A Homemade Dinner and an Unexpected Confession
“Huh? Why?” I looked at Sujeong, pretending I had absolutely no idea what she meant.
“That… Eating that kind of stuff all the time isn’t good for your health.”
Hm. It sounded exactly like something my mom would say. Well, it wasn’t like spam or instant noodles were exactly health food. There was clear determination in her expression.
“Still, this is about all I can manage to eat. I don’t know how to cook.”
I gave her the answer she was looking for. In truth, the only things I could make were ramen and fried rice. Ordering delivery was convenient, but I wasn’t exactly rolling in enough cash to do it constantly.
Her eyes sparkled as if she’d been waiting for me to say exactly that.
“Then… That’s it! Come over to my place!”
“Your place?”
“Yeah. I’ll cook for you…!”
The way she clasped her hands together with such a resolute expression was adorable. I glanced at her shopping basket.
“So that’s why you bought so many ingredients?”
“Well… yeah.”
Kang Sujeong smiled, looking a little embarrassed. I was more than happy to accept. A beautiful woman cooking for me personally? I was genuinely looking forward to it. They call it a woman’s touch for a reason. Come to think of it, this would be the first time I’d ever eaten a meal an actual female friend had made for me.
“Will you… come?”
She looked up at me with slightly trembling eyes. It was a killer expression.
“Is that really okay? I feel bad making you cook for me.”
“Not at all! I actually love cooking.”
It didn’t seem like a lie. I chuckled and put the spam back on the shelf.
“Alright. Shall we go then?”
“Yes!”
Kang Sujeong organized the ingredients she had bought. Jinhyun told her he would put the drinks away and come right up.
“Whew. Perfect!”
She was confident in her cooking. She usually cooked for herself, so she was used to it. Maintaining her rather nice figure was partly thanks to her balanced eating habits.
Ugh. Even so, I do have a bit of fat…
She pinched her own stomach. A small amount of pudge was caught between her thumb and forefinger. She was on a diet because of it, but the weight refused to budge. Yehwa kept telling her she didn’t need to lose any, but Sujeong was still self-conscious about it.
Maybe having a little is actually better?
Would Cheon Jinhyun like this?
Master… No, no. What am I thinking!! Though that person does seem to like bellies…
The man who forced himself on her every single day. Their encounters happened without missing a single day. Starting a week ago, he had ordered her to call him Master, and she had been doing so ever since. Just yesterday he had finished inside her five times. Once in her mouth, four times inside. She was starting to worry about getting pregnant, but he had firmly told her there was no need to worry about that. And indeed, there had been no signs. Thank goodness for small mercies…
Ugh…
Honestly, just thinking about it now made her nipples and clit tingle. But she couldn’t keep living like this forever. She already liked Cheon Jinhyun, yet every day she was being summoned by someone else and forced to have sex. The guilt was eating her alive.
What would happen if Jinhyun ever found out? But because that other man used some kind of supernatural power to call her, she couldn’t resist at all.
If my confession succeeds today… I’ll ask him to end that relationship.
If she told him everything with complete sincerity, maybe he would listen. Even though her body had started reacting automatically the moment the clock hit four o’clock, she shook her head. The maddening pleasure was surely nothing but an illusion. She didn’t like the man who forced himself on her. She only liked Cheon Jinhyun. Once she started dating Jinhyun… once their relationship progressed into one that was filled with love, it would surely feel much better. With that thought, she finished organizing the rest of the ingredients.
After tossing the drinks I bought into the fridge, I headed up to her place, apartment 501. She was wearing an apron. It was a cute bear-themed one that looked like it had come straight out of a cartoon. Was she aiming for this reaction?
“C-come on in…”
“Why are you so embarrassed?”
“I’m not~! It’s just… the house is a little messy.”
She said that, but her apartment was actually very well organized. I had been keeping my own place tidy lately too, but there was clearly a difference in our standards of cleanliness.
Hmm. There was also a strangely nice smell… What was it? It seemed like she had hurriedly sprayed air freshener, but underneath it I could catch a whiff of what I thought was Sujeong’s own scent.
“W-what are you doing!”
She lightly smacked my arm.
“What’s wrong?”
“Stop sniffing like that…”
Hm. I guess I had been blatantly flaring my nostrils. But what was I supposed to do when she smelled so good?
“Is this where you do your streams?”
“Yeah. It’s smaller than you expected, right?”
The small room barely fit a single computer and a large desk. The studio apartment had a combined living room and kitchen, one bathroom on the right, and this small room on the left. She used the small room for streaming and kept her bed in the space next to the kitchen that functioned like a living area.
“I’ll start cooking now. Just relax.”
“Okay.”
I sat at the small dining table and watched her cook. She was still wearing the clothes she had gone out in, with the apron layered on top, and was currently slicing onions. Most people would have changed into something more comfortable, but it seemed she wanted to keep looking pretty for me.
“Isn’t it uncomfortable?”
I asked while resting my chin on my hand, staring at her back.
“Not at all~”
She answered without the slightest hesitation.
“It’s actually fun. This is the first time I’ve ever cooked for someone other than my parents.”
“I see.”
The first time. There was something suggestive about those words. My brain was completely in the gutter.
“But just watching me like that will get boring… Oh! You can use the computer in the other room. Legend League is installed. The password is 0224.”
“Is it okay to tell me the password so casually?”
“It’s fine. I can always change it later if I need to~”
Password 0224. Was that her birthday? I should make a note of it.
