Logistics Live Stream
"Brothers, I think I really gotta go grind some loading and unloading to earn my damn meal money."
130,000 won left after buying the mouse. Run logistics and get another 130,000, totaling 260,000. Meal budget at 40,000, plus 7,000 for cola and water, so plenty of wiggle room. I could last a week. Just one day at logistics and I'd hold out till settlement. Pride be damned—I seriously needed to hit the logistics center and earn a day's wage.
The chat seemed to think it was all a joke, still cracking up among themselves. But I was dead serious.
The next day, I showed up at the office in black track pants, baggy black hoodie, black cap pulled low, and black mask. The office still reeked of mixed coffee and stale cigs.
"Hello, uncles!"
I bellowed my greeting just like the first time. Figured hat and mask during hellos was rude, so off they came. The ajusshis sipping coffee around the room turned to stare.
"…?"
"……."
Same reaction as before. Like, how dare this chick invade our sacred logistics office? We'd sweated and bled together one night—forgotten me already? My heart was breaking.
"Aigoo! Who is this? It's Jua!"
"Huh? Jua? Couldn't recognize you all bundled up!"
"Ah, hello! You remember me!"
"Heh heh, how could I forget a comrade we suffered with?"
The unfamiliar ajusshis gawked slack-jawed, but the ones I knew welcomed me warmly.
'….'
Almost teared up.
"But… what brings you back? Thought you'd quit after that day since we haven't seen you."
"Eh, I come whenever I need cash. Today I'm gonna grind sorting real good and head out."
I clenched my fist as I answered, but their faces turned subtle. They accepted me as a comrade… but sorting wasn't "real" work yet, huh. Nearly pouted, barely held it in.
"Uh… Jua, you actually came?"
"…We talked yesterday."
"Yeah, but honestly thought you wouldn't show."
Kim Team Leader emerged from his desk, peering over his monitor, greeting me like an old pal. He strode right up, eyes scanning me top to bottom. Unlike our first meeting's what the hell is this girl doing here? glare. Now he finally saw my worth.
"Team Leader, can you assign me to loading or unloading today?"
He'd recognized my value, so I boldly requested it. He scratched his head awkwardly.
"Uh… loading/unloading? Jua, that's way harder than sorting—no comparison."
"Taking the same pay for just sorting every time feels too sorry…."
"Aigoo, we're actually short on sorters. Like last time, just hit line 13 and help out. With you there, that line's speed doubles anyway."
"…?"
Sorters short? Anyone from loading could sort easy peasy for honey work. He cut me off and shoved me back to sorting. Not content with that, the ajusshis crammed me into the van's passenger seat again. Pride taking scratches already. But to earn gukbap money, had to obey.
On the way to Sintan Hub, I cautiously asked Team Leader, "Um… I started streaming on Prism. Mind if I stream while working?"
"Uh… Had a vlog guy before, checked with higher-ups. As long as no other faces or invoice numbers show."
Sorting station's fixed anyway. Rig the camera on a box to just catch my spot. Warn folks to stay clear of line 13. Invoices wouldn't show—shooting low-res, zoomed it'd be pixel soup.
'Better test it just in case.'
Arrived at Minkuk Logistics Daejeon Hub (Sintan Hub). Same familiar noise, dust, exhaust—like coming home. Unlike last time abandoned like an outcast, this time laughing and chatting with the ajusshis as we headed in.
Familiar faces right away: Park Gun, Irezumi bro, Anchovy buddy. They spotted me and waved happily.
"Jua!"
"You're back! Great to see you."
"Everyone good? No high school kid?"
"Ah, Do-hyuk? He comes once or twice a month."
Ajusshis were one-night comrades. These guys? Hotter bond. Like war buddies who'd bled together. Couldn't help but be thrilled.
"Jua, line 13 sorting today? Nice! Park Gun and me on 13 loading. Today no slacking… I mean, let's fight on."
"Yeah, fighting!"
Irezumi bro hadn't spilled about my streaming. No one mentioned it. Awkward to bring up first, but needed permission.
"Um, I started on Prism… mind if I stream from my spot? Turn it off if it's weird."
"Huh? Nah, I don't mind… but you cool announcing you're streaming?"
Manly Irezumi didn't care about filming. Just checking if okay to reveal. I'd asked for secrecy before, funny to out myself, but whatever. Pro streamer now. Can't skip for lack of food cash. Make it work, or consider hiatus later.
"…Just not sweating it big. No one knows me anyway."
"Huh? They'd recognize your back from a mile away…?"
"Eh, overkill joke."
I admit I'm hot. Hair like shampoo ad, figure better than Insta models. But back alone? Bullshit.
Irezumi, true fan, hyped me up. Quiet Park Gun and Anchovy nodded okay too.
"Fine by me, just no faces. But… you two close now?"
"Ah… this bro donated on my stream."
"…Whoa really?"
Park Gun and Anchovy stared holes at Irezumi. First donor they'd seen.
Team Leader approved. Line mates too.
"I'll tell the others."
"For real? Thanks."
Irezumi, logistics super insider, handled crowd control. Rigged phone on empty pallet/box by rail bollard. Unless bumped, perfect for filming me sorting. Checked for invoices—pixel city, as expected.

"Everyone… this is the logistics center? Not started yet, so I'll just show the floor for now, bear with me."
"Bros, site security, can't show other faces or invoice numbers, so camera fixed on my spot later? Bear the boredom. If it's too annoying, I'll end stream and go home kill myself."

"Early birds, explain to newcomers please."
While soothing chat, Irezumi approached.
"Whoa… kinda cool. Streaming, huh. Here, gloves."
"…Brought a ton again?"
"Haha, didn't know when you'd return, so stocked up."
Irezumi tossed 4M gloves and left. Anchovy followed with ice water.
"Ice water here, keep by your side."
"Ah… thanks."
Same start as before.
'…Not gonna sabotage again, right?'
This time phone rigged at my spot. They hate faces, but helping means on cam. No way they'd steal boxes then.
Pocketed Irezumi's gloves, set Anchovy's water under spot, leaned waist on belt, arms propped, checked chat. Floor-only shot forced the pose.
Irezumi and Park Gun's assist would cred my logistics tales. Prove no bullshit. They'd buy 8-year vet status. Maybe even the TS.
Grinned at chat.
