Founder's Mischief
"Alright, sorry for the wait." Thanks to Nero burning the stew, we managed to slip out of the chaos for a moment. I had to remake breakfast from scratch after airing out the room, but seeing the two of them sitting side by side at a table that had felt lonely when I was alone brought an inexplicable smile to my face.
"I was going to do it myself..." ...It’s completely ruined, and it’s all because of that tiny thing copying my clothes...
From my perspective, I’d already seen the girl walking around in that black dress before, so I thought the opposite was true, but there was no need to say it out loud. I decided to keep to myself that they looked exactly like sisters—or rather, a young mother and her daughter.
"The rice came out fine, though. Thanks to you, I saved some trouble. You know how to cook too?"
"...Well, yeah. I’ve always been watching from the side."
"Ah." Like the saying goes, three years at a village school... or something like that? In this case, it wasn’t a dog, and it wasn’t a cat either... was it?
"You’ll eat too, right, Founder?"
"Yeah! But I want that one."
"...?"
Worried whether the two of them would like the ordinary food I usually ate, I set down the bowls and spoons. The black-haired girl stretched out her pale arm and pointed at something with her dainty finger. In that direction sat Nero’s cooking, now half-burnt and crackling so badly it could hardly be called stew anymore. I looked at the girl’s face again to confirm, but she was still smiling brightly and pointing straight at it.
"I appreciate you looking out for me, Founder, but the burnt smell is pretty strong..."
"Oh, so that was the problem?"
I was about to say it was fine, but the girl simply twirled her finger once in the air.
"...?"
Then, to my surprise, the burnt smell that had been clinging stubbornly inside my nose vanished in an instant. It didn’t fade gradually—it disappeared all at once, as if the smell had only ever been my imagination. Left with no choice, I brought the pot over as she requested.
"Time to eat~"
"...You...?"
Nero’s wary expression softened considerably as she watched the girl clumsily grip her spoon like a fist and begin eating the ruined dish with obvious delight.
"Mmm... yum yum... Sorry, I was going to give this to Oppa, but I ate it instead."
"That’s... fine..."
It was ruined because of that guy in the first place... but still... why?
Because she was eating it so genuinely, both Nero and I could only glance at each other awkwardly.
"Whether it’s an object or food... if someone’s heart went into it, you have to cherish it."
"..."
"Ah, so that’s why it tastes so good."
And was this an illusion too? When the girl paused with her spoon halfway to her mouth, I clearly felt a spark of desire in her eyes.
"This is definitely for Oppa to eat!"
"Mmph?!"
"What are you doing?! Why are you feeding him first? And that’s the spoon you used!"
The girl shoved her own spoon straight into my mouth, smiling innocently as her pure eyes demanded I swallow right away. In the end, breakfast turned into complete chaos as well, but I felt relieved knowing Founder was properly looking after Nero as I’d asked. Of course, that didn’t mean the two of them had made peace.
"...Uuungh... There... right there, feels gooood..."
After cleaning up, I sank onto the sofa I’d ordered last time, exhausted. The girl came running over, her long hair trailing behind her, and climbed onto my lap, demanding to be petted.
"Oppa’s hands... big and warm... feels so gooood..."
"You mean my hands, right? Hands."
"Mm-hmm..."
Nero, who had taken over the dishes for me, shook the water from her hands, hung up her apron, and had been standing in the kitchen staring at us with intense eyes for a while now.
"..."
That’s supposed to be my spot. Not only did she suddenly show up and ruin my plans, now she’s trying to steal what’s mine too...?
The cold glare that matched her unusually subdued voice made my cheek sting. While I was internally agonizing over what to do, my hand paused for a moment and my eyes met the girl’s as she looked up at me.
"Are you going to neglect your only reason for existing?"
"Ah... no, it’s not that."
"Hmm~ Or maybe you prefer that kind of body after all..."
"Huh?"
After glancing at Nero, the girl stood up. With her bare feet, she kicked her long hair aside into a coil on the floor, then spun around once right in front of me. And then... she began to grow.
"Uh... uhh?"
