Angel Magical Girls (4)
Brunhild, the angel directly under Michaela, had donned her full armor for the first time in ages. This armament wasn't originally hers—it had been bestowed upon her personally by Einsl herself. The pristine white armor and sword, untouched by any corruption, seemed to swell her faith just by looking at them.
"Sss... this is Valkyrie armament."
Simply wearing it made power surge through her entire body. It wasn't her imagination. There wasn't a single spot lacking in strength. The sensation of receiving Einsl's blessing directly made her feel like she'd become a god herself.
Michaela had permitted her to wear this gear. That alone spoke volumes about the gravity of the situation. For the first time, not a gate incident but a monster human had killed one angel and left three missing. The fates of those three angels remained unknown.
As an emergency measure, Brunhild had received Michaela's ability, Angel's Blessing, and now stood alone at the site where they had vanished.
No, not bait. She was a warrior sent to capture that monster human. Her condition was at its peak. More perfect than ever.
As she closed her eyes briefly to steady her mind, a black sphere began forming above Brunhild's head.
A gate.
"Response confirmed. The reactions are... ange... three angels...?"
"Pardon? Angels?"
"But..."
Brunhild didn't doubt Michaela's words, but all she could see before her was a single man who looked like a monster human.
Gulp.
"I suspect the latter."
"The life signs are strong. If he'd simply eaten and absorbed them, they wouldn't register this vividly."
"I'm not sure either. Shall I engage?"
"Understood."
With permission to engage granted, Brunhild scrutinized the man closely. Sometimes, appearance offered clues to abilities. He stood about 180cm tall with a small face. But he wasn't human—his face was pitch black, his mouth torn wide with razor-sharp teeth that sent chills down her spine. His body was perfection itself, proportions and muscles flawless. At his waist hung a rapier, and he wore black armor resembling angelic plate but in the opposite color—pure antithesis.
Hard to judge from looks alone. Then—
Whoosh!
She flapped her wings and swung her sword at him. Thus began their fierce exchange. They traded blows too fast for the eye to follow until Brunhild activated her ability, Super Vibration.
Vrrr...
Her sword began vibrating at microscopic, hyper speeds. To neutralize him, she targeted the middle of his rapier blade.
Clang!!!
The weapons clashed, sending shockwaves through both their arms.
"How!?"
Her ability that could cleave anything, combined with Einsl's bestowed weapon, yet their blades merely recoiled from the impact.
"Whoa, what was that? Some kinda sword rotor?"
"What have you done with the angels you abducted?"
Realizing communication was possible, Brunhild steadied her trembling arms and demanded.
"I'll tell you later."
Fwosh!
Bam!
"Guh...!"
The monster human vanished from sight in an instant, reappearing beside Brunhild and sending her flying with a strike.
"Hah...! I'm fine!"
"R-right, understood...!"
Einsl's armament. The armor and weapon were currently sealed—for the wearer's safety. Their immense power could overwhelm the user's body. But now wasn't the time for caution. Neither Michaela nor Brunhild hesitated to unseal them.
Vast holy mana enveloped Brunhild, dominating the surroundings. The monster human's darkening mana vanished, replaced by a sacred domain.
Halt.
The monster human's movements clearly slowed. Brunhild spread her wings toward him and unleashed a massive blast of holy mana—not targeting him specifically, but intent on erasing the entire space.
Slowed by the holy mana, the monster human couldn't dodge and took a direct hit.
Boom!!!
"..."
The battlefield fell eerily silent in an instant.
Beep. Beep. Beep.
Unlike before, their signals were now clearly registering. Michaela, unable to see through the dust cloud, was flustered, but Brunhild on-site was speechless.
A breeze swept the quiet battlefield, scattering the dust.
The monster human before Brunhild defied the laws of this world. The devilish figure now wielded a pristine white rapier, wore angelic white armor identical to theirs, and flapped pure white wings—wings she'd thought impossible to imitate.
A halo—the proof of an angel—floated above the rapier, armor, and wings. The halos of the missing angels, no less.
"Holy mana doesn't attack allies, right? Looks like it's true."
It made no sense. To Brunhild, the creature before her screamed devil, monster human. Yet the mana, holy mana, energy—all screamed angel. And there was a halo... How was this possible? Her mind couldn't process it.
"Penetration"
Shhk!
"!?"
Brunhild tried to block with her sword, but the rapier pierced through it, then her armor, stopping just short of her heart.
"A bit short?"
The monster human swiftly withdrew his rapier and retreated.
"How do you have her ability?"
"'Cause it's that angel's, obviously. Round two. Acceleration."
"Ugh!"
"Got it...!"
Brunhild desperately parried the onslaught before kicking the monster human away with her foot. As she turned to flee—
"An... angels?"
Two women appeared, one pair of pristine white wings and one pair of pitch-black—four wings total. They looked like sisters, strikingly similar, but their pitch-black eyes were utterly chilling.
"Whoa... still hurts when it hits."
'Oh no...!'
Distracted by their appearance, Brunhild tried to pull away quickly, but—
Bam!
"Urk!"
She rocketed upward but crashed back to the ground from the impact.
"Guh...!"
The monster human landed before the dazed Brunhild, reeling from the heavy blow.
"Looks like... your ability is ultrasonic cutter vibes, super vibration... Pretty fun one."
"It's a teleportation magic circle!"
Chae-yeon quickly analyzed the mana flow and shouted.
A massive magic circle formed around Brunhild, mana swirling to envelop her. The monster human smirked and raised his hand, covered in sticky black particles.
"Knew something like this might happen~"
Splat!
"Oguh!?"
His hand suddenly plunged into her anus, drawing a vulgar groan she'd never uttered in her life.
Something was happening as his hand invaded her anus.
"G-get it oooout!?"
"M-my soooul, it's coming oooout of meee! Am I, am I gonna diiiie? N-nooooo...!"
Fwosh.
Michaela rushed to the massive magic circle in the cathedral's center.
"Brunhild!"
Relieved to see her lying there unharmed, she caught her breath and approached. "Thank goodness. Brunhild. If we'd lost you too..."
"Brunhild?"
No response despite her calls. Only then did Michaela notice Brunhild's halo.
"Why is it..."
It looked unstable, as if it might scatter at a touch—flickering in and out of existence. Far from normal.
"No... no...!"
"Whoa, Super Vibration is insane? Gotta make rotors, dildos, the works with this. Strong personality, so splitting it should be fine."
