The Rakshasa Sisters' Bloody Hunt
Night was falling near Gireunsan, the moment to wrap things up. Two women were cornering and tormenting a man. The sisters shared sharp, spirited eyes and strikingly similar features—no surprise, since they were blood sisters. The eldest and second daughters of the Sagong family: Sagong Heryeong and Sagong Hemi.
"Aigoo, ladies! Th-this lowly one has nothing to do with any demonic cults, I swear! I don't even know the 'demon' in demon!"
The man pleaded desperately. He had a sleazy, rat-like look that rubbed people the wrong way, but he didn't seem inherently evil.
"Bullshit!"
Thwack!
"Oof!"
Sagong Hemi kicked him mercilessly in the chest. He crumpled limply to the ground.
"I saw you sneaking peeks at us like a filthy rat, you pervert—where do you get off lying through your teeth?!"
"Th-that's not... it wasn't like that..."
"Not like that?"
Sagong Heryeong's voice was ice-cold, her piercing gaze enough to freeze a man solid.
"Y-yes... I mean, you're right."
The man dropped to his knees again, clasping his hands and groveling.
"Then spit it out straight—what was it?"
"Sis!"
Sagong Hemi scowled, but Sagong Heryeong raised a hand.
"Let's hear him out first. Speak."
"Y-yes, ma'am... I-I just... you two ladies are so beautiful, I couldn't help but stare..."
He scrambled for excuses.
"Is that so?"
"Yes, yes! That's the truth!"
His head bobbed frantically now that the story seemed to be landing.
But—
"Filthy trash."
Snick!
Sagong Heryeong's sword flashed. A wet slicing sound echoed as something was severed. Crimson blood sprayed high.
Thud.
His severed arms hit the dirt, limp and useless.
"Gaaahhhh!"
The man's agonized scream tore through the night as he writhed in unimaginable pain, suddenly armless.
"Heehee, that's my sis."
Sagong Hemi finally cracked a satisfied grin.
"Trash like this—who sneaks peeks at women's bodies—ain't worth the air he breathes."
Sagong Heryeong flicked the blood from her blade like shaking off filth.
"Right you are, sis. Want me to finish him?"
"Go ahead."
"Heehee, yeah. Letting scum like this live would just spread nasty rumors."
"Guhhh... p-please... spare... guh... mercy... please... live..."
Even in torment, he begged for his life.
But Sagong Hemi looked like a kid with a fun new toy.
"Nah? I'm gonna kill you, though?"
"Guuh... p-please..."
"'Please' ain't gonna save you."
Whoosh! Splat!
Her sword cleaved his neck in one stroke. Blood gushed out. Sagong Hemi let it splash her on purpose.
"Heeheehee, heeheehehehe."
Lick.
She stuck out her tongue, lapping the blood from her lips. No one would peg her for a righteous martial artist. Rakshasa Sword Fairy—her chilling moniker was well-earned.
"Such a mess."
Sagong Heryeong shook her head in disbelief.
Then—
Flutter flutter.
A bird's wings beat the air. A messenger pigeon.
Sagong Heryeong's expression shifted.
"From home."
"Aw, we were just getting started."
Sagong Hemi grumbled as her sister coaxed the pigeon onto her hand. A letter was tied to its leg. She read it immediately.
And—
"Urgent...?"
Her eyes widened. The Sagong family's messages were graded by urgency—this marked the most critical.
"What? Urgent?!"
Sagong Hemi's eyes bulged too. Shocking news for them both.
"What's it say?"
"...Someone sent a creepy warning to the manor. Announcing an intrusion."
"What? Just a prank?"
Sagong Heryeong shook her head.
"No. If it were a mere joke, Mother wouldn't have sent this herself."
Mok Un-gyo was cautious to a fault— she wouldn't cry "urgent" lightly.
"Yeah, true."
Sagong Hemi clenched her fist.
"Tch, which crazy bastards are targeting our home?"
"They must think we're pushovers since we've been quiet."
"Ha, yeah. Time to show 'em a real lesson—make sure no one dares look down on us again."
"Anyway, let's go, sis. Better hurry before it's too late."
