What a Fucking Bastard!
"Ah, fuck... my shoulders are killing me."
"Want me to rub them for you, babe?"
"Yeah, put some muscle into it."
Dambi kneaded my shoulders with a force that threatened to shatter them. Her grip was stronger than most guys I knew, goddamn. She had the frame and build for a woman, sure, but she still looked delicious—exactly what you'd expect from someone who'd worked the high-end room salons. If she'd gone into the red-light business full-time, she could've taken home an Olympic medal in that shit.
Dambi's assistant, Mi-ho, was busy cleaning up the room. She scrubbed away every last trace of our fuck session, stuffed everything into bags, and got ready to leave. The main reason we'd come out here—the valley—we'd only dipped our feet in and knocked back a single bowl of ramen. It was already past three, so we were prepping to head down the mountain.
"Anyone clocking in today?"
"I'm wiped, oppa... I wanna rest."
Hyojin was the first to declare she was saying fuck work. Fair enough—after the way I'd reamed her pussy raw, she deserved a break.
"Me too, oppa."
"I'm sitting this one out as well, oppa."
Haneul and Eun-ha fell right in line behind Hyojin, joining the fuck-work parade.
"What about you?"
"Ah...! I'll go in... And... if you have time today... that thing I mentioned before..."
"Hm? Oh, the thing about turning Kkotnim into my fucktoy? Today's the day?"
"Yes...!"
"Heh... For something like that, you're welcome anytime... Take it easy once you get there, yeah?"
"Yes...! Thank you...!"
"I'll clock in too, babe."
"Whatever. Clock in or don't—I don't give a shit. Figure it out yourself."
"You fucking bastard!"
The hands that had been working my shoulders suddenly bunched into fists and slammed into my back with brutal force. Instant, searing pain stole my breath; my upper body folded forward on pure reflex. I planted my face against the living-room floor and groaned.
"Ghk... hahk...!"
"Babe, you okay?"
I wanted to deck the bitch right in her smart mouth, but I had no strength left. Barely avoiding a one-way ticket to the afterlife, I pushed myself up, shot Dambi a murderous glare, and hurried my steps.
Ji-yeon noona was waiting, sunglasses on, dressed to the nines and radiating that delicious scent of hers. I licked my lips and started toward her, but she spun on her heel and walked right out. I really needed to put a kid in that one... It wasn't like I was in love or anything, but genetics that good would give any second generation a bright future.
Once everything was more or less wrapped up, I hauled four twenty-kilo bags down the mountain. Even after packing so much food into my gut, the shit was still ridiculously heavy.
"Good afternoon, hyungnim!"
"Yo. Still not off work?"
The second I stepped out of the elevator, the horny daytime manager greeted me in a drained voice. His face was twisted into a scowl—looked like something shitty had gone down. Since it had nothing to do with me, I ignored him completely and headed straight for the counter. The daytime manager rode the elevator alone and vanished.
"Good afternoon, hyungnim."
"Yeah. You eat?"
"I did."
Big Boss sat in the counter chair, chain-smoking while staring at the monitor. Even without looking I could tell something was pissing him off. I glanced at the reservation memo and the ledger: Pureum, Kkotnim, Dambi, Mi-ho, listed in that order. Normally Mi-ho's name always came right after Kkotnim's, but now it had been moved next to Dambi's.
The bastards showed no sign of leaving, so Jeonghun stood beside me with his hands clasped behind his back, grinding through another shitty Tuesday shift.
Fuck, they just won't leave.
My legs were going numb. I'd already been standing and working for a full hour. Driving had piled the fatigue on top of everything else, and Big Boss completely ignored how I felt while he focused on whatever was pissing him off.
Suddenly the shop phone rang. Instinctively I checked the CCTV. What the hell was that? Some customer with a phone was pacing in front of the elevator, staring toward the entrance. On the parking-lot camera, a line of guys stood with their hands behind their backs, facing the building.
"Something weird over there."
"Yes, hyungnim?"
Jeonghun had been about to answer the phone while looking at the reservation memo; he froze. In the same instant, Big Boss, Dongpal hyungnim, and Jeonghun all snapped their eyes to the CCTV. On the parking-lot feed the bastards kept multiplying until they sealed off the entrance like they were surrounding the whole building.
"Those are cops. What the hell?"
"I don't know, hyungnim."
Sharp eyes on that fucker. Looking closer, yeah—they really were cops. And they were in uniform. Why the hell were so many cops here? Even a rough count put them at dozens...
Big Boss quietly lit a cigarette, took a deep drag, and blew the smoke into the air.
"Don't answer it for now. Just wait."
"Yes, hyungnim."
Dongpal hyungnim must have sensed something off; he locked everything down immediately. Fuck—were all those cops casing the place to raid Eden?
The shop phone kept ringing for a while, then went silent. The bastard who'd been pacing by the elevator and staring at the entrance called again. After a few rings, Dongpal hyungnim answered it himself.
"Yes... Boss, you can see outside, right? We're slammed right now, so let's push the reservation back thirty minutes... Yes... Yes... Then cancel if you want."
Dongpal hyungnim slammed the shop phone down hard.
"Blacklist that bastard just now."
"Yes, hyungnim."
Jeonghun opened the text site and edited the memo for the guy who'd just made the reservation.
[BLACKLISTED — dozens of cops waiting outside]
The blacklisted bastard was gone, but the uniformed cops blocking the parking lot showed no sign of leaving. Suddenly the parking-lot entrance split wide open and two vans rolled in. The uniformed cops who'd been waiting charged toward the building like mad.
"What the fuck?! Shit!!!"