“It’s a good computer, so it shouldn’t lag. There are lots of other games installed besides Legend League.”
“Really?”
Legend League. It was rare to find a computer that didn’t have that game. Well, I had lost my parents in that game about fifty times before I quit… If I added up all the money I spent back then, it was easily over three hundred thousand won. Thinking about it now, I regretted it.
From the tone of her voice, it was clear she was a gamer. The computer in the small room looked flashy even at a glance. It was a top-of-the-line setup that didn’t match the humble studio at all. The case was shiny, and she had dual monitors. I wouldn’t mind trying it out sometime. It wasn’t like I hated PC games.
But…
“It’s okay. Watching you is more fun.”
“R-really? Hmm…”
I quietly watched her cook. What I had told her wasn’t a lie. Honestly, watching her was more entertaining than playing any game. Even from behind, her clean lines were obvious. Maybe it was because her body stats were close to 70. She really was incredible.
Her hips are insane too.
It wasn’t just her chest that was impressive; her pelvis was perfectly shaped. The way her ass swayed while she cooked made me want to take her from behind right there. I almost instinctively reached out to smack it out of habit.
Later, I’ll have to make her wear a naked apron.
As I imagined all the different plays I would do once she was completely mine, the food was finished before I knew it.
“Whew. All done~!”
“I’ll help you carry it.”
“No, no. It’s fine. Just sit there.”
She brought over steaming white rice and soft tofu stew. On top of that, she had prepared a whole array of side dishes—seaweed, rolled omelette, kimchi, braised tofu, and more. It was practically a feast fit for a king.
“Whoa. You made this much…”
I was genuinely impressed. It was like she had prepared everything because she didn’t know what I liked. In contrast, her own bowl contained only a tiny mouse-sized portion of rice and soup.
“Aren’t you eating too little?”
“It’s fine. I have to eat this little if I want to diet.”
“Come on, you don’t need to diet. You’re already pretty.”
“Hehe. Thanks.”
Even a simple compliment brought a gentle smile to her face. Then she briefly glanced down at her own stomach.
“You… You don’t happen to like bellies—!”
“Bellies?”
“N-nothing! Hurry up and eat.”
“Alright~. Thanks for the meal.”
She shook her head hurriedly and urged me to start. The moment I took a spoonful of the stew, a warm energy spread through my whole body.
“Oh?”
“H-how is it…?”
She watched me with a nervous expression, waiting for my next words.
“It’s seriously delicious. Did you take cooking classes or something?”
“No~ I learned from my mom. Hehe. I’m glad you like it.”
She looked absolutely happy.
“I love soft tofu stew. Did you know that?”
“Yeah. I saw you eating it before.”
“Ah, I see.”
Honestly, it was way better than I had expected. Every side dish was top-tier. I had been ready to lie and say it was good even if it tasted bad, but the food was so good I couldn’t have said anything negative even if I tried.
“There’s more, so tell me if you want seconds.”
She smiled as she watched me eat.
“Thanks. Whoever marries you is going to be really happy, Sujeong.”
“M-marriage…”
I meant it. It had been so long since I’d had a proper home-cooked meal like this. She lowered her head for a moment, looking shy, then seemed to make up her mind about something and spoke.
“…Jinhyun. What’s your ideal type?”
“Huh? Ideal type?”
“Yeah. Like… a smart woman or something, right?”
She tried to sound casual, but the way her eyes were trembling showed how much courage it had taken her to ask.
“Hmm. Ideal type, huh…”
I thought for a moment before answering honestly. The answer had been decided from the start anyway.
“A pretty woman, of course. Oh, and a woman with a great body is good too.”
That’s right! I was going to build my own harem kingdom filled with the most beautiful women in the world!
“…Tch. Not that kind of answer.”
She gave me a sidelong glance. I had been serious, though. Still, I could guess what kind of answer she actually wanted. I chuckled and continued.
“Well. A woman who’s good at cooking is nice.”
“R-really?”
“Yeah. And I also like a woman who wears an apron with a bear on it while cooking.”
“Eh…?”
Sujeong’s eyes filled with slight panic. She looked down at her own chest. A smiling baby bear was printed right over her ample breasts.
“I like women who enjoy games, and women who go for walks with me every day too.”
I didn’t stop there.
“Especially a woman who cooks for me like this… I really like you, Sujeong.”
“……”
“So let’s date. Sujeong.”
“So let’s date. Sujeong.”
Her heartbeat was so loud she could hear it in her ears. Kang Sujeong couldn’t believe what she had just heard.
I got confessed to?
She had been planning to confess today. Even if it didn’t go well, she had told herself she would just smile awkwardly and move on. But she had been hit with a completely unexpected counterattack.
“F-for real…?”
“Of course it’s for real.”
“You’re not joking, right?”
“Do I look like I’m joking right now?”
No. He didn’t. His expression was completely serious. His eyes were looking straight into hers. What the… So it wasn’t just me who liked him. What a relief. The tension drained out of Kang Sujeong in an instant.
“Hey. Why are you crying?”
“Huh?”
Jinhyun stood up and gently wiped away the moisture at the corner of her eye. She hadn’t even noticed the tiny tears. Was it from the released tension, or from happiness? Probably both. When his large thumb brushed her eye once, Sujeong’s face flushed bright red.
“……”
“……”
Their eyes met. She had never experienced an atmosphere like this before, but instinctively she knew exactly what kind of situation this was. In that strange, electric mood, Sujeong closed her eyes first and slightly puckered her lips.