"Right, sis."
The sisters mounted up and raced back to the Sagong family manor.
The Sagong family manor was quiet. At least on the surface. It was never bustling anyway, tucked away in a remote village outskirts with few passersby. Nothing seemed amiss.
"You think it'll be okay, young master?"
Jang Il asked with a hint of worry. A total tyrant with women, yet skittish about this.
Bang So-un chuckled.
"Of course. People don't pay that much attention to their neighbors' business."
Of course, if it dragged on, it'd blow up. But a day or two? No issue. Even if something unexpected cropped up...
"And we've got the lady of the house, right?"
Exactly. Sagong family matriarch Mok Un-gyo. As long as she was up and about, healthy as ever, nothing could go wrong. Her presence proved all was well.
"Oh, right! Yeah, with that bitch in place, no worries."
Jang Il's face relaxed.
"Told you."
Bang So-un grinned. They were back at the Golden Dragon Battlefield's Gansu branch—a perfect alibi. As long as they stayed here, no one would suspect them of the Sagong massacre later.
Of course, that was daytime cover. Come night, they'd slip back unseen.
"But what if those bitches get home before we do?"
Jang Il blinked.
"No problem there either."
Bang So-un dismissed it casually.
"We're not much help anyway, right?"
"Kinda... but sending Jeolhwadae means we're covered. Leaving Yeon Su-rin alone feels a bit iffy..."
Everyone but Yeon Su-rin had come to Gansu for the alibi. So only Yeon Su-rin and Mok Un-gyo were at the manor.
"Haha, no need to worry. I said it already—the lady of the house has it handled."
Bang So-un laughed.
"Huh?"
"Think about it. Her own daughters trust her more than anyone. If Mom suddenly attacks, you think those girls stand a chance?"
"Whoa, yeah!"
Jang Il's face lit up in realization. He hadn't thought that far.
Explains why he needed babysitting, despite his talents. All that brainpower funneled into degrading women.
Bang So-un smirked inwardly.
"Odds are, by the time we get there tonight, it'll all be wrapped up neat."
Sound prediction. Tonight was perfect to tie up Gansu loose ends.
"Haha, if you say so, young master, it's as good as done."
Jang Il laughed.
Deep into the quiet night. Black-clad figures vaulted the manor walls. Jeolhwadae. Two carried their masters on their backs.
They reached the inner quarters in seconds. The doors yawned wide, welcoming intruders.
That alone confirmed it for Bang So-un: Yeon Su-rin and Mok Un-gyo had handled everything cleanly.
"Halt."
Jeolhwadae stopped. Bang So-un and Jang Il dismounted.
Yeon Su-rin and Mok Un-gyo prostrated before them, foreheads to the dirt.
"Welcome home, young master."
"Welcome, Great Master."
Polite greetings, utterly natural. But anyone seeing this would gape in shock—especially at the matriarch. The proud lady of the Sagong house, proving with her body that she wasn't the true owner. Kneeling like a slave, forehead ground in utter submission. Using the ultimate honorific "Master" reserved for slaves, laced with formal deference.
Bang So-un savored it. Being treated like a god by another man's wife in her own home? A singular thrill. Even identical prostration at Golden Dragon Battlefield couldn't compare.
He decided to amp it up.
"Mok Un-gyo."
"Yes, Great Master."
"Crawl over here and lick my shoes like the dog you are."
"As you command, Great Master."
She crawled forward, ass swaying side to side.
Suddenly, Bang So-un raised a hand.
"Stop."
"Yes, Great Master."
"Why, young master?"
Jang Il tilted his head.
"Haha, changed my mind. Better to make her do it in front of her daughters—that'll hit different."
Bang So-un's smile twisted.
"Ah, got it. Heh, yeah—way more special."
Jang Il nodded eagerly.
Bang So-un turned to Yeon Su-rin.
"Yeon-mae."
"Yes, young master."
"You caught the prey, I take it?"
"Of course, young master."
Just as he'd predicted. Yeon Su-rin and Mok Un-gyo had ambushed the returning daughters.
"Lead the way."
Bang So-un's voice thrummed with excitement for what was to come.