Big Boss let out a death-rattle of a curse and crushed out the cigarette he'd been smoking. Things were clearly going sideways.
"Dongpal, move the girls."
"Yes, hyungnim."
Dongpal hyungnim took the order and immediately shook his head at Jeonghun—meaning handle it yourself. Jeonghun sprinted straight for the girls' waiting room. A moment later, shoe sounds came from the waiting room on the other side of the counter wall, and Jeonghun and the girls stepped into the counter area. He gestured for me to follow. I bolted after him as he headed somewhere.
In the corner of the customer waiting room, Jeonghun shoved a bookshelf cleanly to the side. What the fuck... Splitting the bookshelf in half revealed a front entrance right in front of my eyes. Jeonghun expertly shoved the girls in one by one. Fuck—Kkotnim scowled hard, looking like she was about to snitch to Big Boss any second, then crawled inside. Once all four girls were stuffed in, I went in with Jeonghun to check it out.
Nothing special—just a space with three doors slapped all over it. Probably built for exactly this kind of raid. Jeonghun opened the innermost door and shoved the four girls in again. I peeked inside; it was pretty big. There was a CRT TV that looked a hundred years old, plus a computer. Bedding too—so it wasn't only for emergencies.
"Lights off. Wait here."
"What's going on?"
"I'll explain later."
Pureum asked with worried eyes, but Jeonghun brushed it off. Dambi stared straight through me, her face full of anxiety. I forced a grin and headed back out with Jeonghun. We slid the split bookshelf back into place and ran to the counter.
Big Boss and Dongpal hyungnim were on their feet, sharing a cigarette while watching the CCTV. Among the dozens of uniformed cops, plainclothes bastards had come out to the building entrance. Those were probably the ones who'd arrived in the vans.
"Jin-sik. You know what to do, right?"
"Huh? Yes, hyungnim."
"Let's go, Dongpal."
"Yes, hyungnim."
Know what to do, you fucking bastard? This was making me insanely nervous. Whether he knew how I felt or not, Big Boss took Dongpal hyungnim and started walking. It looked like they were heading for the elevator, but they ignored it and slipped into the customer waiting room instead. That son of a bitch... trying to pass as customers? At least they weren't just rabbiting off alone.
"Hyungnim, don't tense up... Doesn't look like they're coming for us."
"Yeah..."
He was trying to reassure me, but I caught the faint tremor in his voice. This bastard was nervous too. I quietly lit a cigarette and watched the situation unfold.
The plainclothes cops gathered at the entrance formed a circle, talking about something, then the one who looked like the leader raised his fingers. At the same time the plainclothes cops stormed into the building. A few took the elevator; a few sprinted up the stairs. My heart hammered and cold sweat ran down my back. Come on—for a simple raid, why make this much noise? Everything I'd heard since starting at Eden was on a completely different level from this.
Heavy shoe sounds pounded past the thick iron door, then faded into the distance.
"Whew... See? Not us, hyungnim."
"What?"
"They went up to the motel."
I followed Jeonghun's gaze to the CCTV covering the motel counter. Plainclothes cops burst in, showed the motel guy something in their hands, then went inside. Just like Jeonghun said, the target was the motel. After a long wait, the uniformed cops who'd gone in reappeared at the motel counter, then vanished from the screen—only to show up on the building-entrance camera getting off the elevator. The way they waved their hands, it looked like they'd come up empty.
Dozens of uniformed and plainclothes cops began dispersing in perfect order. In less than a minute, every last cop had vanished from the parking lot without a single one left behind. Jeonghun walked into the customer waiting room, apparently to report, then came back to the counter. Big Boss and Dongpal hyungnim looked like they were taking the elevator down... but then they appeared on the motel-counter CCTV. Checking what the hell had happened, probably. About ten minutes later they returned to the counter.
"They got a tip. Serial killer xxx."
Only then did I understand why so many cops had poured in all at once. Someone had reported that the infamous serial killer currently plastering the nine-o'clock news was staying there. Right—no way that many cops would show up just to bust a place that sucks dick... Lucky or not, it turned out to be a false tip, they wrapped it up, and left.
Jeonghun pulled the four girls out of the secret room and sent them back to the waiting room. Pureum glanced at me, then disappeared. Her eyes were wetter than before. Big Boss still launched into his usual lecture about always staying alert, finished saying everything he needed to say, and left.
I come back from a nice vacation and the second I walk in the door some fucked-up shit goes down. Goddamn. I finally dropped my ass into the mesh chair, quietly lit a cigarette, and sat there.
"Can I come in now?"
"Yes...!"
I hung up and slipped the phone into my pocket. I crushed out the cigarette I'd been smoking and punched in the shared-entrance code I'd been given ahead of time. The door opened and I stepped inside. Third floor, she'd said... I climbed carefully so my shoes wouldn't make a sound. Reaching the third floor, 301 was right there. I entered the door-lock code and went in.
It looked empty—all the lights were off, only silence hanging in the air. I swallowed hard and carefully moved deeper inside. Entering the living room, I saw Mi-ho standing in front of a door in the corner. She waved me over, urging me to hurry. Following her into the room, I found Kkotnim asleep on the bed in nothing but her panties. The tank top she still wore told me Mi-ho had already taken care of her pants in advance.
I gently stroked the bitch's head. Mi-ho gave me a little smile, climbed onto the bed first, and sat cross-legged right in front of Kkotnim's face. I stripped off my T-shirt, shorts, underwear, and socks in one go and tossed them wherever. My drooling telephone-pole cock twitched and leaked pre-cum toward the sleeping Kkotnim. Slowly, I moved closer to her.
