfect for surviving in this world.
"Tirga, let's find a good place to camp."
"Understood, Master."
