The saintess who had passed out from meditation came to and messaged me back.

For a religious person, one of the church's sacred relics disappearing forever from the world must feel like the sky falling.

I apologized sincerely to the saintess. Even if it was a gift, you don't just handle a mirror like that carelessly. It was an accident, sure, but the mirror vanishing was my fault for not managing it properly.

The chat with the saintess ended on that somewhat awkward note.

Next, I checked the gallery.

The story about the saintess collapsing had briefly dominated the feed, but it quickly got buried. Instead, posts about the so-called Warrior Subspecies—the second-job-changers—kept pouring in. The hype was even stronger than before.

But the Mirror Trial wasn't something I designed on purpose, so I feel a bit wronged...

Maybe... job changes need an upper dantian vessel ready for the power.