She stretched her legs long like Nero’s, enlarged her chest and hips to create a mature woman’s figure. Her facial contours sharpened, the line of her jaw becoming distinct from her pale neck, until she had crafted a face so strikingly similar to her previous childlike self that one could only say she’d grown up beautifully. Her round eyes still matched her bright smile, but the person standing before me now was no longer a girl—she was a fully grown woman.
"...What... what is that?"
Already wearing the same black hair and black dress, Nero—who had been devastated at having her identity stolen—had at least been confident that her own figure was much closer to my tastes... but even that was effortlessly taken away.
"Hup~"
Thud!
The girl, now transformed into a woman in an instant, flung her long hair and threw herself into my arms. Startled by the sudden flood of soft feminine curves and scent enveloping me, I stiffened. She pressed her chest firmly against me without any intention of holding back and wrapped her thighs tightly around my waist.
"How is it...? With this body, you can focus on petting me more, right?"
This... this was far beyond anything my meager imagination could have prepared for. While I flailed my hands, unsure how to respond, an irritated voice struck my ear.
"You—you’re just sitting there grinning like an idiot...! I can’t take it anymore."
"Nero?!"
Nero shoved the girl off my shoulder, freeing me from the warm prison of those thighs, then pressed herself into the now-empty half of my lap. Of course, the transformed girl refused to yield more than exactly half.
"...Whoa."
This... was a sight to behold. From this angle, they looked like twins with completely opposite personalities...
"P-pet me too!"
"What..."
"You’ve always been petting me everywhere, so why that reaction now?"
Well, that was when she was still a cat. Now her figure had become so seductive that I didn’t even know where to look...
"Hehe, are we competing? I’ve always gotten pets from Oppa whenever we met too."
"I’ve been getting pets from Master long before you ever met him, you know?"
The two of them pressed their dangerously curvaceous bodies against me while bickering cutely about who got more pets, and I could barely keep up with the situation. Not because of anything else, but because I was too busy making sure nothing awkward happened while I was sandwiched between their voluptuous figures.
"Hey... don’t fight. I’ve got two hands, after all...?"
"Master, stay out of it!"
No... if I stay out of it, that’s going to be a problem. They’re fighting because of me in the first place.
"Ehehe... That won’t do."
"Hah?"
With a soft rustle, her long hair collapsed once, and before I knew it she had returned to her small girl form. Her tiny hands cupped Nero’s cheeks firmly.
"Family members shouldn’t fight."
"..."
Even though she was still smiling brightly, something about her tone made Nero nod meekly a few times while her cheeks were held. Only then did the girl let go.
"You should apologize to Oppa for yelling at him."
"That’s... Master... I’m sorry."
It was a mumbled apology with her eyes averted, but the girl seemed satisfied that it had been delivered.
"Just like Oppa said, there are two hands..."
"..."
Somehow we reached a compromise where I could hold and pet both of them at once, but...
"Mmm..."
It ended up looking like something straight out of a third-rate movie—the kind where the villain has a beauty on each arm. It was incredibly extravagant. Not that I was complaining. I wasn’t complaining, but while one side was once again the small girl, the other side was still... the sensation of her skin against my arm was so pleasant it made me go rigid. It was putting me to the test—whether I should get excited or definitely shouldn’t.
"What’s with you? You haven’t been petting at all. You’re only spoiling that side... Is it because she yelled once? She already apologized!"
"Ah... no."
It was just... there were reasons. Seeing Nero puff up her cheeks so much that she looked ready to burst into tears at the slightest poke made my heart ache terribly. With that seductive appearance, her sulky expression looked adorably mismatched... of course it was overwhelming. And on top of that, the guilt of harboring indecent thoughts toward Nero was driving me insane.
"Pfft, looks like Oppa prefers that side after all."
"...Nngh."
I responded to the girl’s cute upward glance with an awkward smile. ...It seemed only Founder understood what I was going through. Her original goal had been to get petted by me, so she must have quickly noticed I was struggling for another reason and returned to her child form. Nero, on the other hand, looked like she’d be extremely skilled in this kind of situation from the outside...
"What? What do you mean by that...?"
She had a surprisingly airheaded side to her, or should I say...
